In this research the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and human resource productivity in Islamic Azad University of Qazvin has been investigated. This research is a type of descriptive research which has been done by the base of correlation. In terms of goal, it is a practical research. Survey method has been used to collect the data. Statistical population is the personnel of Islamic Azad University of Qazvin. Bienstock's and his colleague's questionnaire has been used to evaluate the variables of organizational citizenship behavior which includes: loyalty behaviors, obedience behaviors and participation behaviors. A questionnaire has been made by researcher to evaluate the variables of human resource productivity. After determining the sample size the questionnaires have been sorted randomly and 183 questionnaires were distributed and collected. SPSS software has been used for statistical computing and data analyses have been done by Spearman and Regression Correlation methods. The results show that there is a significant and direct relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and human resource productivity. The correlation rate has been obtained 0.683. Cost of Quality is a process-based method of finding costs. The main objective of this method is to make an equilibrium between preventive costs, quality assurance cost and cost of poor quality. EFQM is known as a well-known method of organization excellence models. Using its nine criteria, EFQM is a perfect tool for organizations. In this paper, we will consider EFQM criteria and cost of quality and the relationship between them. We will consider a case study (Mirab Company) and illustrate that there is a relationship between EFQM and COQ. Then, the results of the questionnaire administered to 1300 EFQM evaluators will be presented. The respondents were asked whether they agree with the relationship between EFQM and COQ or not. The findings confirmed that there is a relationship between all EFQM criteria and EFQM. Manuscript profile

The existence of an active and prosperous capital market is always recognized as one of the signs of international development in the countries. The most important issue faced by investors in these markets is the decision to choose the appropriate securities for investment and formation of optimal portfolio. The rating of companies accepted in stock exchange is a complete mirror of their status and is a measure of investment. This will increase the competitiveness, development and market efficiency. In this research, the top 20 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the third quarter of 2015 are ranked according to financial ratios. In previous studies, optimal portfolio has been determined using data envelopment analysis models and multi-criteria decision making techniques, but the present study combines these two techniques to evaluate and determine the most efficient portfolio. Accordingly, the performance scores of each model are obtained using one of the data envelopment analysis model and then, the weight of each index is obtained using the network analysis process through multi-criteria decision-making techniques. In this research, a new fuzzy streaming data classification method is presented. Fuzzy data classification is one of the most challenging areas in data analysis due to high-volume and sophisticated computation engaged in data analysis techniques. However, in some other areas such as mathematical programming, great achievements are obtained in modeling of systems measured by fuzzy data. So, in this research classification based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) is selected to handle fuzzy data classification. On the other hand, the proposed method can be applied for dealing with streaming data by using an updating schema. This feature makes the proposed method suitable for non-stationary environment in which data pattern varies over the time. Experiments using simulated data demonstrate the capability of the proposed method in dealing with uncertain and non-stationary environment. Manuscript profile

5 - Presenting a Hybrid Model of Data Envelopment Analysis and Multi-Objective Decision Making to Achieve the Efficiency Score of Decision Making Units in Grey Environment

Data Envelopment Analysis Model is one of the methods for measuring efficiency which is used to evaluate homogeneous decision-making units. However, in making use of this technique, we need N times writing formula for n decision-making units in order to achieve the required efficiency. As a result, it is not possible to compare decision-making units in the framework of a common weight, and the model is of low discrimination power. In otherwise the classic DEA models deal with crisp parameters. Therefore, in the present study, we tried to present common weights for decision-making units by presenting a new model utilizing multi objective decision making and Grey Systems Theory to achieve efficiency of DMUs when the parameters of model are uncertain and only interval of them are defined. Finally, the evaluation results, examples are provided to compare the performance rating DMUs through classical DEA models and the proposed model is discussed. Manuscript profile

This paper studies the congestion model development in fuzzy data envelopment analysis. To obtain the lower and upper bounds for concepts of efficiency and inputs and outputs, it is possible to apply the advantages of α-cut which exists in fuzzy data envelopment analysis. Additionally, this paper proposes a new concept of congestion which examines congestion from an optimistic and pessimistic viewpoint. In this concept, the optimistic case examines congestion in a condition that the under-investigation decision making unit provides the optimum output by taking the lowest input. The pessimistic case, also, demonstrates a condition in which the under-investigation decision making unit provides the worst output by taking the optimum input. Using these two cases, the congestion is studied in fuzzy data envelopment analysis. Keywords: Data envelopment analysis, fuzzy data envelopment analysis, optimistic and pessimistic congestion, α-cut. Supply chain management (SCM) is a subject that has found so much attention among different commercial and industrial organizations due to competing environment of products. Therefore, integration of constituent element of this chain is a great deal. One of the important subjects of supply chain is production-distribution planning. Integrated production and distribution of products has key role to increase of the costs in supply chain. In this paper, a bi-objective integrated production-distribution problem in a three echelon supply chain includes factories, distribution centers and final costumers for multi-products at multi-time period are presented. Two conflicting objectives by minimizing total costs of chain and costs of the distribution warehouses are considered. The Lp-metric method with P=1 and P=∞ is used to solve the model. Finally by considering two metrics of solution quality as integrated objective functions, and CPU, time method have been implemented on several problems and the performance of proposed methodologies is analyzed as statistic. Six-sigma methodology is known as a comprehensive and quantitative method for implementing improvement in the organizations. In this paper, attempts are made to implement this method at SANAM Company. To this end, first, we will consider the process of manufacturing plastic products based on the costumer perspective. Then, we will explain six-sigma methodology and DMAIC cycle. Finally, the problems and failures in the production line as elicited through brain storming meetings and using FMEA and Pareto method through MINITAB software are reported. Then, we will choose the related aspects and find the current sigma level of the company. Finally, suggestions are made to improve the production process based on the selected aspects and the new sigma level of the company will be calculated and we will see that the sigma level and the company’s profit was increased saliently.
