Background and Objective: The presence of dust in the sky of Iran causes dust deposition on the surface of photovoltaic panels and greatly affects the efficiency of them. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of dust, sand and temperature on the efficiency of photovoltaic panels.Material and Methodology: Two similar panels were placed outdoors for 1 days to investigate the impact of dust. One of the panels is equipped with a cleaning system, but the other panel is without a cleaner. In the temperature setting, the control panel was equipped with a cooling system but the experimental panel was set without a cooling system. For investigation the effect of dust and sand, four similar panels were used, the control panel was in the clean condition, but the experimental panels were covered with dust and sand.Findings: The results of this study indicate that dust deposition on the panel surface after 13 hour caused a decrease of 4% in voltage, 21% in current, 24% in power and an  increase of 4% in the temperature of the contaminated panel compared to the clean panel. The panel with the higher temperature has a reduction of 3% in voltage, 25% in current and 29% in power in comparison with the lower temperature panel. In addition, the voltage and current of the sandblasted panel decreased more than the voltage and current of the panel contaminated with dust.Discussion and Conclusion: According to the results of this study, dust deposition on the panel surface and increasing the panel temperature decrease the photovoltaic panel efficiency. Dust also has more impact on the photovoltaic panel than sand. Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Energy consumption in food industries is high and increasing due to the growing population, inadequacy of cultivating farms, and life condition improvement. This growing consumption is a threat to the environment and human’s health. Sugarcane industries are considered as high consuming industries which have a tangible impact on the environment and emission of greenhouse gases. Sugarcane industrial energy consumption share among other industries is 4.3% and more than 70% in total energy of food industry consumption. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of CMD application on the reduction of fossil fuel energy consumption and GHGs emission reduction in Haft Tappeh Sugarcane Factory.  Method: The results of the factory energy auditing indicated that one of the proper methods to benefit from CMD is to replace the old boiler which has low efficiency with a new boiler. Pre-feasibility assessment of the environmental and economical aspects of implementing the project has been calculated using “Proform” software. It ran through three scenarios assuming the investment, installation, and maintenance costs; the new boiler consumption rate with higher efficiency and cost-effectiveness of replacing the new system with the old one having lower efficiency. Calculation was based on carbon credit value in global market. Results: As results show in case if scenario C is applied, the Net Present Value (NPV) will equal 21,000,000 dollars and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) will become 39.18%. Carbon credit was considered 20 dollars based on the reduction of CO2 equivalent which was calculated by carbon supply and demand market for CERs of CDM projects that are sold and purchased in carbon exchange market. IRR is higher than 16% discount rate; consequently, it proves that implementing such a project is cost-effective. Provided that the new high efficient boiler is used, the emission of CO2 equivalent during implementing the project-25 years- will reduce to 763,353 ton equal to CO2 equivalent; furthermore, 13,607,000 GJ is saved on consumption of natural gas. Conclusion: Considering the boilers with high energy consumption and low efficiency in this factory, the replacement of old boiler with the new one through CDM project is cost effective Manuscript profile

According to article 50 of the constitution, environmental protection is a public duty, and all people and agencies are obligated to do so. One of the factors that threatens the environment is the phenomenon of haze that has affected many provinces of Iran in the past decade and today threatens the right to life of citizens and even many animal species. On the other hand, considering that many countries face this environmental risk, in addition to domestic actions, joint actions of countries should not be ignored. For this reason, in recent years, laws and agreements have been introduced at national, regional and international levels, but they have not been able to affect the management of haze phenomenon. In addition, measures must be taken within the country that prevent or minimize the penetration of haze phenomenon, These measures have been mentioned in laws such as the Clean Air Act, the Environmental Protection and Improvement Act, and the Executive Regulations on Combating the haze phenomenon, but unfortunately they have always faced challenges; Therefore, in this study, while emphasizing international actions, these challenges and limitations have been addressed and solutions have been proposed to eliminate them in order to manage haze phenomenon. The Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) is a candidate process for converting the world’s coal resources intoenergy, liquid fuels, and chemicals. In the UCG, the process involves the injection of steam and air or oxygeninto an underground coal seam and igniting and burning of coal in-situ to produce the combustible gas. Previousstudies showed that many parameters affect site selection of UCG design. These characteristics including coalseam properties (thicknesses, depth, dip, resources, rank), faulting, discontinuity, properties of hangingwall andfootwall of coal seam and hydrogeological regime. In this paper, by studying Tabas Mazino coal basin andconsidering proper UCG site selection criteria, potential coal layer was selected for the UCG based on theControlled Retraction Injection Point (CRIP) method. The result of this investigation showed that the M2 coalseam has the highest rank (considering the seam thickness and reservoir) for the UCG operation in Mazino coalbasin in relation to other coal seams namely, M1,M5,‌M4‌and‌M2-1. Understanding the nature of religious juridical subjects is one of the effective necessities of religious jurisprudence in making clear the religious precepts criteria. Both cleanliness and uncleanness are very important issues in the religious jurisprudence that understanding their nature from real and not real points of view may cause some basic changes in the field of cleanness and uncleanness. Now the question is whether cleanness and uncleanness are considered as real issues or nominal issues, what are the necessities and consequences of both views? Researching of the received religious percepts in the field of cleanness and uncleanness indicated that despite of lack of vividness in the nature of cleanliness and uncleanness from the viewpoint of real or nominal because of explicit reference of religious percepts criteria in the cases these proofs considered from high potential in proving and extracting of reality of cleanliness and uncleanness. The researcher not only considered the religious percepts in the field of cleanliness and uncleanness but also studied the criteria for religious percepts and concluded that cleanliness and uncleanness are a real affair which can be a matter of nominal religious percepts, and in that religious speeches they did consider cleanness and uncleanness for all things with attention to the real presence of both. Deoxynivalenol (DON) is one of the mycotoxins produced by Fusarium species. The current study was aimed to compare the efficiency of three cleanup columns (immunoaffinity, MycoSep < sup>TM #225, MycoSep < sup>TM #227), applied for the determination of DON in cereal products, using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). At first, wheat flour samples were spiked with DON at three concentrations (200, 700, 1200 ng/g), then recovery values were measured after cleanup with the columns. The amount of DON was also measured in 60 samples of cereal products (wheat flour, rice, barley flour, noodles and bread). The results showed that the highest recovery value (between 87.4±2.5 to 95.2±2.2%) was obtained from the immunoaffinity column. However, there was no significant difference between the immunoaffinity column and MycoSep 225. The lowest recovery value was obtained using MycoSep 227 column (P <0.05). The results also showed that 30 samples out of 60 (50%) were contaminated with DON. However, none of the samples exceeded the Iranian Standard limit (1000 ng/g). The highest contamination level (724.3 ng/g) was observed in a rice sample. The study showed that although the immunoaffinity column was more reliable in DON determination, MycoSep 225 showed promising recovery values. In addition, more precaution and measuring controls should be practiced by regulatory agencies to prevent mycotoxin contamination. Manuscript profile

