This paper designs a mathematical model for supply chain network design problem including plants, distributors and customers in fuzzy environment. Each plant and distributor has several levels capacities. A multi-mode demand strategy is considered for the customers where only one of the modes is to be selected for each customer. Considering the acceptance degree of fuzzy constraints violated, a method for solve the problem is proposed. For this aim, we proposed an order relationship for trapezoidal fuzzy numbers using their interval expectation value. According to this order relationship, the fuzzy supply chain network problem is converted to an interval supply chain network problem. Then, by combining the order relationship between intervals and acceptance degree of fuzzy constraints violated, the problem is transformed into a bi-objective program model and is solved by the global criterion method. Finally, in order to, show the effectiveness of the proposed approach, several test problems are solved in various sizes. Manuscript profile

Let R be an associative ring but not neccessarily unital, denoting the center of the ring R by Z, the radical Jacobsen denoting it by J, and the set of all nilpotent elements of the ring R by N. Ring R is said to be periodic if for every element x∈R there exist distinct m ,n ∈Z^+ such that x^(n )=x^m .The main origin of the definition of the periodic ring, goes back to Jacobsen's theorem. In this theorem he proved that each ring with the condition x=x^(n(x)) ,n(x)>1 ,is commutative. Also, great contemporary mathematicians such as Adilyagqub , Howard.E.Bell, M.Chacron,etc.have worked in this field at some point in their scientific life. For the first time in this article, we have described strongly periodic rings and examined their properties and structure. Ring R is said to be strongly periodic if for every element x∈R \ (J ∪ N) there are positive integers m ,n of opposite parity such that x^(n )-x^m∈N. In this paper, we provide examples of strongly periodic and non-commutative unital rings, and in Theorem 3-6, we also show that the strongly periodic unital ring is commutative or (R, +) a 2-group and R is periodic. The present study aims at reviewing different methods of discovering a criterion from the perspective of Islamic sects. The method of this study is analytical descriptive with the focus on library studies. Research findings indicate that from the perspective of Islamic scholars, there are different ways for understanding religious orders including Qiyas Mansus al-Ellat/analogy with reasoning, Qiyas Ovlaviyat/priority analogy, and Tanqih Manat Qat'ee/stating the order with reason. From among the other ways of using the criteria of the precepts Nass/Quran and traditions, Ijma/ consensus, Qiyas/ analogy, Isteqra/induction, Manaseb/ having connection, Omum Badaliyat/understanding the reason by similar cases, Sebr o Taqsim/assigning a definition for omitting others, hint and indication, Shobbah/using similarities for attributing to a main order and so on can be named. After stating the mentioned cases, the way of using them and the reasons of their users have been briefly expressed and analyzed. Manuscript profile

Material and Methods: Adjusted total factor productivity growth rate using Malmquist Index are calculated for 1981-2005. Result and Discussion: The result indicates that including the pollution abatement activities has a measurable effect on the productivity. Comparison of the productivity shows that the mean productivity with and without environmental criterion were 0.971 and 1.025, respectively. Statistical comparison of the mentioned productivity using Mann-Whitney test reveals that this difference is significant. So it is necessary to use environmental criteria for measuring efficiency and productivity in pollutant industries.   Manuscript profile

