In today's competitive world, internet banking and electronic service quality can differentiate organization in the face of other organizations. Focus on key areas of internet banking transform it into a multi-criteria decision problem and due to uncertainty on the issue, it can be examined under fuzzy condition. The research aims to identify and rank the most important quality criteria for e-banking services in various branches of Keshavarzi Bank in Kerman city. Considering the nature of the study;  it is descriptive and according to the defined purpose, is practical and according to methods of carrying out is surveying. In this study, the most effective measures of e-banking services quality, according to previous studies, identified and then, the main factors compared using DEMATEL technique and the agents with low degree of importance were excluded. Afterwards, weighted matrix formed using ANP and the final ranking was done. The results of analysis of data were suggested that components of the continuous improvement and profits have maximum weight (0.174 and 0.172 respectively) while call and response components have minimum of one (0.063) among the effective components of e-banking quality of electronic service. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a data-oriented approach for evaluating the performance of a set of peer entities called Decision making units (DMUs) whose performance is characterized by multiple measures. The definition of a DMU is generic and flexible. In our case, DMU refers to a technology. Selection of the best technology is an important phase for technology transfer. To selection the best technologies in the presence of both cardinal and ordinal data, this paper proposes an innovative approach, which is based on DEA. This paper proposes to use “DEA with efficient and inefficient frontiers” for selection of the best technology in the presence of both cardinal and ordinal data. In this approach, optimistic and pessimistic efficiencies of each technology are considered simultaneously. Compared with the traditional DEA, the DEA approach with efficient and inefficient frontiers can identify the best technology easily and accurately. A numerical example demonstrates the application of the proposed method. Manuscript profile

An important of performance measurement specified for organizations and already it is playing an important role in many of them. The current priority of organizations is ensure more favorable evaluation indicators to evaluate the performance of individuals. In the meantime sales force performance is crucial indicators and pulse key in competitive market and evaluating of it on KPI is important. One of the models of performance evaluation is data envelopment analysis (DEA). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of the sales force with the DEA. The population of this study is Kale Company of Amol and sample of this is 20 number chosen by simple random sampling of the employees of sales department. Input oriented CCR model of DEA models was chosen and WINGO SB and Excell software were used. The results show that unit of 4, 7, 14, 17 & 18 are efficient for sale. Also by using the AP model most efficient personnel were identified.   Manuscript profile

In this research, a new fuzzy streaming data classification method is presented. Fuzzy data classification is one of the most challenging areas in data analysis due to high-volume and sophisticated computation engaged in data analysis techniques. However, in some other areas such as mathematical programming, great achievements are obtained in modeling of systems measured by fuzzy data. So, in this research classification based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) is selected to handle fuzzy data classification. On the other hand, the proposed method can be applied for dealing with streaming data by using an updating schema. This feature makes the proposed method suitable for non-stationary environment in which data pattern varies over the time. Experiments using simulated data demonstrate the capability of the proposed method in dealing with uncertain and non-stationary environment. Manuscript profile

The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational structure and organizational development in Bu Ali Sina University .Research methodology is descriptive and the correlation of structural is equation modeling. Statistical population included all of the employees using random stratified sampling- relative -260 was selected as the sample According to kergcie and Morgan table. Two questionnaires were used for data collection, including1: Frank organizational structure Questionnaire, 2. Peiter and cerafourd Organizational development Questionnaire. Reliability coefficient of through Cronbach's alpha was estimated respectively %95 and %87. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient, t-test, and regression. The data collected were analyzed using statistical SPSS. Regression Analysis indicates the following results.1. There is a significant relationship between organizational structure and organizational development. Also, there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of Recognition and focus and organizational development, Except for complexity Manuscript profile

In the last two decades, scientists noted that the success of an organization linked to the emphasis of knowledge. In fact, dealing intelligently with knowledge resources, is important and influential factor in organizational success. This has prompted many organizations to manage their knowledge and used it to the best possible day. Identify key success factors of communities of practice can help organizations advance their goals. Understanding these factors can successfully organizations in needs assessment, planning, execution and implementation of knowledge management help. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize communities of practice success factors using fuzzy hierarchical analysis technique is a knowledge-based companies in Mapna Group. After reviewing the literature and conducted fieldwork fifteen influential factors in the success of communities of practice who thus were ranked into four major groups: First: management and human resources, second: organizational factors, Third: technological factors and technological and fourth: financial and economic factors. A successful business model, demonstrates a better way than existing options which can offer more value to a distinct group of customers and bring greater benefits to the company. Significant contributions to the success of knowledge-based companies linked to design their business models, so in this article we have tried to identify indicators and patterns by introducing a variety of business models, identify the suitable model for companies located in development centers. The aim of the present study is an applied research in terms of descriptive-survey, that after an examination of different conceptual models as well as the criteria for selecting an appropriate business model of knowledge-based companies were compared patterns and models in terms of these criteria. Due to the nature and originality of this research field used the group decision-making methods and were collected the experts opinion on the subject through interviews and questionnaires. Using AHP and TOPSIS techniques to be explored in order to index and rank weighting models. Finally, using DEMATEL Evaluating each of the parameters studied. After analyzing the comments of some of the business models of literature have been analyzed and ranked six models based on nine indicators. STOF model was selected as the best model. Organizations and offices are one of the main principles in human society. Management and leadership are among the most important indices of survival and destruction in organizations. Given the importance of competition among organizations, managers should select the most appropriate method in order to achieve their goals earlier than rivals. The question raised in this regard is whether experiential learning influences the management and performance of organizations. One of the effective methods for experiential learning is simulation because it provides users with the opportunity to investigate different solutions and results at the lowest risk and cost and in the shortest time. chess simulation is thought to be one of the most direct methods to use experiential learning model because it creates opportunities to use a number of management tools. Employing chess principles and methods and investigating the relevant impacts on organization and performance, the goals and resources of large organizations (human resources) and barriers to the achievement of goals were taken into account in this study. The parameters were considered to be chess pieces (according to the importance of organizational parameters), and different games were designed. After implementing the scenarios (games) in Arena, the most appropriate scenario was extracted and implemented to achieve organizational goals. Finally, the best scenario would be the one having highest score and lowest number of moves in the game of chess. Manuscript profile
