The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate the possible positive and negative consequences of using the Club House network in Iran. The importance of this study is that achieving a correct understanding of the positive and negative aspects of using this network can explain the possible threats and opportunities that the use of this virtual network can have for the country in the run-up to the 1400 presidential elections. And to help the country's officials in the field of cyberspace in choosing a correct, scientific and principled confrontation with this social network. The research method was performed using a qualitative method and information and data were collected through in-depth interviews with experts. Permanent comparison method has also been used to analyze the data. The research results show; Interviewees believe that the existence of Club House in Iran has positive dimensions such as: marginalizing the voices of informal groups in society and politics, reducing fake news and content by emphasizing the credibility of resources, enabling dialogue without any intervention and visual appeal (overcoming logic). Deception, developing a culture of dialogue by creating a respectful atmosphere for it, emerging as an elite medium, being effective while not pervasive, solving the problem of other platforms by enabling dialogue without overcoming tools, creating a deep and real medium for elites and Opportunities such as: reducing the audience of dissident and monarchist networks, creating mobility in the main media of the country, including radio and television, in order to re-conquer the audience of analytical and deep productions, increase time and social capital. The platform also has negative features such as: lack of ubiquity, lack of archival capability, non-democratic media (minority rights are not recognized in chat rooms), low number of users compared to other existing platforms, monosensitivity (purely audio-radio platform 24 Hours), being an American platform and threatening to influence the 1400 elections (virtual-media elections) and challenge radio. A set of second-order differential equations (the initial value problem) is used to analyze the vibrations of structures. This method is based on changing the second-order differential equations to the eigenvalue problem, which is usually used for modal analysis of structures. This problem involves a matrix equation with mass and stiffness as coefficient matrices. Changes in some stiffness matrix arrays change eigenvalues and eigenvectors, and changes in stiffness matrices indicate damage to one or more structural members. Therefore, identifying modified arrays is very useful for monitoring the health of structures. Modified stiffness array arrays can be obtained by comparing new eigenvalues and eigenvectors with old ones. The Stubbs Index (Modal Strain Energy) Stubbs (MSE) uses only special vectors to identify injuries. In the improved modal strain energy method (IMSE) proposed by Lee et al., In addition to special vectors, special values are also entered in relation to the damage index. In this research, a new injury index is presented with the development of the above two indicators, which show more accurate results than them. In this study, the health monitoring of a template platform structure of Forouzan Persian Gulf oil field is compared to compare the accuracy of these three indicators. The results show that the new method is more accurate than the Stubbs and IMSE indices, especially in the presence of multiple injuries. Manuscript profile

Introduction: The positive and negative effects of value co-creation and patient participation in the field of digital healthcare and its feedback together and in the form of a model is a topic that has been less addressed. The main goal of this research is to investigate the effects of value co-creation on the effectiveness of digital healthcare platforms in the form of a dynamic process model. Methods: In order to achieve the goals of the research, the indicators of the effectiveness of digital health platforms were extracted from the selected information society. In the next step, using the system dynamics approach and Vensim PLE software, the cause and effect diagrams of the three subsystems of the problem were drawn, and the research model was extracted in the form of an accumulation and flow diagram. Results: In this research, patient empowerment was considered as a bridge between value co-creation and effectiveness of digital health platforms. After carrying out the research steps, cause and effect diagrams of three process readiness subsystems, value network and process achievements were extracted. Then the research model was completed by adding its complexities and dynamics in the form of accumulation and flow diagram. Conclusion: The obtained model, while depicting the dynamics of the problem, can be used as a reference for simulating and testing value co-creation development strategies in the effectiveness of digital health platforms. Although it is necessary to formulate and simulate the model to predict the effect of co-creation of value on the effectiveness of digital health platforms, but considering the prevalence of positive feedback over negative in the obtained model, it seems that paying attention to the approach of co-creation of value in the development of digital health functions has positive effects. The present study was conducted to identify the factors affecting success in advancing corporate governance strategies in the health sector and to explain the effects and consequences of its implementation. In the data collection sequence, after collecting qualitative data, among the qualitative research strategies, the data theory of the foundation was used and a comprehensive model was developed which includes causal factors, intervening factors, contextual factors, strategies and consequences of providing a corporate governance model in the health sector. In-depth interview was used as the main tool for data collection. Sampling started with the available method and then continued with the snowball method. Data saturation was obtained in 15 interviews. A total of 16 categories and 232 concepts were identified and extracted. Axial coding is the second stage of data analysis in contextual theory. The purpose of this step is to establish a relationship between the categories generated in the open coding step. Strauss and Corbin's paradigm model has been used for axial coding in this research. This model helps the theorist to have a general understanding of the theoretical process. The components of a paradigm model for pivotal coding are: pivotal category, causal conditions, prevailing context, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences. Manuscript profile

