        The purpose of this paper is to innovate new processes, including understanding social demand, capturing its industrialization, and innovatively reconfiguring integrated knowledge in order to create sustainable development in the community business context. With the emergence of new approaches in social networks, definitions and behavioral models of businesses have undergone structural changes.And with modernization in some of its dimensions has led to a redefinition of concepts in the field of business. For this purpose, a model for organizational entrepreneurship based on corporate governance has been used as an economic solution. Since banks and their subsidiaries have the necessary potential to operate in these areas and are involved in business in some way due to new approaches. Therefore, banks should think about integrating the organizational entrepreneurship structure with corporate governance to use this approach in their business ecosystem. Therefore, research was conducted in the context of one of the developed banks in Iran from this perspective. In order to test the findings of this descriptive study, data collection method through a questionnaire was used. And raw data were analyzed using statistical techniques.         The key to changing the present situation in a company is to create new strategies, achieve entrepreneurial opportunities, develop new technologies, capabilities, products and services and introduce new business models. Therefore, this study aimed to design an entrepreneurial training model for bank employees in order to empower them. This research is practical research, and the method of data collection is qualitative, with semi-structured interviews and using the content analysis method. Interviews with the participant continued until theoretical saturation was reached. This purpose was achieved through 17 interviews. Participants were selected for the interview via the snowball method, and data analysis was done through 3 coding steps with MAXQDA2020 software. According to research results, entrepreneurial empowerment of employees (knowledge, skills, motivation) can be done through entrepreneurial training. For this purpose, the antecedents include: institutionalizing entrepreneurial culture, institutionalizing entrepreneurship education, new electronic technology, changing business model, developing digital economy, problem- solving, responding to environmental changes and the propellant in entrepreneurial training including: institutional and legislative factors, effective communication with the university, BLOCKCHAIN technology, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, global mega-trends, identify entrepreneurial opportunities, shared economy, privatization, coaching, educational needs assessment, holding seminars, exhibitions.         Entrepreneurial behaviors play a cardinal role in achieving highly radical innovations and absolute competitive advantages by businesses and nations. Reviewing the literature around entrepreneurial behaviors leading success shows there is not a satisfactory separation between factors and behavioral aspects. Using a grounded theory approach, in this article, twenty Startups and Stablished Entrepreneurs seat in the Academic Science and Technology Park interviewed and data analyzed through three phase coding process. Both reliability and validity measures of data gathering tool were at a satisfactory level and this has been confirmed by experts. Results of the analysis interviews show that entrepreneurial behavior, triggered by predicting factors, can be categorized into four distinct groups. These groups include Informational behaviors, Relational and network-building behaviors, Strategic management behaviors and Executive management behaviors. This study also provides the reader with macro and micro-level environmental factors affecting entrepreneurial behaviors and classified the success criteria divided into both objective and subjective criteria.         Analyzing and predicting efficiency in industries is very important in order to evaluate the performance of units and plan to improve their performance. Poultry industry, as one of the strategic and complex industries, has taken an important part of the food chain basket of the societies, and from this point of view, the analysis of its supply network is very important.In this research, using the network data coverage analysis model and data mining, research gaps in the field of measuring and predicting the efficiency of the green supply chain in the poultry industry have been covered. This research is descriptive and survey in terms of its practical purpose and in terms of the nature of implementation, which is done by developing mathematical models in the field of data coverage analysis.First, using the Delphi approach, the effective indicators were identified and screened based on the opinion of experts, and then a new mathematical model was presented based on the coverage analysis of network data. In the following, the efficiency of 9 chains was evaluated in five years using the alpha cut method based on the enveloping analysis method of fuzzy data.         There are different approaches to strategic human resource management. One of the latest approaches for businesses in today’s competitive era , is customer orientation alongside raising the competencies of managers. However , human resource management with customer-oriented approach and raising manager’s competencies has not been given much attention to . Therefore this study has taken place with the goal of designing a strategic customer-oriented human resource model and also raising managers’ competencies in Iran’s banking system. This is an applied research regarding its goal and its using a mixed method which has an exploratory approach. The community of the qualitative sector is university professors in the field of human resource management as well as experts in the state banking system in Keshavarzi Bank and the statistical population .To collect data, the method of library review and interviews with experts and finally distribution of questionnaires has been used .The analysis of findings in the qualitative stage was performed with the thematic analysis approach and Nvivo 12 software, and the results showed that there are 250 sub-themes in 7 main-themes and in the quantitative stage, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling with LISREL software was performed. The results showed that five main factors including customer-oriented human resource functions and relationship,customer-oriented organizational culture , external factors , customer-oriented strategic resource and customer-oriented human resource results , characteristic individual and interpersonal components are effective in designing a customer-oriented strategic human resource model and raising managers’ competencies .         Companies' efforts to gain more market share and maintain survival have made the integration of companies to use each other's ability as a parent company. One of the main concerns of the parent company is how to control the subsidiary businesses. The present study has been carried out by purpose of design an intelligent model for corporate control strategies with emphasis on the interaction of the parent company with subsidiaries in Holding TAPIKO. