The current study was performed with the aim of investigating the relationship between self-directed learning, self-efficacy and information literacy and knowledge sharing behaviour among male students of high school of district 2 of Isfahan in the academic year 93-94 through the descriptive approach of the correlational type. All high school male students of district 2 with the number of 4995 formed the statistical population of the current study that among them 356 people were selected to participate in the current study by the random cluster sampling method. Data collection tools in this study were 4 questionnaires of self-directed learning of Fisher et al. (2001) with 40 items, self-efficacy of Sherer and Maddux (1982) with 17 items, information literacy with 18 items and knowledge sharing with 15 items, that their validity was confirmed, and their reliability, also, was obtained 0.78, 0.90, 0.91 and 0.85, respectively, by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Obtained data from the research were analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics including correlation coefficient, stepwise regression and analysis of variance. The test results of main theories showed that there was a significant relationship between self-directed learning and knowledge sharing behaviour, between self-efficacy and knowledge sharing behaviour and between information literacy and knowledge sharing behaviour. Also, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between the propensity for learning dimension, the self-management dimension and self-control dimension and knowledge sharing behaviour. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between the desire to behaviour starting of self-efficacy dimension, the desire to expand the effort for affecting the task of self-efficacy dimension, resistant in facing with the obstacles of self-efficacy dimension  and knowledge sharing behaviour. The results of stepwise regression revealed that propensity and self-management dimensions of self-directed learning have the ability of predicting the knowledge sharing behaviour. The relationship among the propensity dimension to expand the effort for affecting the task has the ability of predicting the knowledge sharing behaviour. Among the views of respondents in all four variables based on the education base, there was no significant difference. Manuscript profile

We are living in the information age.  In this age, one of the important criteria for determination of the development of societies is Information and Science Production. It means the rate of the works and scientific articles that are indexed in ISI (Institution for Scientific Information) by the researchers of the country. Base on this meaning,   each year ISI determines Countries' Scientific ranking; regarding their Science Productions. Recently, the scientific rating of researchers and authors were determined by their scientific rating on ISI in universities and research centers around the world, so researchers and authors struggle with improving their scientific rating for obtaining job opportunities and getting applied to authoritative universities in the world. This matter has been regarded strongly among Iranian researchers (especially, students and young researchers), so that to get acceptance from journals with high ranking in ISI. This article decides to help these researchers with introducing ISI main criteria of article writing. This article has been written for authors who (from all fields) know writing basically but want to write in a level that it would be indexed by ISI and help them to get a high position by citing to their articles. So this article is arranged by the article components ( such as; title , abstract , …) and the writing important points with  ISI criteria for each component of article that has been explained in detailed  with regarding Iranian authors weak points in writing articles scientifically. Thus among introducing and referring to the criteria of ISI for determining the authors and journals scientific ranking, this criteria for providing each component of article has survived; and was defined by discussion direct relation between them . ISI criteria has been based on powerful and logical reasons and so there are direct and logical relation between the ISI criteria for writing of the article components and Information Literacy. Thus authors notified that one of the important weak points of Iranian researchers in getting acceptance from the high ranking ISI journals for publishing their articles is lack of Information Literacy. so this article suggests that schools, colleges, research centers, and institutions must improve their students or researchers Information Literacy by starting the education courses of Information Literacy and essay writing scientifically based on ISI criteria.      Manuscript profile

Objective: The ineffectiveness of architecture bachelor's degree graduates, who constitute a large community of students in the country, when faced with architectural design issues, is one of the signs of the ineffectiveness of the current education system of the country's universities. Based on this, the aim of this research is to investigate the effect of the information need definition component (out of the 6 information literacy components of Connor Radcliffe) on the improvement of architectural design information literacy among undergraduate architecture students. Materials and methods: The research method in this study is the correlation method, in which the impact of several criteria on the target population is investigated alone and also in combination with other criteria, and in the quantitative part, it is a survey approach. The present research was carried out in the Islamic Azad University of Tehran West Branch by simple non-probability sampling method. In order to collect information from the sample population, a questionnaire prepared for this purpose was used. The statistical population of this research was the undergraduate architecture students of this university between 2016 and 2016. The number of members of the sample community is determined to be 341 people based on Morgan's table. Also, spss software was used to analyze the findings. Discussion and conclusion: In this research, the criterion (definition of information need) of measuring information literacy of undergraduate architecture students was studied. In the mentioned criterion, by examining the information extracted from the students, the extent of its effect on their literacy level was determined and then prioritized. According to the results of the multivariable linear regression fitting, the effect of this component in improving the level of information literacy of the students of this field and course was determined; However, the factor defining the need for information has no effect on improving the quality of education. Therefore, relying on this method, students can be grouped upon arrival and the appropriate educational approach can be applied to them. Manuscript profile