Coral reefs are classified in Coelenterata & Cnidariaphylum. They are primitive Eumetazoa that havespecial adjectives and distinct tissues. Theseecosystems provide good places for nutritionand breeding of many marine species includinginvertebrates and vertebrata (algea, marine grasses, sponges, mollusca, crustacea, fishes, etc…). In theseecosystems biodiversity is noticeable and for thisreason they are very important. With regarding tohigh important of these ecosystems for preserving ofbiodiversity and fragility of them against destructivefactors and environmental pollutants, and alsobecause of very long time, approximately more thanhundred years, are needed for creation of coralpulipes, protect of these shelters is very important. These important ecosystems are affected anddestructed by many environmental crisis that occurby human, like: The pollution due to oil compounds, agricultural and industrial sewages, global warming, climate changes, tourism distractive activities, overfishing, coastal development, etc…It is essentialthat, before occurrence of inexpiable impairmentdue to destruction of these beautiful and fragileecosystems, crises points must be recognized andmanage for preserving. If these ecosystems bedistracted, because of many species in the coralreefs are renewable with delay or unrenewable, ifso environmental favorite condition be existing, atleast 500 years is needed for restructuring for them.Creation and development of artificial reef (Ekoreef)is one of the most important strategies for preserveand restoration of coral reefs. Today artificial habitatsare notable in the world. Most countries located in theoffshore regions have paid attention to this opinionand in this way have restored damaged regionsand increased marine products as well. Ekoreef is astructure like natural habitat that is located in seas forpositive effects in exploitation from sea and withoutnegative effects on environment. With regard toending the products of oil fields in many countries, oil platforms are gradually increasing. Reuse of thesegments of these platforms in the coastal regions isa part of ultimate potential designs of coral reefs thatare named Ekoreef opinion. The design of platformlocated in the sea is dependent on the purpose ofcoral creation. Assessment of socio-economic andenvironmental effect of Ekoreef is necessary beforeapplying it. Abstract: Platform-based business strategy is actually a novel approach to industry and trade that has emerged by new technologies and methods. This strategy is not necessarily loyal to the business traditional rules, and has redefined a great number of the fundamental concepts. The previous models such as value-chain analysis or Porter’s model (and its modified strategies which describes a couple of mix strategies such as three basic value disciplines) are replaced by network effects and monetization strategies and the success of platform-based business strategies has led to a noticeable growth in the field of business strategies instead of using traditional methods and the substitute of traditional methods with these new strategies are increasing more and more. In this study, we explore the idea of platform-based business strategies using a number of analytic approaches. Furthermore, employing several concepts such as the network effect and monetization strategies, we examine the economic and organizational aspects of this family of businesses. Manuscript profile

Inroduction & Objective: For many years, behavioral research derived from neural networks has always had a special place. Because cognitive and behavioral assessment is the basis of all electrophysiological and molecular studies and should be somehow related to behavioral studies. The purpose of this design and construction is to simultaneously integrate and evaluate animal model behaviors in one device.  Material and Methods:Studying animal models has been crucial for gaining insight about the structure and function of the nervous system. For investigating behavioral tasks, scientists need to design or choose a box containing each stimulus they want to check. The advantage of this experiment as opposed to most others is the use of different types of memory and learning in addition to Egocentric and Allocentric navigation. The experiment is a multi-path water maze wherein through each path different factors are examined. Three platforms are situated in the maze. Upon the mouse entering the two paths, one covered with mirrors the other containing a ball, moving platforms are activated and the final platform becomes accessible with a sound effect after the paths have been traversed. When the platforms are elevated, a dim light is turned on. After the mouse has stood on a platform for a few seconds the platform moves and drops the mouse back in the water. When the mouse tries to enter the secondary path, a flashing light appears to prevent it from doing so. Through the experiment, spatial cues have been placed to differentiate directions. Results: Instinctive memory and latent learning of the mouse are evaluated in the watery environment, its semantic memory through the identification of moving platforms, and procedural and associative memory through finding the link between maze sensors and conditioning on the lights. The multifunctional nature and unique complexities of the proposed experiment, will allow the researcher to evaluate the aforementioned factors. Manuscript profile

Due to the fact that in recent years, the discussion of removing the national entrance exam has been raised, this year, the 12th grade average has been set for high-demand fields, which has a direct impact of 40%, and for other fields of study, admission is based on the student's academic record. Therefore, safe storage of academic records and prevention of changing and manipulating students' grades is very important. Blockchain technology is of interest due to its unique features such as decentralization and completeness of data, on the other hand, smart contracts provide privacy and access control. A platform for implementing smart contracts is the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain network. In this article, a model for storing and retrieving students' academic records based on the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain is presented. In this model, the academic records of students, including the grades of specialized and general courses of the twelfth year, are stored in the form of a transaction. The evaluation organization, as the responsible organization, can retrieve these records and provide the candidate with the result of the evaluation (being accepted or not accepted in the field of the candidate's chosen location). This model considers comprehensiveness, decentralization, privacy and access control. Manuscript profile

