About the journal
The “Quality and Durability of Agricultural Products and Food Stuffs” is a scientific, peer-reviewed (double-blind) publication issued quarterly in both print and electronic formats. The journal aims to advance knowledge and foster scientific exchange among national and international researchers in the fields of agriculture and food sciences.
All submissions undergo initial screening within one week and a peer review process averaging two to three weeks. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two subject-matter experts and one comparative reviewer.
The journal follows an open access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Authors retain copyright, while readers have free access to all articles.
This journal is fully committed to the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with national regulations regarding the prevention of academic misconduct.
