Management can achieve the long term goals in a system by means of a dynamic framework. This article considers the problem of social development in macro level. Since social development has a dynamic and multidimensional nature, the system dynamics method has been used in this article. In system dynamics approach, sustainability of social system is not increasing or decreasing in a system, moreover, it is not a static goal, making it impossible to achieve it. In this regard, four indicators of social development that is, population means, employment, water, and food are utilized for dynamic evaluation modeling. This model evaluates social development in Iran over the period 1989-2009 and predicts it until 2019. The results indicate there is a relationship between social development components. This paper seeks to answer the question of how quality management affects the mass customization capability. And describes the concepts of mass customization and total quality management as well as the total quality management to identify various dimensions. Relationship between the mass customization and TQM was tested with LISREL software as well. Overall, the results of the research confirmed the relationship between total quality management dimensions and mass customization. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Intellectual Capital on firm’s market value in different stage of life cycle on the Tehran Stock Exchange. To do this research, we examined six hypotheses. The multiple regression models are used to examine the hypothesis. Research samples include 113 firms during 1383-1387. The empirical results indicate that Intellectual Capital indexes have significance on firm market value. Meanwhile, among Intellectual Capital indexes, Structural Capital has the most influence on firm's market value. Furthermore, Intellectual Capital indexes have more significance in the growth stage than maturity stage. Among indexes of Intellectual Capital, the Structural Capital has the most influence in the growth stage and also in the maturity stage the Human Capital have the most influence. Manuscript profile

Given the importance of integration in urban management, the main question in this research is: what are the main structural elements of indigenous pattern of Tehran urban management and what kind of dependence and coordination mechanisms are there   among them? In this paper, the author uses deductive-inductive study to propose a conceptual model and quantitative analyses is used to test the proposed model. Statistical population of the study is top managers of Tehran municipality in urban services area. To tap the opinions of experts about importance of each urban service’s objectives, group analytic hierarchy process (GAHP) was used. Finally, weight and importance of each urban service’s objective was identified, using the questionnaire. The earthquake and its hazards and vulnerability are the main concerns addressed by the discussions on crisis management. The higher education institutes are considered the important organizations which provide essential human resources, scientific and historical equipment. This study offers a model of risk analysis, using PSHA method in combination with FMEA. The results show that the faculty of Civil engineering enjoys an acceptable risk structure in earthquake on 9 Richter scale but has an unacceptable risk but bearable structure in 8 Richter scale .It is unbearable in earthquake on 7 Richter scale. Given the structure of the building, which is resistant against the earthquake, one needs to reconsider the application and use of the building? Manuscript profile

There are various methods and algorithms for planet location which were presented by Experts and researchers but it is not possible to nominate one of them as the best one. Selection of the appropriate method or algorithm is difficult in different conditions because of there are exist some criteria (Both qualitative and quantitative) which are involved in this Selection, these criteria lead to tough make decision. So this paper deals a make decision framework for Select the best method among manual and computerized methods and algorithms. First of all, the location of optimal methods are extracted from methods that experts think those methods are the most efficient in assumed industry unit. In other hand, the of selection the Suitable method in that unit that are more important than other criteria are selected via mean hypothesis tests by that industry unit, these criteria involve linguistic variables. At the end, Suitable algorithm is achieved in that industry unit conditions by TOPSIS method Manuscript profile

The aim of this research is to explore and develop a competency model of managers in the banking system and validating the model. To this end, 3 questions were considered: 1-What are the elements of competency model in the banking system? 2- What are the components of competency model in the banking system? 3-Is the model reliable? Mixed method was used in this research. Initially, qualitative method was used, followed by quantitative method. In the qualitative section, we interviewed 12 excellence managers and then content analysis method was used. So, we derived the primary competency model of managers based on elements and components. In the quantitative section, we distributed questionnaires among 136 managers. For analysis, we use Amos software and factor analysis method. Results show that with the exception of “experience", all elements and components of competency model were confirmed. Manuscript profile
