Abstract :
AbstractThe purpose of this research is to design a model for measuring the information literacy of journalists. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of exploratory nature and in terms of data collection and analysis method, this research is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population in the qualitative field included professors and experts in the field of news who were purposefully selected. The statistical population of the quantitative sector were all journalists of news organizations that were selected by random sampling. For this purpose, after studying the literature and interviewing professors and experts using the Delphi method, the factors and components of journalists' information literacy were identified. Finally, the structural equation method has been used to measure the relationships between journalists' information literacy factors. The results of the qualitative section show that the respondents mentioned a total of 7 factors for information literacy and 30 components for information literacy, and the results of the quantitative section show that IT standards, information literacy assessment tools, information literacy skills, personal factors, regional factors , Regional factors of information environment affect information literacy and information literacy affects the consequences of information literacy, organizational innovation, effectiveness, trust, managerial performance.