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, descriptive-follow-up research. Research data includes documentation received from literature and indexed articles in Scopus and Science Direct, as well as semi -structured interviews. First, using qualitative content analysis methods of interviews and articles were coded in maxqda2020 software, 28 sub -categories in the form of 8 short -term profitability categories, long -term profitability, distinctive capability, market trends, fitness, company size, power size, power Politically identified. The following comments were used to identify the coefficients of the importance of components and write fuzzy rules, and were designed using MATLAB software and fuzzy inference system (FIS), which included 31 fuzzy rules. The model was implemented in 3 modes of cellulose, tires as well as petrochemicals. The results of the research for cellulose and tire companies indicate less financial control strategy and interference, and for petrochemical subsidiaries, it shows strategic control and greater interference by the maternal firm.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovation on customer participation and citizenship behaviors with the mediating role of customer interaction in the Bank of Industry and Mine. This research is A survey research in terms of practical purpose and method. The statistical population of the study included the customers of Bank of Industry and Mine across the country and the number of sample members was 384 who were selected by simple random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling method and SPSS and AMOS software were used to implement the model. According to the findings of this study, customer innovation and interaction have a positive relationship with customer participation and citizenship behaviors. In addition, customer interaction mediates the relationship between innovation and customer participation and citizenship behaviors. This study expands on the current knowledge about establishing customer relationships and collaboration with organizations, especially in the field of banking, and examines the relationship between innovation, customer interaction, and customer participation and citizenship behaviors.         The purpose of this research is to design a framework for the continuous use of Internet taxis as an example of a shared economy and a technology-oriented model based on the theory of technology acceptance and use. In order to conduct this research, the method of meta-composite studies, which is a kind of systematic study method, was used. Four hundred and eighty scientific documents were obtained by searching the Scopus database and after removing the articles based on Sandusky and Barroso (2006) model, finally 49 articles were selected for final review. In this research, open coding method of Strauss and Corbin (1990) and MAXQDA2018 software were used for data extraction and coding. The results of the research indicate the existence of twenty-eight sub-fields (one field was rejected in the validation of experts' opinion) in the form of four main fields including expected performance, expected effort, social impact, facilitating conditions among the articles.         The current research is a descriptive-analytical type of research and is practical in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of the research included 12 specialists and experts in the petrochemical industry, who were selected based on the homogeneous sampling method as one of the qualitative sampling methods. . In this study, 22 indicators were confirmed through the method of identification theme analysis and the fuzzy Delphi method, and the indicators were finally examined using the method of structural-interpretive equations and scenario analysis. The results of the research identified 6 important levels in identifying effective factors in attracting and hiring generation Z employees. In the first level, 5 indicators (merit selection index, organizational selection system improvement index, organizational attractiveness index, highlighting goals and values index, index of creating an environment of accountability and acceptance of transformational managers) were determined and finally variables of needs assessment and public information, attractive Making a job for generation z, measuring the capacity and efficiency of a person when hiring, measuring people's computer skills,, applying for a job online and building a personal brand were identified as the most fundamental elements of the model. And 21 sub-indicators were identified, which are the scenarios of measuring the capacity and efficiency of a person when hiring, applying for a job online and building a personal brand, giving benefits according to the scientific and skill capabilities of the job, planning the design of attractive jobs based on the science and capabilities of the next generation.         In the present industrial environment of the country (Iran), the issue of supply chain is among the discussed topics. However, the supply chain in a company will only have a competitive power when having strong and competitive components and an ideal stability as well. The present research is mainly aimed at identifying and ranking the enablers in the smart supply chain through using multi-criteria decision-making tools. This research’s case study includes four Petrochemical companies, Nouri, Jam, Khark, and Pardis during the solar year 1400 (2021-2022). The importance of each of the aforementioned enablers in the smart supply chain was investigated according to the relevant questionnaires; given the ranking of the enablers’ importance in the smart supply chain and in accordance with the experts’ opinions, seven factors were chosen as the key enablers of the smart supply chain, including big data skills and knowledge, appropriate and feasibility studies to help choose and use big data techniques, product tracking and localization, transparency and visibility, electronic supply chain management, data transfer improvement, and effective and cost-effective development, as well as the weight of data integrity technology. At the next stage, these options’ performance in the realization of supply chain enablers was assessed. WASPAS method was the proposed technique to this end, based on which, Khark Petrochemical Company, Nouri Petrochemical Company, Pardis Petrochemical Company, and Jam Petrochemical Company were respectively introduced as the final ranking based on the relevant enabler indicators.         The present research has analyzed the dynamic risks of the stability of the supply chain of banking services using social network analysis (SNA) and system dynamics (SD) in order to policy the stability of the supply chain of banking services. According to the results of SNA; Corruption risks of receiving facilities, customer dissatisfaction, shareholder dissatisfaction, bank service costs, the cost of establishing a new bank branch, demand for facilities, payment claims to customers and the bank's supervisory weakness as critical risks and risks of paper waste, urban traffic, cyber security, supervisory weakness and Lack of human resources were identified as the most causal risks . Next, the SD model was designed based on the interactions of critical risks and its effects on the stability of the supply chain of banking services using the data of Iran's Mehr Bank.
