One of the most important problems that every criminal justice system is faced with is the problem of unreported crimes to criminal justice authorities. The results of surveys carried out in different countries show that various factors affect the rate of reported crimes and lead to unreporting crimes. In this paper it is intended to analyse three of these factors including type, importance, and location of crime. While victims have a high tendency to report property crimes they refuse to report sexual crimes. Therefore in most countries unreported sexual crimes are more than others. Sometimes, there are victimless crimes, which mean they don’t have any real and identifiable victim. When these kinds of crimes committed, for different reasons such as lack of awareness of victim from the committed crime there is no complainant to report crime and we can see unreported crime in a high level. When a crime against the physical integrity of individuals occurs or a significant loss of life and property results from the crime or the offender uses from fatal instruments in committing crime people tend to report crimes. Location of crimes has also a significant impact on the rate of unreported crimes. The results of the researches show that when crimes are committed in public places, people's willingness to report crime is different when compared with crimes committed in private places. To adopt an efficient criminal policy in order to fight and prevent crimes, a maximum awareness of the quantity and quality of crimes and victimization in society, specially accurate and reliable statistics are needed. Therefore to identify the factors of not reported crimes and providing suitable solutions to reduce the rate of not reported crimes can contribute to the success and credibility of the criminal justice system and related institutions. It also helps criminal policy to adopt appropriate and effective measures to reduce the phenomena of crime and delinquency. or-latin; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial; mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;} One of the most important problems that every criminal justice system is faced with is the problem of unreported crimes to criminal justice authorities. True repentance is rebirth. The great change in the soul of the repentant person causes him to wisely and unhesitatingly accept responsibility for his mistake and seek to correct the past and prepare for the future. The action of the criminal legislature to limit the influence of the institution of repentance in the partial fall of the government's punitive punishments and the inability of the judiciary to issue a moratorium on prosecution is contrary to the rationality and spirituality hidden in Islamic criminal policy and the judiciary being a judge. The organization of the judicial cycle of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the criminal policy of Islamic punishment requires the reliance of the penitentiary on the criminal response to the act of punishment. Therefore, it is appropriate for the divine institution of repentance in criminal law to be the muscat of punishment for all punitive crimes of the government by all judicial authorities. Avoiding criminalism and paying attention to moral values and social interests in the legislative stage and preventing procrastination and increasing the volume of cases in the executive dimension, are among the goals of the author to take this position.           Ib ‘Aṭa’ Allah Iskandaranī is the first Shādhlī mystic who compiled and wrote the teaching of Shādhlī order. These teachings are entirely based on the concept of Rejection of Disposition (isqaṭ tadbīr). For Ibn ‘Aṭa’ the novice, in the early stage of his spiritual journey, should reject to make any disposition because God’s will is all-inclusive, so man’s disposition is a hindrance in the path to God. There are nine stations in this path: penance, asceticism, patience, gratitude, fear, hope, cheerful submission, trust in God, compassion. In the seventh station the Rejection of Disposition is more evident than the others. Moreover there are five states: affability, compression, dilation, annihilation, abiding. For Ibn ‘Aṭa’ good deed is the fruit of good state and good state is the fruit of good station. The final phase of spiritual journey is the knowledge of God, which is the fruit of good station, good state and good deed. Manuscript profile

Sufism has designated the stages and processes involved in the levels of the sufist’s progression under the rubric of Station. In the light of the revered place that Imam Ali (PBUH) holds in Islam, leading texts on Sufism quote the Imam frequently touching these stages and levels. Sufists have rightly recognized that some of Imam’s revered remarks are open to a mystic interpretation. Mystics have had access to Imam’s legacy of quotes and remarks through either official sources of quotes or the traditional orally handed ones. The latter source has especially fed into certain meanings and lines that have no precedent even in Shiite sources and texts; it is a remarkable source to get to know the revered Holy Imam. Statistically speaking, the legacy of Imam’s quotes and remarks in all of its coverage of concepts and meanings has provided the one dependable source of reference for concepts to do with Stations and most expressions concerning States. Nevertheless, in view of the sheer number of schools of thought developed in Sufism, the book Al-luma’ fi al-tasawwuf will act as the mainstay and frame of reference in this study. Manuscript profile