"Tafsir Safi" is one of the most important Shiite commentaries in the 11th century. In addition to ijtihad in the method and tendency of "Tafsir Safi", Feyz Kashani has also performed ijtihad in selecting its sources and narrations. Because, on the one hand, he selected the narrations from some sources of Imami narrations, and on the other hand, considering the volume of "Safi commentary", he did not intend to collect all the commentary narrations in it. Feyz has selected interpretive narrations based on criteria such as diligence citing from the Infallible (AS) in Shiite sources, being related to the verse, diligence citing from authentic narrators, paying attention to the accuracy of citing from the Infallible (AS), non-contradiction with reason and non-contradiction with the dignity and infallibility of the Prophets (pbuh). He has used methods such as complete narration, summary, appropriate fragmentation, deleting the document, forming a family of hadith, eliminating repetition and referring to similar narrations, and quoting the meaning, which in some cases, his performance is not compatible with some of his criteria. Sunnis have recourse to "Analogy" (Qias) in their jurisprudential argumentation and generally regard it as a criterion, while Shiite jurists do not have an optimistic view about "Analog", though they have sometimes excluded  some examples of analogy prohibited by the legislator; however, the general viewpoint of Shiite jurists towards "analogy" is negative. "Analogy" is the inference of a partial religious decree from another. In other words, in a decree, one part is overgeneralized to another part. The question to be answered is whether the Imamiyyah Shiite negate the "analogy" wholly or accept it partially. This research, upon a survey of the Sunnite and Shiite viewpoints, has come to the conclusion that in Imamiyyah Shiite, some sorts of "analogy" are accepted in practice, in line with Sunnis. Social propositional systems are a new generation of systems that use the social network as a user modeling platform to maximize some challenges by using rich interactive data volumes. To make Social networking sites offer new friends to registered users based on local graph features. The main purpose of the link prediction problem on social networks is to suggest a list of users to a particular user that they will probably be communicating in the future. In this research, a prediction method for the link is presented based on the characteristics of classification models. Here, the prediction problem of the link is transformed into a classifying problem with two positive and negative classes, where the positive class represents the relationship and the negative class indicates that the two users are not communicating. Three classical classes DT, NN and NB are used for classification work. To create the dataset, the features of credibility, optimism, number of neighbors, the number of paths of different lengths, the number of shared tweets, the number of internal and external axes are used. Although self-centered grids do not have much overlap in the rings, experiments show that the consideration of self-directed pathways significantly improves predictive performance. The DT classification has recorded the best performance with an average accuracy of 99.85%. Manuscript profile

This paper presents a novel scalable Constraint Search Based method forTest Data Generation, called CSBTDG, used in structural testing. CSBTDG outperforms existing methods for test data generation in several orders of magnitude, both in time and constraint efficiency. Search-based software testing is a powerful automated method to generate test inputs for software under test. Its goal is to reach a branch or a statement in a program. One major limitation of this approach is an insufficiently informed fitness function to start and guide search toward a test target within nested predicates (constraints). Another important limitation of this approach about equality constraints. To address these problems we propose a new search method based on integrating constraint programming using choco constraint solver and the Gray Wolf heuristic search algorithm. Preliminary experiments promise efficiency and effectiveness for the new constraint search based test data generation approach using multiple fitness functions.Test data generation is done by solving constraints related to test paths extracted from the program under test [3][2]. In general, the constraint solving problem of the test paths is a sub problem of a wider set of problems called constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) [4]. Formally, a constraint satisfaction problem is defined as a triple (X, D, C). X represents a set of variables, D is a set of range of values for variables and C is a set of constraints. Constraint satisfaction is the process of finding solutions for a set of constraints that satisfy the conditions imposed on the variables. Evaluation of variables is a function of a subset of variables to a specific set of values in the corresponding domains. The proposed solution is called consistent evaluation if none of the constraints are violated. An evaluation is a complete evaluation if it includes all variables. If the assessment is consistent and complete, it is a solution. It is said that such evaluation is a solution to the constraint satisfaction problem. Therefore, a solution is a set of values for the variables that satisfy all the constraints, that is, a point in the feasible region. The main innovation of this article is to present a cooperation model to exchange information between the solver and the searcher. In this model of data generation, the test solver is an initial setup to assign values to some variables to start searching for the meta-heuristic algorithm. Manuscript profile

Museums are the reflection of human thoughts and creativity, which represent their concepts through a special language i.e. real Language of items. The role of space and architecture in organizing current museums and having them released from their especial cliché usage, and creating qualitative development in their scientific, educational and investigational employs much investigation in the fields like illumination, color, design, windows and their supply/maintenance units, which are obtainable by designing them through different major artistic , historic and scientific fields. Today, noticing the architecture of museums is considered as the most challengeable among plan designing in the world, because they are considered to be the fields of innovation and creativity. Consequently, in case the properties in museums compound with space and capacity architecture with a true scientific, artistic, psychological and decorational criterion. The precious cultural heritage which is the representation of culture of a society will interpret the concepts truly, and special role of the complex will be defined. New Penology is an approach based on evaluative justice, that is, by applying the crime risk management to the community, it classifies criminals and thus applies the cost-benefit management model. New Penology implies a rigorous dual punishment policy and detention. In the field of jurisprudence, punishments have been discuss in the context of jurisprudence, qesas, diat and ta'zir; since in our society most offenses are of the ta'zir type, so there is a good jurisprudential capacity to adopt a new dual criminality policy in order to avoid .this path can be applied to the cost-benefit management model. Our research has shown that the Iranian criminal justice system has been trying to adopt an approach to avoiding the enormous costs of imprisonment since the year 2013 by adopting the general principles of Islamic penal law and applying risk criteria in the system of punishment ratings and incorporating social punishments into the legal literature. . Desertification is a global phenomenon that is the outcome of natural factors and improper human exploits. Therefore, classification and generation of desertification intensity map, as an efficient tool, plays a significant role in evaluation of the environmental capabilities, prevention of desertification, and restoration and rehabilitation of degraded areas. The present study aims to evaluate the desertification hazard and determine the effective criteria affecting desertification in Abu-Ghuyer Plain in Ilam Province, using the IMDPA model. To this end, different indices of climate and water criteria were used and a map was generated for each index according to assigned weights, such that the qualitative map of the desired criteria were obtained using the geometric mean of indicators. Then, through integration and determining the geometric mean of layers obtained from criteria and finally classification of the obtained maps, map of the current status of desertification in the studied area was prepared. The obtained results indicated. Also, among the evaluated indices, amount of annual rainfall in climate criterion and the electrical conductivity in water criterion had the highest impact, with weighted averages of 2.24 and 3.04, respectively. Also, the quantitative value of severity of desertification was calculated to be 1.78 for the entire area, which was in the medium class. Manuscript profile