New simplified tectonic models and depositional history of Late Cretaceous rocks are established in a part of Zagros Orogenic Belt that is located in the Northeastern Iraq. These rocks constutes the most important Cretaceous oil reservoir in the Middle East. The dependent tools are petrography, field study and the concept of drowning phases. This concept is relatively new and accurate in explanation of development of carbonate sequences growth and termination. The columns of both carbonate and clastics rocks of the area are divided into three phases of drowning: 1- Pre-drowning phase of reefal limestone which is represented by Qamchuqa Formation which is equivalent to Mauddud and Shuaba formations (Early Cretaceous) in the south Iraq and in the Gulf. 2- Transitional phase of pelagic limestone and marl deposition which is transitional to post drowning phase during which Gulneri Shale and Dokan limestone Formations (Cenomanian- Turonian) are deposited. 3- Post drowning phase of deep carbonate sedimentation during which Kometan Formation (Santonian-Campanian) and 4- Burial Phase in which Shiranish and Tanjero Formations (Maasstrichtian) are deposited by which Arabian Platform was covered by siliciclastics sediments and main carbonate sedimentation was ended during Campanian. These phases, as resulted from tectonics of Zagros, can replace the complex previously assigned tectonic and depositional history of the area during Later Cretaceous. The application of the phases revealed nearly a continuous history of deposition in foredeep during Early Cretaceous and foreland basin during later ages. This continuous sedimentation is opposite to previously cited episodic sedimentation in the Cretaceous basins. Moreover than that, the occurrences of the previously mentioned subaerial cycles of erosion (unconformities) are not ascertained. The previous cycles had segmented the rocks and history of the area into several separated and unrelated tectonic events that occurred in different basins. According to the above cycles and unconformities the tectonic setting and depositional history of the whole northwestern Iraq assumed be violent during compete time span of the Late Cretaceous by which basin isolation and uplift and erosion occurred. The above ideas are amended and the unconformable boundaries are changed to conformable ones. Consequently, in the present study, a new tectonic history and model are established for Cretaceous which agree with field observation and existed lithofacies. Manuscript profile

The studied area includes Sulaimani, Erbil and Dohuk Governorates where Cretaceous rocks are well exposed in the High Folded Zone of North and Northeastern Iraq. This area is part of the northwestern boundary of Arabian platform near to Iranian border. In these governorates, the study tries to clarify the relations between deep and shallow stratigraphic units (formation or facies) during Cretaceous. The result of the present study is mainly depended on the field lateral tracing of the lithologic changes and paleontological evidences for indicating the new age termination of the units. The result showed as a generalized and simple model of temporal and special relations between Cretaceous deep and shallow water formations. The Balambo (Kazhdumi in Iran), Kometan (Ilam), Shiranish-Tanjero (Gurpi) Formations (as deep facies) are indicated as lateral equivalent of shallow facies of Qamchuqa (Sarvak and Dariyian), Bekhme (has not equivalent in Iran yet) and Aqra Formation (Seymare or Tarbur) respectively. On the model, the transition zone is indicated where the deep facies, from the east, change to shallow ones at the west. The shallow facies consist of coarse grain limestone with fossils skeletons, bioclasts and intraclasts. The deep facieses are fine grain pelagic limestone with microfossils (panktonic forams and nanofossils) whiles the transitional facies (zones) generally consist mixture of the two as interfigering relation between the deep and shallow facies. As the changes of the lithology of transitional zones are relatively sudden, therefore, they are not designated as formation and not defined previously. Manuscript profile