This change indicated the cultural integration of the Arabs with the countries with which they were associated. Literature has been the true history of great changes in human societies. In Arabic and Persian literature, maqamah is an introduction to cultural dialogue that has survived as the root of civilization, its branch and fruit throughout the ages. Maqamah in its form and content was an accurate expression of major changes in social life and evidence of cultural fusion between Arabs and Persians. This article tries to clarify the reasons for the decline of the art of maqamah in Persian literature because the opinions of some scholars indicate that the Persians do not tend to the language and art of maqamah. The purpose of the present study is jurisprudential and legal analysis of peace in terms of permission contracts. The research method is descriptive-analytic and the results indicate that the subject of peace contract is limited to “acquisition”, “transfer”, and “waiver” and that the extent of primary peace is with respect to the unlimited nature of contract (the contracted). Estimating the effect and benefit of peace on acquisition, transfer, and forfeiture excludes permissible permission contracts from the scope of primary peace and the argument of necessity of peace in terms of conflict with the nature of permission is also resolved. In feasibility study of making a contract in terms of advocacy permission, deposit, and borrowing, it is proved that peace in terms of deposit is not feasible due to the likely changes in the nature of deposit. If peace in terms of borrowing is held, its origin brings usufruct right for the borrower. Peace in terms of advocacy is feasible only if it creates a right or jurisprudential obligation for one who makes peace with the attorney, in addition to granting proxy. In other words, peace in terms of advocacy is a compound contract which its main effect is acquisition (transfer) and its supplementary effect is granting representation and permission. From the view of situational effect, the resulted right addresses the property of peace. Manuscript profile

The supreme leader of the Islamic revolution has assisted in the realization of convergence in society by some measures such as using people’s participation in the administration of the country, giving centrality to the principle of commitment, law and social justice, creating the discourse of simple living, bringing unity among people, acknowledgement of supervision right for people, and with respect to the position of his honor in the Islamic system as well as his responsibilities and authority based on the outright principles of the constitution and the holy legislation of Islam. The meaning of songs and compositions, the type of performance and the history of their formation are among the topics that have occupied the minds of many researchers. Some people combine the two categories and call the types of songs songs, while there is a lot of difference in the way they are performed. Or from the point of view of some scholars and poets, two-bit, quatrain, piece and maybe short sonnet are also called songs, and from their point of view, it is the only short form of the song that separates it from ode, Masnavi, sonnet and other forms of poetry. The late Queen of Spring Poets, who is the founder of stylistics, considered ballad to be a type of local syllable poem that was common in pre-Islamic Iran and did not differentiate between poetry and ballad, and each poem, especially in the ridiculous seas of ridicule. They have used the place of ballad and on the other hand, they have made the song lower than the poem and lyric and the masters of art have also recorded them less; While the existence of Fahlaviyat shows that the song is older than poetry. In this article, by examining the characteristics of songs and compositions, we distinguish them as much as possible and provide the correct meaning of these two categories. This research has been done by descriptive-analytical method  (library). Manuscript profile

Feminine dialect, feminine writing, and feminine style, or in general the feminist movement is a self-conscious movement that seeks to persuade women to emancipate themselves from the domination of the male-dominated intellectual and linguistic system of society and asks them to liberate themselves and their desires, and  explore their hopes and aspirations as an active part of human society. Jaleh Ghaem Maghami is considered by most researchers to be one of the founders of women's literature. Her poems are full of feminine perspective and mentality, and even the anonymous rendition of her poems, would immediately attract the reader’s attention to its female authority. Jaleh's emphasis on her gender in her poetry reflects her efforts to introduce femalehood to society and to change social representation of women. The emergence of the constitutional movement caused a great change in the minds of Iranians. This event revealed its impact in two ways. First, it led to the improvement of literacy, and the necessity of a literature that was accessible to all and that its themes were relevant to the lives of the masses. Second, the extensive connection with the West became more prominent due to the