The housing units of these social classes are exposed to natural hazards such as earthquakes and the spread of various social harms among the low-income groups due to the prevailing geographical space. Solving these challenges will not be possible except by thinking of macro measures and adopting new approaches. Instability in the housing sector of Tabriz is related to the large area of ​​worn-out structures and informal settlements. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the barriers to housing for vulnerable groups. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey type. To select the indicators affecting housing and prioritize these indicators in vulnerable groups, 20 experts are used by Delphi method to test the questionnaire randomly for weighting. Some of the required information has been collected from the Statistics Center. Findings show that social and economic indicators have a significant impact on housing for low-income groups. Despite abundant tourist attractions, Ardakan city, as one of the most beautiful regions in Yazd province, lacks the appropriate facilities to attract tourists. In this study, it has been attempted to identify the capabilities and limitations of tourism development in the city and to determine the suitable strategies for the development of tourism and ecotourism in this city. Method: The method used in this study is of a descriptive-analytic type. To collect the required information, library studies, document reviews and field studies, including interviews and questionnaires, were used. Study of attractions, amenities and services as well as overall situation of tourism and ecotourism in the region was rendered according to the information obtained. In the next step, SWOT method was used to analyze the information and provide guidelines and strategies for the development of tourism and ecotourism. Findings: Results demonstrated that the total weighted scores of the matrices for table of internal and external factors are 2.63 and 2.36 respectively. The obtained value was lower than average, showing the strengths and opportunities are not used properly to overcome the weaknesses and threats. The weaknesses outweigh the strengths and the threats are dominant to opportunities. In addition, the type of strategy obtained was a variety (contingency) strategy. Discussion and Conclusion: The results show that Ardakan city has great potential for tourism and ecotourism and by investing, planning and proper management these capabilities can be used for sustainable development of tourism in the city. The purpose of this study is to get acquainted with oil pollution and its derivatives and to explain the prioritization of the Caspian Sea environmental protection strategy of threats caused by oil pollution. Material and Methodology: SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) is an important tool for strategic study, situation analysis and providing appropriate solutions to obtain an answer to this question. Therefore, the main strategy of this study is to use the SWOT model as a tool to assess oil pollution in the Caspian Sea. Findings: According to the results of this study, with strategic prioritization in the total share of Caspian oil pollution, there are two threats (Russia and Azerbaijan) and three opportunities (Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iran) that the most important weakness and threat in river resources and the most important Capability and opportunity have been identified in urban resources. Discussion and Conclusion: What has been underreported in these studies is the use of cross-border diagnostic analyzes because these analyzes, as official reports approved by international environmental organizations, can be the basis for periodic evaluations and based on them to determine strategic priorities in pollution control management of the Caspian Basin. With the growing decay, the quality of life has also declined and it is necessary to improve the condition of these textures by an environmentally-based plan and according to the indexes of Rehabilitation the quality of the environment.Material and Methodology: The current study is a practical one in terms of purpose, and regarding the method, it is descriptive-survey. In the basic concepts introduction section, the method of gathering data is library method, and in the part about documentation collecting, field studies (questionnaire, interview and observation) were done. At first, the environmental problems of worn-out textures have been identified for the aim of planning for their revival and in the end, some strategies for improving and reviving the worn-out textures are introduced.Findings: the results of the study show that physical problems and then environmental, social, economic and management ones in order comprise the main portion of problems. Also, in studying the physical aspects, it was noticed that the low quality of the buildings, superfineness of the pieces and impenetrability of passageways are among the most important problems of the studied texture.Discussion and Conclusion: Based on the final analyses, some strategies for the purpose of strengthening the positive points and opportunities and also eliminating the weaknesses were provided in the form of SWOT models to improve the worn-out texture at the center of Ardakan. According to this the goals of this research is on one hand to identify priorities of tourism attractions, tourist satisfaction, infrastructures, facilities and services of the County, measuring the effects of natural attractions in the development of the County, and on the other hand is to identify tourism development strategies based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats applied in SWOT model. Material and Methodology The methodology of this study based on the goal is to be functional and the method is descriptive-analytical. With that in mind, in Order to