Developing a robust platform architecture can give companies a competitive edge and enhance product future generations and customer satisfaction. However, in order to develop a product platform architecture, there is a need for some kind a product variety design that concurrently manages costs and the supply chain process, and focuses on ease of use and improved availability to components. In this research, the design for variety (DFV) approach and two indices, generational variety index (GVI) and coupling index (CI) are used to measure a product architecture. Using the quality function deployment (QFD) and design structure matrix (DSM), design indices for product diversity are identified and ranked. Additionally, the design for variety approach is modeled simultaneously with the concepts of design for cost (DFC), design for availability (DFAv), and design for supply chain (DFSC) to yield a practical mathematical model for the development of the product platform architecture, which aims for product diversity, improved availability, reduced costs, and supply chain management. The case study of the current research is a phased array radar, which is optimized using the latest techniques (genetic algorithm) and MATLAB software to solve the problem. After implementing the model, considering four objectives including total cost, availability, supplier evaluation score (competency) and replaceability (variety), and seven main parameters of the model, sensitivity analysis and other comparisons and results are presented, which analyzes the relationships between objectives, the impressment and affectability of objectives and model parameters on each other. Regarding the comparison of objectives, the results generally show the inverse relationship between the total cost objective and the other objectives, and the direct relationship between the other objectives with each other. Additionally, the results of the sensitivity analysis performed indicate that the availability objective had the highest effect and replaceability (variety) and the evaluation score of suppliers (competency) and total cost also took next place. Persuasive writing is considered a complex genre for EFL learners to master and yet vital for academic arguments. As metadiscourse markers are recognizable and familiar devices to persuade, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of their explicit online instruction on Iranian EFL learners' persuasive writing. The participants were homogenous EFL learners at the intermediate level, divided into two groups: experimental (n=40) and control (n=40). An official e-platform used in Iranian state-run schools was used for online instruction. According to a regular schedule, the participants received different passages containing metadiscourse markers. The teacher assigned the experimental group to notice and discuss the markers in small groups. Then, a passage-related topic was assigned and the learners wrote a persuasive essay in each session. For the control group, the same procedure was adopted except for the explicit focus on metadiscourse markers. Finally, a writing test demonstrated the significant effect of explicit instruction on persuasive writing of EFL learners, through statistical analysis explaining participants’ attitude and high frequency of - interactive type markers. Learners’ attitudes were also examined through interviews. Pedagogical implications are suggested to include explicit focus on metadiscourse markers in writing courses. Manuscript profile

TADAS additional dampers are a type of passive control system that can be used in seismic design or retrofitting of offshore structures. The most common type of fixed offshore structures that are used include jacket or template platforms. These dampers in combination with offshore structures through the consumption of a large part of the input energy of the earthquake, greatly reduce the demand for energy loss by the main members of the frame in this type of structures and therefore increase the safety of structures. In the present study, the behavior of TADAS dampers in large displacements in SPD21 platform, which is one of the offshore platforms of South Pars phase 1, was investigated and some possible incorrect details in its design, which if not paid attention can cause damage to the structure, were reviewed and analyzed. To investigate this issue, the TADAS damper was simulated in full detail in the SPD21 offshore structure in ABAQUS finite element software and was subjected to continuous earthquake loading resulting in the large displacements. It was found out that the stiffness of the damper increases sharply and abruptly in a large displacement, which can lead to undesirable responses and even help to destroy the marine structure, and the looseness of the pins delays damper performance and increases the likelihood that dampers will play a lesser role in the earthquakes. In this research, it was deduced that if the height of the TADAS damper gap is increased up to 9 cm and the pins are at the lowest point inside the gap when installing the damper, the TADAS dampers installed on the template platform will be able to withstand the forces of earthquake and large displacements caused by them up to 17.9 cm which will play an important role in the stability of template platform structures such as SPD21 in the event of an earthquake and large displacements. Truss structures are one of the most common offshore structures that are exposed to various damages during their service life. Offshore platforms are exposed to various damages during their useful life. This can hamper the operation of the structure and cause more damage in the future if it grows and the damage increases. The location and severity of damage to structures is usually unknown, therefore, many efforts have been made to achieve an accurate, safe and low-cost way to identify damage to marine structures. Damage detection methods based on dynamic response are one of the non-destructive and practical methods. One of the most important subfields of damage identification based on the dynamic response of the structure is the modal strain energy method. In this paper, applying the modal strain energy method, the location of the damage in an offshore wind turbine tripod platform has been identified. The results presented that the Improved modal strain energy method has a sutible ability to identify the location of single damages with appropriate accuracy, both low intensity and high intensity. Also, in the event that more than one member of the structure is damaged, the written algorithm is able to distinguish the location of the damges, but in addition to the damaged members, some other members may also exhibit a damage index greater than one. Over recent years, business-to-business (B2B) firms have been growingly using digital content marketing to strengthen their relationships with customers. However, most companies disregard the importance of aligning the content marketing strategy with their competitiveness goals. Furthermore, no previous research has been performed to provide a comprehensive framework to implement content marketing in line with the firm’s competitiveness objectives. Hence, this research aims to theoretically contribute to content marketing literature by presenting a conceptual model for planning B2B digital content marketing strategy in line with the firm’s competitiveness goals. For this, a conceptual review was conducted. In light of our findings from this review, effective factors for implementing successful B2B content marketing were identified. Then, the main pillars of B2B content marketing in line with the firms’ competitiveness goals were extracted. Next, the conceptual model of the research was presented. Finally, the relationships between identified variables of the model were tested using the Partial Least Squares method in Smart PLS. Based on our findings, we argue that in order to implement effective digital content marketing in B2B contexts, it is essential to deploy an integrated approach that considers customers’ needs as well as the competitiveness goals of the firm.