emphasis on the themes of freedom, homeland, nationality, and political and social criticism of poetry and literature. In this research, the author has tried to identify the signs in Jaleh’s Divan in a descriptive-analytical way and with a library method, which distinguishes her female poems from male poems and refers to those works as a distinct female writing style. The subject of the present article is the comparison, discussion, study and analysis of linguistic and sociological features of  two letters, one by Ghaem maqam Farahani, and the other by Amir Nezam Grossi, with the subject of internal problems. Since these letters can be examined in the context of the communication system, we have measured them with Jacobsen's theory of communication, and in terms of the connection of language with consciousness and society, Roger Faller's theory which is a new method in the criticism of literary texts. Taking data from linguistic knowledge is what we have used. In this article, the letters are weighed in different ways and some of their similarities and differences are explained. Information about the subject was obtained using the library method and the method of analysis of this data was qualitative and analytical. We have tried to put the analyzed data in a specific framework and under certain headings to make it easier to access. The purpose of this study was to show the writing style of the Qajar era and their social and political content. The most important achievement of the researchers  has been that the way these two writers look, which of course is a function of the government's view of domestic and global issues, has influenced their language and caused a difference between the two. One of the most popular contemporary literary schools is the school of Romanticism, which first dealt with personal issues; But because of the unfavorable political and social situation, it gradually shifted from an individualistic to a socialist state and took on a socialist state. Although the emergence of the school of Romanticism in Persian and Arabic literature does not have much in common; But there are many similarities between the followers of this literary school in Persian and Arabic. Nazak-ul-Malaika and Jaleh Ghaem-e Maghami are among the poets whose poems have such a character. There are similarities in the theme and style of their poetry, showing that the poems have been influenced by the poetry of the European Romantic period in terms of content, format and language. The present article seeks to analyze and explain the principles of socialist romanticism in descriptive-analytical method in the poems of Jaleh Ghaem Maghami and Nazak-ol-Angels. Poverty, the decline of society, women and issues around it, idealism and idealism have been studied in the poetry of these two poets. Bosiman's statistical stylistics is quantitative but not qualitative.  In this study, We have investigated examples of Hamedani's and Yazeji's Maqamat based on Bosiman's equation in the paper. This equation adjusts Maqamat's style. The style of both authors in their Maqamat is based on this equation of literary style and passiveness degree is different from a Maqameh to another.Main element leading to increase of adjective-verb ratio in Maqamat of Hamedani and Yazeji is excessive usage of literary prose and poetry of Maqameh and also because Maqameh is considered as means for practicing writing and standing against religions of prose and poetry. Maqameh is similar to spoken word and that is including dictionary and expressing society status and its emotions. Among theme elements, only age has effect on Maqamat and this element is effective in raising of verb- adjective ratio for both of the authors. This paper is to investigate and study the style of Hamedani and Yazeji in some of their Maqamat based on Bosiman's hypothesis.   Manuscript profile

In Eshragh wisdom both the hierarchy of the world and the stages of the transcendence of the soul to the supreme world are determined according to the lights. Suhrawardi believes that during the spiritual trip, the “khatef” or “baregh” light on the beginners, the “Sabet” light on the average people and “Tames” light on the achievers humans will appear. Therefore in Eshragh wisdom, absolute annihilation will be realized by Tames light and Tames station, end point in the soul transcendence stages, is after the two “Bargh” and “Hargh” stations. But in Islamic mysticism, Ebne Fareze mesri arranged the hierarchy of annihilation in the three stages of “Mahv”, “Tams” and “Mahgh”. Most of the Ibn Arabi and Molla Sadra commentators like Kashani and Haj Molla Hadi Sabzevari, according to this principal, consider annihilation as the annihilation of human’s deed into God’s action, take “Tams” as annihilation into God’s attributes and take “mahgh” as annihilation into God’s Essence, although Molla Sadra, impressed by Eshragh, has mentioned Tames light and has equated it with Great Resurgence and the “Mohayyam” angels and considers them as the end of the soul hierarchy. Avicenna, can be regarded as the most prominent of Islamic philosophers. Despite the fact that he lived in the medieval era, he did not follow the medieval line of thought. He was rather like Renaissance thinkers in opposing any sort of narrow-minded dogmatism and blind imitation of the ancients as well as in relying on reason and experiment as the only touchstone of truth and never