About the journal
The Quality and Durability of Agricultural Products and Food Stuffs, affiliated with Islamic Azad University, Kerman Branch, was established with the aim of expanding scientific knowledge and creating a platform for scholarly exchange among prominent national and international researchers in the fields of agriculture and food sciences. The journal officially commenced its activities on November 24, 2020, under license No. 42972/73/ص/99 from Islamic Azad University and publication permit No. 40408 dated December 23, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran.
This journal is published on a quarterly basis and has received an A-level ranking in the latest evaluation of scientific journals by Islamic Azad University.
Peer Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, meaning the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two expert referees and one comparative reviewer. Authors are kindly requested to submit the original manuscript without any names or affiliations for the review process.
This journal is an open-access publication and follows a rigorous scientific peer review system.
The Quality and Durability of Agricultural Products and Food Stuffs fully adheres to publication ethics and complies with the principles set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). It also abides by the Executive Bylaw of the Law on Prevention and Counteraction to Academic Fraud as approved by the Islamic Republic of Iran.