achieve the objectives of the research with the aim of library and field studies, then using a questionnaire and a survey the tourists and experts, necessary information is collected and then in SPSS and Excel Software, Statistical analysis was performed on data. Findings: The total score of strengths and weaknesses was 2.3 and the total score of opportunities and threats was 2.46, so the findings, based on studies in the County of Mahabad show that based on the matrix of internal and external influential factors, the weaknesses overcome the strengths and threats overcome the opportunities. Discussion and Conclusion: For the development of tourism in the County of Mahabad, we believe there is a strong need for comprehensive planning of maximum use of the strengths, enhance opportunities and dealing with threats. One of the city's tourist areas in Khalkhal in Ardebil province, due to topographical and geological structure, is full of tourist sites in terms of ecotourism. Materials and Methodology: This research uses SWOT model and descriptive-analytical approach and field studies and libraries whose purpose is to assess the tourism potentials of Khalkhal city in Ardabil province. Results: Analysis of the above model in this study shows that in the matrix analysis, strengths are 1.61, weaknesses are 1.26, opportunities are equal to 1.77 and the amount of threat is equal to 1.19, tourism potentials of Khalkhal city, in the first priority aggressive strategies are the second priority in planning competitive strategies. For this purpose, first the initial strategies of SO with a value of 3.38 and then the strategies of OW with a value of 3.03 in the SWOT matrix are in the first and second priority, indicating the best strategies in sustainable tourism in Khalkhal region. Discussion and Conclusion: According to the results of the present study defensive strategies (WT) with a score of 2.45, conservative strategies (TS) with a score of 2.8, represents the weakest sustainable tourism strategy in the area known Khalkhal.   Manuscript profile

Material and Methodology: To achieve this goal, the documents, statistics and information available in scientific sources, as well as interviews with heads of households living in dilapidated contexts, experts, managers and experts related to architectural and social issues and using the fuzzy hierarchy technique of AHP model and SWOT model It has been used. In the first stage, the worn-out areas of the central part of Qhazvin city have been prioritized in terms of the severity of wear and tear. In the next step, using the SWOT model with a sample size of 417 people for a confidence level of 95% and a probability of error of 5%, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the worn-out areas of the central part of Qhazvin city have been identified. Findings: lack of service-welfare spaces in the studied area with importance factor (0.033) as the most important weakness, easy access to the main streets, market and city center with importance factor (0.024) as the highest strength, lack of plan E. Madoon is in the direction of central justice in the area of Qhazvin city with a significance coefficient (0.054). Discussion and Conclusion: The most important threat is the existence of incentive schemes (such as granting loans, increasing density, etc.) by the relevant organizations in order to increase investment and renovation with a coefficient of importance (0.032) and the best opportunity to organize the context of the sector.         The information and data required for the research were collected using documentary and field methods. The statistical population includes creative cultural tourists in Isfahan. Using the Cochran's sample estimation formula, the number and sample size of the study population was 385. In order to analyze the data, Excel, SPSS software and Chi-square or Chi-square, univariate, Spearman statistical tests and also to determine strategies and strategies for the development of creative cultural tourism, SWOT model has been used. Research findings indicate that the characteristics and richness of historical monuments; cultural; social; scientific; Handicrafts; Natural art and ... are among the tourist attractions of Isfahan so that creative cultural tourism has a great impact on attracting tourists to this famous city. However, repulsions and lack of facilities related to the creative cultural tourism industry of Isfahan also reduce and do not increase the number of tourists, which in general leads to the weakness of infrastructure facilities for the underdevelopment of cultural tourism. Using the SWOT model, the results showed that the city of Isfahan with a total of 20 strengths and opportunities with a weight score of 3.33 and 3.41, respectively, as advantages, many potentials for the development of creative cultural tourism. But at the same time, 18 weaknesses and threats facing this creative cultural tourism of Isfahan with weight scores of 3.86 and 3.21, respectively, as limitations show that it also faces challenges and problems.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of rural development using SWOT and AHP models (Case study: Pesikhan village in the central part of Rasht). This research is a descriptive-analytical research and in terms of the purpose of an applied research. The statistical population of the study consists of officials and villagers of Pesikhan village in the central part of Rasht. The method of collecting information is field and library. Statistics and information available in the culture of settlements during statistical periods have been used to study. SWOT and AHP models were used to analyze the data. The results indicate that the village of Safsar is at the level of a development and is one of the developed villages of the village and Klash Talshan and Atashgah villages are relatively developed villages and other rural areas are underdeveloped villages of the village. Although studies show that there is a lot of potential in the villages of Pesikhan district to achieve rural development; However, in the current situation of rural settlements in Rasht, there is an imbalance in the level of development and the development of villages in this city is facing serious challenges and obstacles.         