rejected a belief before he found conclusive evidence in its refutation and meanwhile regarded it as possible. That is why he considered the intuitive findings of mystics and the miracles of saints as logically possible and in some of his works sought to provide philosophical justifications for them. KhajooKermani was a scholar whose poetry dealt with ethical issues. He was influenced by his master, Sheikh Kazerooni, and adopted the school of Morshediyeh-the school in which the followers believed in ethical values. He followed the school of ethics such as other contemporary scholars including Attar, Molavi, and Ibn-Al-Arabi. They believed love is superior to logic and wisdom. He developed his conception of ethics to arrive at the knowledge of absolute fact-God. The purpose of this study was to review the Khajoo’s poems to discover the ethical concepts he reflected in his poetry. His poems showed that he passed the seven theological steps towards God and reached God’s knowledge which helped him merged with the absolute familiarity with God. This was made through efforts and exercises that any religious person should pass to make God satisfy. Hypocrisy and showing off could be the main obstacles of arriving at this position. He then followed the style of ethical meditation in which he merged in God. He believed that the universe was created based on the God’s love and the Holy Spirit. Thus we should try to follow ethical values in the world and with training and meditation leave the earthly world through seven stages of spiritual journey and settle in the spiritual world. This is the ultimate goal of human beings created by God. Therefore the follower may choose his own death and leave his earthly life to meet God’s throne and refer to the first place in which he dwelled before coming to this Earth. Human beings are carrying the God’s spirit and this can help them to return to their origin. They should cleanse their sprits through meditation and then go to the unity in which they become one again in front of God. Manuscript profile

Sharh Al-Taarruf is one of the works created in the field of Islamic mysticism in Farsi, which was written by Mustamli on Kalabadi’s Al-Taaruf. In this work, in order to explain the views and to explain his principles of thought and theory, Mustamli has put his work in the intertextual link with the Holy Quran and used the Quranic verses and narrations of the prophets' story. The stories and narratives attributed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) are among the most prominent applications in this work, which in most cases are in contrast and compared with the story of other prophets. In this type of application, the comparison is done in two areas of action and status, and the status comparing is more frequent in this work. The writer in Sharh Al-Taarruf is comparing many prophets with Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), which is almost unparalleled with this diversity. Praying and expressing mystery and need with God are among the emphatic religious and mystical teachings. On the other hand, one of the mystical levels and authorities is the position of Reza, that is, the seeker must have complete satisfaction with the divine destiny and be always satisfied with the satisfaction of the truth. The question is whether there is a contradiction between praying and the status of satisfaction. In this research, there are a few things that have been indicated on the necessity of prayer and supplication from the Holy Quran and the hadiths of the Infallibles (AS) and the words of the saints of God, and it has been stated that prayer is the brain of worship, prayer is the weapon of the believer and There are those who do not succeed in praying. The great Islamic mystics also say about Reza that the seeker should not be sad about what he lost and should not be happy about what he achieves, and he should be satisfied with the judgment of truth and be sure that God has the best destinies for him in mind. Has taken and all things are based on divine wisdom, so do not object to the divine judgment and be thankful. From the analysis of these two seemingly reciprocal matters based on the Qur'an and mysticism, it has been concluded that the seeker can start praying while he must be satisfied with the divine judgment. He considers praying as a divine command, a means of talking to God and his duty, and on the other hand, he is completely satisfied with everything that is intended for man in fate and destiny, and he likes whatever God has pleased for him. What enables researchers today to be more thoroughly familiar with the major part of his prose and verse is a precise and accurate analysis of his prose and verse works, the introduction of the outstanding features of his works, and the presentation of sufficient instances and evidence in every case. The expression of political pains in a pleasant language, the omission of the titles of letters, outspokenness, no inclination towards love meanings, and archaism are some features of his works. The current research was intended to investigate the psychological status of women in Islam and western civilization based on the ideological paradigm of the supreme leader. The statistical universe of the research included all texts concerning the psychological status of women in Islam and western civilization based on the ideological paradigm of the supreme