Criticism and refinement of the Hadith of Sir Nasara can be considered as one of the most important hadith research efforts of foreign scholars throughout the history of the Islamic tradition. And since he is the narrator of a large part of the hadith books of Sunnis, Abu Hurairah, who, according to the scholars of the science of men and hadith, narrated more than all the companions of the Prophet , To prove with historical evidence Abu Hurairah was not like other Companions, both in terms of being ahead in Islam and his motivation for believing in the Prophet and following the goals of the Prophet after his death, in order to acknowledge the conclusion he has reached that the role Abu Hurairah is falsifying the hadith.Mahmoud Aburiah is one of the contemporary Egyptian hadith scholars who authored the book "Muhammadi tradition in the passage of history" and "Abu Huraira Sheikh Al-Madirah" while examining the cognitive history of Islamic hadith of a number of its narrators, he did a documentary and textual criticism of Abu Huraira's traditions and using the criteria such as matching the hadiths with the Qur'an and the Sunnah, the non-contradiction of the hadiths with reason, and what has been proven by science has emphasized the fakeness of some of his hadiths. Based on this, this article tries to describe and analyze the data Hadith scholar to analyze and scientifically evaluate the position of Abu Hurairah and his narrations in the scale of criticism of Mahmoud Aburiah. Transmission system reliability is an important issue in transmission network expansion planning (TNEP). Most of papers and research about TNEP employed N–1 safe criterion to formulate the transmission reliability, while a few of them have considered load shedding (LS) index to meet the required reliability of consumers for electric demand. Thus, an economic evaluation is necessary to clear which of these reliability criteria is more appropriate for transmission expansion planning studies. This paper tries to compare these reliability indices to each other and show that which of them are more economic and better for expansion planning of a transmission system. The aim is to compromise between transmission lines and substations expansion cost, network losses, and system reliability considering maintenance and repair expenses as well as replacement cost of timeworn lines. To formulate the network reliability, first deterministic reliability criterion of N–1 was employed and embedded in the problem formulation and results were discussed, then N–1 criterion was replaced by probabilistic reliability index of load shedding in TNEP formulation and the results were compared with results of first model. Both of TNEP models are tested on well known as Garver’s 6-bus network and IEEE reliability 24-bus test system (IEEE RTS). Manuscript profile

Evaluation has always been a time- consuming, expensive and important process in educational systems. In addition, reliable outcome cannot be achieved unless we use appropriate criteria. In this research, a system using Fuzzy logic criteria was proposed for the evaluation of faculty members' teaching performance. Fuzzy logic is considered as a modern method of inference which is used for different purposes as a powerful instrument when combined with computer. In this research, we first gathered required information from experienced faculty members and those with enough information about new educational technology. Then, efficient methods of teaching mathematics at undergraduate level as the case study have been studied and analyzed using new methods and Fuzzy logic. Finally, with the help of the researches done, a Fuzzy system for educational evaluation was designed and was applied with MATLAB software. The results of the evaluation showed that using the proposed system (in this case study) more efficient evaluation on faculty members' teaching performance would be possible. Also, they can increase and improve the productivity of teaching procedures using this system. Furthermore, this research showed that evaluation errors would decrease using Fuzzy inference. In data envelopment analysis, different models are developed in different fields with different data for evaluation and ranking of DMUs. While in many applications issues, unit managers are faced with stochastic data, and they need a method to evaluate their supervised units in a way that can evaluate and rank such DMUs. When working with stochastic data, considering the probability of occurrence of unpredictable states (the level of error) provided by managers, the DMUs are evaluated. In this paper using Probability statistics techniques and normal distribution and the BCC model with undesirable outputs and a specific risk ofSpecified,a new stochastic model called Expected Ranking Criterion is introduced. Based on this, the stochastic cross-efficiency evaluation. Given the non-uniqueness of resulting optimal solutions, a model is introduced for rating priorities by which cross-efficiency is performed using aggressive method. The proposed model is implemented for 32 thermal power plants with stochastic inputs and undesirable outputs. Manuscript profile