Planning the urban land use refers to a set of activities forming the human environment based on requests and needs of urban communities. This is the core of urban planning issues. Today, such a planning is not conceivable without green space. In this study, the green space of Isfahan neighborhoods has been analyzed using SWOT model. And then, extracting experts opinions, the strong and weak points, opportunities, and threats to this strategic planning have been determined. Using SWOT matrix the possibility of developing four kinds of strategies is made focusing on maximum internal and external opportunities. Therefore, 9 internal strong point and 13 internal weak points as well as 8 external opportunities and 17 external threats were identified.         According to tourism department officials of South Khorasan, more that 12 million travelers pass across the province toward south or north regions of the country, while the province itself enjoys very little or nothing of this great potential. For this purpose, descriptive and analytical research method is employed and with sample size of about 300 people, and the designed questionnaires were completed by them. The data that are collected by researcher’s-made questionnaire are analyzed using SPSS data analyzer softwares and SWOT analyzing tool. The results shows that in total, 15 factors are considered as strengths factors of the province, of which the highest point is given to transit capability, i.e. the existence of the west country transit route as the most important transportation path for good and passengers. The lowest point on the other hand is given to associative and people’s contribution in tourism activities of the region. These factors gain a score of 3.93 in total, where developing tourism facilities gain the highest score of 0.60 among them. Upon given information, it is clear that the difference is higher than 2.5, there it can be concluded that the province conditions to deal with sightseeing activities is highly favorable. On this basis, it can be said that the general condition is in favor of external factors, and considering environmental and social constraints of the province, the situation gives hope for more assistance of the government to this province to help it gain advantage of its capabilities.         Urban tourism, accompanied by the future urban population growth, is a huge capacity to improve quality of life and simultaneously a serious challenge with regard to threats such as natural disasters. In recent decades, approaches to dealing with natural disasters to enhance the capacity of society have given rise to a new concept called urban resilience for better preparedness. To assess the resilience of Urmia's central fabrics against natural hazards, this study sought to provide a reliable conceptual framework for analyzing and assessing it in four social, economic, institutional and physical dimensions. The required data were collected using the fieldwork, desk-based research method and questionnaire, interview and observation tools. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS, ARCGIS, VIKOR model, and descriptive and inferential statistics. The statistical community of research consisted of the citizens of the central part of Urmia. The sample size was determined 380 using the Cochran formula and was systematically distributed. Findings showed that the highest and lowest averages were relating to the economic) 3.3(and institutional (2.64) dimensions. As the average value of all dimensions was below the theoretical average (4), we can say that the historical fabrics of Urmia is not in a good status in terms of resilience indicators. The results of the VIKOR model revealed that neighborhood 7 was the most resilient to natural hazards. Moreover, in terms of physical resilience (AHP), more than 80% of the central texture's area had a low level of resilience and was vulnerable to probable natural hazards. Manuscript profile

        Due to its unique location and importance, Aras Free Zone has several aspects, including the natural environment, population, higher education, added value in various sectors, investments, and customs. Based on these capacities, it serves as the center and beating heart of Azerbaijan. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the geo-economics of the South Caucasus region in terms of tourism using the SWOT model. This descriptive-survey research has an applied nature and is cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population consists of experts and specialists in tourism and political geography related to the issues of the Aras Free Zone and the South Caucasus. Fifty individuals were selected in a targeted manner for this study. The SWOT method was used for analysis during the year 1400. Results showed that one of the weaknesses of the study is the strained political relations between Iran and Azerbaijan in the region. On the other hand, the communication role of the South Caucasus region between Iran and various European countries is a significant geo-economic advantage, making it a critical communication and transit bridge between Iran and Europe. The possibility of establishing a communication route between the eastern and western seas presents both a threat factor and an opportunity for its communication role between Iran and various European countries.