The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between career plateau with the tendency of employees to leave the organization. Msyrast analysis. The population consisted of all employees of the city of Mahabad were using a random sampling of 250 of them were selected and they responded to four questionnaires which were career plateau (Mylymn, 1992), tendency to leave (Kvlarly, 1984), career stress (Rvzyv et al., 1970) and career burnout (mulch-Pines, 2005). The validity of the questionnaires by using confirmatory factor analysis as well as experts and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha was confirmed. Among the variables plateau variables burnout, job stress and the highest to the lowest correlation with their turnover. The plateau between job burnout and job stress is positive and significant. Path analysis results indicate, career plateau and significant positive effect on organizational leave. The indirect effect is significant plateau and through the organization to leave the job burnout and job stress occurs. The indirect effect of burnout on leave positive organizations. Identifying and evaluating audit risk is a key part of the underlying audit process. Audit risk means the probability of risk that auditor is stated than financial statement contain mistakes and or importance sophisticated, inappropriate perfessinol opinion. The purpose of this research is to present a enterprise risk management(ERM) identification and corporate govrnance of the company. For this purpose, the criteria for deviation from the standards, the overall risk and the characteristics of the ERM and corporate governance. This research was carried out with 87 sample companies in the period of 11 years 1386-1396, including 957 years, in a descriptive-correlation method with the implementation of a multivariate regression model. Then, by designing paired questions and hierarchical analysis (AHP), the priority of the audit risk criteria was determined. The findings of the research indicate that there is a significant relationship between corporate governance structure including the independence of the board of directors audit risk. Also, there is a significant relationship between risk of laws with audit risk. Manuscript profile

Success of comprehensive quality management is associated with the ability to learn, absorb, adapt and implement changes in organizational attitudes and their integration into the organization. The condition of the organization's success is to improve the company's performance in the area of rapid accountability in a customer-focused organization and operations based on comprehensive quality management. The purpose of this study is to investigate and improve the quality of customer-orientation using the system's dynamical approach. In this study, by reviewing the theoretical literature and a survey of experts and experts, the criteria for customer expectations were identified. After identifying components and customer expectations variables, simulation was started by providing dynamic hypotheses and causal circles, flow diagrams, and mathematical equations were completed. For this purpose, the Vensim software dynamics model provides a way to find out the relationship between the factors associated with meeting customer expectations. The results of this research can be used for industries that intend to plan for meeting the expectations of customers at the level of comprehensive quality management. Manuscript profile

The research has been done from the point of view of applied and descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of the study is all managers and experts in the training of educational centers of the country's broadcast (121 persons). Data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by the Cronbach's alpha method of 0.96. The final sub-questions of the research were tested by T-test. According to the results of research, moral, social, economic, political, religious and cosmetic values have an impact on the effectiveness of the value management system. Considering the results of Friedman's ranking, the most important factors of moral, social, economic and beauty values and the factors of political value And religious beliefs have the least impact on the management of value at the General Directorate of Sound Education Management. Disruptions in companies may come from customers, suppliers and other supply chain factors that cause damage such as higher costs, poor performance, lost sales, lower profits, bankruptcy, etc. in the supply chain. In order to prevent these damage and improve performance, creating a supply chain resilience has become an important activity for companies and managers in the supply chain. In order to achieve this goal, identifying and improving the factors affecting supply chain resilience for managers is essential. In this research, the effect of supply chain dynamic capabilities on supply chain performance through supply chain resilience mediation and the direct effects of supply chain dynamics capabilities on supply chain resilience and performance by structural equation have been investigated. According to the results, the positive impact of integration and flexibility capabilities on supply chain performance was confirmed by the mediation of the resilience, and the impact of external capabilities on supply chain performance is rejected through mediation of resilience. In addition, the results confirm the positive effects of supply chain resilience and Flexibility capability on supply chain performance, and the integration and flexibility capabilities on resilience; and accordingly, the positive effects of external capabilities on the resilience, integration and external capabilities of the supply chain performance was rejected. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of employees' resistance on organizational changes, and the main hypothesis is: employee resistance affects organizational changes. The statistical population of the population is 450 people. Therefore, using the Cochran formula, 207 experts from the company are developing new energy engineering company. This research is a descriptive and survey data collection method using the questionnaire tool. And it's time-consuming. According to the number of statistical population of this research, the persons available in this research have been used for research. Also, in order to investigate the validity and reliability of the hypotheses and relations between the variables of the research, the "Structural Equation Model", and in particular the path analysis technique, was used using the LISREL software. According to the research model, in the case of significant numbers Since the obtained value of t in all hypotheses is outside 1.96, the results indicate confirmation of the effect of employees' resistance on the level of change perception, emotional commitment, structural change, range and severity of change.