Today, with the depletion of fossil fuels, the trend towards using renewable energies has increased. Among the various types of renewable energy resources, solar systems received more attention due to technical, environmental and economic reasons. However, the efficiency of solar panels is not high due to several reasons. In addition to using high-efficiency control equipment such as maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods, cleaning the surface of solar panels is one of the best and easiest ways to improve their efficiency and performance. In this paper, to increase the efficiency of solar panels, a robot for cleaning solar panels with the ability to adjust the height with the help of tank wheel technology has been developed. Moreover, due to water shortages in the country, the design of this robot has been done without the use of water. Considering that the designed robot has a telecommunication system with remote control capability, the speed of cleaning is very high and there is no need for the operator. The used software in the robot provides proper scheduling for the cleaning of solar panels. In addition to the aforementioned advantages, the proposed robot has a much lower price than foreign products. The performance of this robot on the five kW solar power plant of Tafresh University has been evaluated. Increasing the efficiency of the power plant, more revenue from the sale of energy to the grid and significant savings in water consumption are the main advantages of this intelligent robot. One of the preliminary objections of the United States of America in the case of the Certain iranian assets of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, raised in the International Court of Justice following the ruling of the Supreme Court (2016) was the citation of the doctrine of clean hands. The main point of this descriptive-analytical study is to examine the US preliminary objection based on the Doctrine of the Clean Hands. The United States had claimed that the Iranian government had revoked the right to sue by supporting terrorism and the special face of Lebanese Hezbollah Has done. The International Court of Justice, while accepting the defenses of the Iranian legal team, rejected the US objections to the jurisdiction and hearing of the petition. The Doctrine of the Clean Hands has a long history in the legal literature and has been accepted by international arbitration bodies as a condition for hearing a petition, but has never been accepted by the International Court of Justice as a preliminary objection, and the Court often Examination has referred it to the mertis level. In the case of the dispute between Iran and the United States, the Court did not violate its jurisprudence . Manuscript profile

This research has been conducted to examine the role of environmental advertising (billboards and urban television) on the participation of citizens in the implementation of a blue sky and clean land. The theoretical foundations of this research are based on persuasion ideas, the theory of audience dependence, the Cohen socialization theory, the theory of cultural habits and the theory of highlighting, according to which, and finally, the theory of excellence and persuasion theories were presented collectively as the theory that the goals and The hypotheses and the research model are based on it. This research is a survey with the purpose of applying and using the method of researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed through cluster sampling method and distributed through the Cochran formula between 300 residents of Tehran, aged 18-60 years old, from five districts of north, south, east, west and center of Tehran. Cronbach's alpha test showed that the main indexes of this research have high reliability coefficients. The statistical techniques used are the frequency distribution table, columnar and circular graphs, central statistics and dispersion, correlation between variables, and bivariate regression, f test and t test, which was performed with SPSS software. The dependent variable is the citizenship participation research and the independent variable of that environmental advertisement. Findings show that highlighting, content and diversity of promotional messages affect citizen participation and have the greatest impact on the variable of message diversity. City billboards and televisions change the attitudes and insights of individuals and change their behavior according to the proposed pattern of clean blue sky. Manuscript profile

Purpose: The common theory for stock price valuation based on accounting data is clean surplus theory. Also, the value function can be determined based on the prospect theory. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to compare the explanatory power of the clean surplus theory and the prospect theory.Research Methodology: Using a systematic method, 152 listed companies were selected as the research sample. The research period is from 2009 to 2022. Research variables include operating earnings, book value and market value. In this research, research hypotheses were tested using multivariate regression and using panel data. Results: The results indicate that the power of explaining the operating earnings of per share is greater in the theory of a clean surplus of the theory of prospect. Also, the results of the research showed that the explanatory power of accrual items of operating earnings of per share is greater in the theory of a clean surplus of the theory of prospect. However, the explanatory power of cash items of operating earnings of per share does not differ between the theory of a clean surplus and the theory of prospect. Originality / Value: Based on the findings of the present research, capital market investors can use the clean surplus theory to determine stock valuation. Manuscript profile