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility and realization of agricultural tourism development in Saveh city. The current type of research is applied in terms of purpose and nature, employing a survey based on field studies (questionnaire). The statistical population of this research includes 18 university managers and experts in the field of tourism and urban planning, who were selected using purposive sampling. For scientific analysis, the combined model of SWOT strategic analysis and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) has been used. The results obtained from the evaluation matrix show that internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) were assessed. According to the scoring of the items in the research, the total score of internal factors is 2.28 (strengths 1.13 and weaknesses 1.15) and external factors 3.2 (opportunities 0.993 and threats 2.2). Therefore, the best strategy for realizing the agricultural tourism model in the study area is the WO strategy, which involves leveraging strengths to exploit opportunities and mitigate weaknesses. Among the developed strategies, the competitive-aggressive (WO) strategy scored the highest (6.82) and is the most attractive among the research strategies. The output of the strategic planning model emphasizes leveraging the region's proximity and access to population centers, geological features of the area, and strengthening related programs as high priority actions. The aim of this study was to evaluate the texture of urban tourism in the 14th district of Isfahan using the SWOT-QSPM model. The study is cross-sectional and a questionnaire was used for data collection.         Implementing creative cities strategies is one of the practical solutions for todays, cities. Cities, which have societal, economical, cultural and environmental issues, are able to moderate these issues through prioritizing creative elements. The purpose of this research is evaluation of challenges and opportunities in developing a creative city in "ARAS FREE TRAD – INDUSTRIAL ZONE The collection of requirements data has been done with literature review (documental) and field work survey. The research involves collecting date through different approaches including: questionnaire, field observation and interview. SWOT technique has been also used to analyze and give guideline. Examining and analyzing different aspects of region, demonstrates that it has more strength points and opportunities. The results of this study indicate followings: standing in international transportation (six corridor) with weight of 0.32, neglecting cultural and societal with weight of 0.21 are respectively, among strength and weakness points. Possessing a strategic geographical location with weight of 0.28 and advertisement, agencies, administrative offices and limited marketing with weight of 0.28 are. Respectively, the most important opportunities and threats to the region. With augmentation of strengths and opportunities points, transition from current trend to innovative development in Aras Free Zone accelerate and will close to the criterions of world creative cities. The results show that region despite having capabilities and basic infrastructure as well as having an aggressive strategy, still have more distance with important and necessary situations from a creative city. In fact, the use of economic, social, physical, etc. indicators can be a suitable Criterion for determining the status of cities, and fields of solving the problems and failures are created to achieve the desired and actual development. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to determine the position of Piranshahr city in terms of strategic planning indices and prioritizing the city development strategies. The research is descriptive and analytical. The sample population in this study consisted of three groups: urban managers, urban elites and citizens the sample size was identified 382 people for the citizens group according to the Cochran formula. In the group of managers 50 people and in the elite group 50 were selected as samples. Positioning of city was by using SWOT model and Prioritization of city developing strategies was performed by the SWOT model and prioritizing the city development strategies using a combination of Multi Criteria Decision-Making method and Kohonen neural network in MATLAB and EXCEL softwares. The results showed that the city of Piranshahr is in a competitive position strategically. Also the output of Kohonen neural network identified strategy of developing of foreign exchanges and strengthening of Tamarchin boundry market in order to shaping a sustainable economy based on internal - foreign trade as the best city development strategy. In other to reach this kind of development, recognizing the opportunities strengths, weakness and threats in the region can more effective and better method until with recognize them and planning to use capabilities and remove the weakness, could reach to a stable and integrative development.Current research using descriptive- analyzing method had been dealt with the investigation of strengths, opportunities weakness and theats using SWOT model in Ahmad Sar Ghourab district in Shaft township.Inorther to collect information in 48 villages, a questionnaire and interview had been carried out from the village farm management and councils. The results from this survey indicate that this district with 48 village plenty of opportunities in nature environment point of view which can effective in this area integrative development.         