In the literature on the problem of the criterion, John Locke is described as a methodist: one who prioritizes the criterion of knowledge over its extent and believes that based on the criterion of knowledge, its extent can be determined. However, there is no independent research to substantiate this description. That is the arguments and evidence confirming that Locke is a methodist have not been presented and examined independently. The following article addresses this issue. Hence, the author after a brief review of the problem of the criterion and its background provides the reasons and evidence that Locke is a methodist, including the argument based on 'no innate knowledge', the argument based on 'tabula rasa', and the argument based on the rejection of epistemic authoritarianism. Then, the nature of his Methodism and, indeed, Locke's view of the criterion of knowledge are discussed. During this discussion, it is examined whether Locke considers the criterion of knowledge to be related to the achievement of knowledge or justification. Then, it is argued that if the criterion of knowledge in Locke's view is related to the achievement of knowledge, should his epistemology be considered naturalized? And if so, what is the significance of Locke's discussion of the primacy of the criterion of knowledge over its extent, which is a normative discussion? Manuscript profile

The destiny of many issues in the moral philosophy is tied to this subject namely the truth of moral propositions. There are two main theories about it; some believe that the universal principles of ethics reflect the external world and the others deny that. Conflictions between these scholars have been continued intensively, to now. According to the author, this problem in moral philosophy will be solved basically by Anthropology. In the other word, for the proponents of the reflective moral propositions, only will be two options: 1) they have to show that the ethical issues can also be resolved without discussing on the reflective elements. 2) Or at least they need to explain that the non-reflective elements must be ignored in the moral general principles. Therefore, for judging appropriately between these two groups, should be discussed on two affairs: "the necessity of abstractive perceptions" and " the criteria of derivation" .The other group, in the light of the explanation of voluntary human actions, proves that above mentioned ways are blocked. Firstly, human actions cannot be explained without believing in derivative perceptions, secondly, ethical propositions, particularly the universal principles, have standard of the derivation, therefore they are abstractive and non-reflective. The main purpose of the research is to explaining the effect of financial default on the anomaly in reported earnings in firms listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. For this purpose, financial statement information of 147 firms has been collected in the period of 1390-1401. Multivariate regression with panel data was used to test the hypotheses. Adjusted Altman criterion was used for financial default. Adjusted Jones criterion and Eikel index were used for abnormality in reported earnings. The results of the test of the first hypothesis of the research show that the criterion of financial helplessness does not have a significant effect on the first criterion - adjusted Jones - abnormality in reported profits. The results of the second hypothesis test of the research show that the measure of financial helplessness has a significant effect on the second measure - Ikel index - abnormality in reported earnings. There are no traces left of the Shia chain of narrators (Rijāl) before the 4th century before, and other than the titles of the books, there is no report of their contents. The thought of early Rijāli scholars recount the Rijāli evaluations taken from and influenced by the Imams' opinions about the companions. Mohammad ibn Isa Ubaid is of influential textualist Rijālis whose al-Rijāl used to be a source for Mohammad ibn ʿUmar al-Kashī in authoring his Rijāl. This research is to come to an understanding of Ubaidi's Rijāli thought. Therefore, the criterion for reliance or weakness in the two general groups is complimentary or reproaching reactions of the Imam toward the narrator as well as the latter's characteristics, in each of which group there's a meaningful relationship with the type of the criteria. In disagreement points, it does not contain any weak Rijāli leaders (Mashāyīkh). It has preferred scientific relations to in-sectarian disagreements. Whatever is gathered here is an outcome of a geographical stretch of Iraqi school as well as the works of Fataḥīs, Ghulāt, Wāqifīs and weak and reliable narrators, also works unrelated with Rijāl such as Nawādir.
