Abstract :

This paper proposes a new approach for deriving priority vector of fuzzy comparison matrices. For this purpose, an optimization model is proposed. In order to solve the proposed model, a heuristic algorithm is proposed. The proposed method of this paper unlike many of the previous studies, derive the crisp priority vector form fuzzy comparison matrices which eliminate the additional fuzzy procedures and fuzzy ranking. In order to illustrate the proposed method, this method is compared to two well-known methods of literature. The computational results show the higher quality of the proposed method.