Historical and ancient area of booyeh village is located in AMLASH city (guilan province).This area has ancient and historical phenomena and old tombs of the iron age of one and two in addition to the natural attractions.Probe teams have been discovered numerous antiquities such as, decorative jewelry, pottery and metal containers.Housing architecture and the village cultural attractions has increased the attractive of this area for tourists.Moreover, booyeh village in terms of having the ability of ecotourism (nature guides) and historical-cultural tourism is simultaneously as a unique  model.Assess the feasibility of building the museum site requires basic information such as anthropology, climatology, geology, soil, landscape, and other parameters;For this purpose, collecting many of detailed information was carried out in the form of specialized teams of field and survey;Then the thematic maps based on Geographic Information System (GIS) was produced from the range and Finally, along with basic information and spatial analysis, construction possibility of site - museum were performed using the SWOT model.In this study, two separate questionnaires were developed to obtain the opinions of 45 experts, responses was setting according to the  spectrum of 5 stratified of Likert from lowest to the highest, The significance of the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats of the current situation in a questionnaire and the rate of situation of the study area were completed in the form of other questionnaire,After normalizing the weights average, results was multiplied in average of scores and the average of weight scores were calculated,The highest total of weight score was obtained 54/38 for WO strategy and SWOT model proposed external growth strategy in this study.At last, also proposals were presented based on the development of growth from outside focus on construction of the site of the museum in terms of economic, employment, security, cultural, social and health – environment.         The main objective of this paper is to develop strategies for developing export production in Kurdistan province. Therefore, from three different statistical samples of exporting producers, experts and exporters, semi-structured interviews were conducted to identify the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of export production in Kurdistan province. Then, using the SWOT model and the QSPM tool, and examined the status of the province and prioritized strategies. The findings of this research on the divergence of views of various statistical samples and the need to consider the combined strategies of development of export production in Kurdistan province. In addition, the most threatened exports of this province are political issues, economic fluctuations and financial-administrative problems. Among other considerations are the importance of the natural opportunities of export production in Kurdistan province, which the government does not play in their creation, and the importance factor of the social capital of the province as strengths. And perhaps the most important result of this research is the quantum interconnection of the factors affecting the production of exports in Kurdistan province and the need to change structures in creating productive incentives.         The purpose of this study is to design and develop strategic and marketing strategies based on the major goals of Sepah Bank, mission statement and perspective. In this study, opportunities and threats of macro environment (economic, social, political, technology and competitors) and strengths and weaknesses of the bank based on open questionnaire and interview using the Grand Theory method, it has been collected, coded, indexed, component and later collected from the expert community. Then, using Shannon's entropy technique, grading and ranking were performed. After ranking, 31 opportunities were identified and 41 threats were identified in 16 general dimensions, 19 strengths and 20 weaknesses were identified in 15 general dimensions. Then, using a quantitative strategic planning matrix, 50 strategies have been designed and compiled, and after scoring, 30 practical strategies have been determined.The results showed that for the purposes of increasing and maintaining market share (strategy of activating the R&D unit), increasing stability and profitability (strategy of operational efficiency with a focus on increasing wage earnings), upgrading and consolidating the brand position (brand brand promotion strategy according to Its antiquity and statehood) and the empowerment and excellence of human capital (the strategy of the employee performance appraisal system based on experience and ability) have the first priorities in terms of the importance of implementation.         Marketing is one of the important issue for surviving and developing organizations and identities and to achieve the target markets is one of the main concerns of executives.This research aims to plan and Develop marketing strategy of Setareh Iran company,as Mercedes-Benz Automotive representative.The population includes 55 of all Mangers and experts of Setareh Iran company of sales and marketing agencies in the summer of 2016 and research is done according to data from 48 of subjects based on Cochran formula by classified sampling method. The required information was collected by using the questionnaire in accordance with the research theoretical framework and was analyzed SPSS software.Data review showed that the item of " changes in the structures of Setareh Iran company to fix the administrative bureaucracy governing the company" has the greatest weight average in the first priority of the strength, the item of " The annual budget allocation for marketing activities" has the highest average weight,in the first priority of weaknesses. Also,the item of " the Reasonable and appropriate interactions and relations with other countries and the origin manufacturing country has the highest average weight in the first priority of opportunities ahead and finally, the item of "Continuous changes in exchange rates and their effects on the purchasing and risk appetite level" has the highest average weight in the first priority of threats,the dominant strategy of marketing in the company is to apply aggressive strategies.At the end,according to results, four strategies of offensive,defensive, competitive (contingency) and conservative (adaptation) is offered.