leader. The sample subsumed all topics related to women included in Islam and western civilization based on the ideological paradigm of the supreme leader. The research was processed by analytical-descriptive approach. The data was collected via document reviewing and library method through note taking on index cards from printed references concerning the ideological paradigm of the supreme leader and psychology. The data was analyzed by applying content analysis procedure. The results indicated that The family is one of the most important institutions in society, and it provides the strongest foundations for the spiritual and intellectual upbringing of individuals. Within such institution, women play a central role, but Western political and advertising systems seek to undermine their status. According to the Supreme Leader's perspective, Western civilization focuses solely on the sexual and feminine aspects of women while ignoring their human dimension and status. In the West, women are exploited under the guise of freedom, which is a form of slavery and insult to women. In contrast, Islam honors women and considers being a woman a source of pride and glory. Therefore, the Islamic perspective, and consequently that of the Supreme Leader, regards women with a comprehensive view that takes into account both divine values and human logic. Manuscript profile

Touhid Vosoughi[1] Morteza Najizade Zavareh[2] Mansour Rahmdel[3] Abstract: The principle of confidentiality of documents, information and arbitral awards is a privileged feature of arbitral tribunals, if this property is not guaranteed the parties may be unwilling to dispute this process. Although the jurisdictional laws and regulations of some countries have recognized the principle of confidentiality, this has not been addressed in Iranian law. This descriptive-analytical research seeks to address the ambiguity that the process of arbitration is private or confidential and that confidentiality is more of an ideal or a fact, as well as whether it has any exceptions. The findings of the present study indicate that the confidentiality is relative and directly related to the obligations of the parties to the dispute and the third parties involved in the arbitration process. The basis for identifying the degree of confidentiality requires explicit agreement between the parties to the arbitration agreement, and this rule has some exceptions [1] PHD student, department of law and politic science, Islamic Azad University of Saveh branch [2] Associate professor, department of law, Islamic Azad university of Saveh branch, Iran [3] Associate professor, department of law, Islamic Azad university of Saveh branch, Iran Manuscript profile

The current article reviews different aspects of that issue. Accordingly, the principal theories about the status of absolute words are reviewed and criticized. Between words of past and last people, five prefaces is obtained such as the whole aspiration form, asymmetry against encumbrance, lack of encumbrance value in terms of addressee, possibility of generalization and encumbrance and lack of refusal. Then each of mentioned prefaces was discussed according to the purpose of that preface, reliability of priority and the way of obtaining that. Finally by reviewing the theories and opinions of principles and their documentary proofs, it was ascertained that absolute indication is rational. The Imams (as) had a special place among the people and those in power because they were the leaders of the Shiites. Having such a special position made the children of the Imams (AS) easily not accept the Imamate of a brother or nephew who has reached the position of Imamate and try to reach such a position themselves. One of these children is Jafar, the brother of Imam Hassan Askari (AS) and the uncle of Imam Zaman (AS). Because Imam al-Zaman (as) was young and in absentia, and except for a few members of his family and Shiites, no one had seen him, he sought to usurp the position of Imamate of Imam al-Zaman (as) and for some time with some Shiites. He accompanied himself, but in the end he could not reach his goal and for this reason he became known as Jafar Kadhab. The purpose of this article is to use a descriptive-analytical method to examine the factors that influenced Jafar Kadhab to claim Imamate, as well as the reasons for rejecting his Imamate. The term Maqām Ibrāhīm is used twice in the Qur'an, in verses 125 of al-Baqarah and 97 of Āl-i ʿImrān, The main question of this article is whether these two verses, in the context of their revelation, only wanted to convey a message to their audience about Abraham's stepping stone, or were they looking for another discourse by choosing the title Maqām Ibrāhīm? In this research, by analyzing the linguistic structure of Tajrīd, it was revealed that the Qur'anic title Maqām Ibrāhīm has undergone a change of meaning throughout history, in the form of narrowing of meaning. This Quranic title is used in the context of revelation, in the meaning of Abraham's place of worship and for all Kaʿbah, not just "stepping stone". Therefore, the Qur'an has called the House of Allah the Almighty, the place of Abraham (= the place of worship of Abraham) and with this title, in order to establish the context of the order to change the Qiblah (in verse 125 of al-Baqarah) and theoretical support for this order (in verse 97 of Āl-i ʿImrān), against the criticisms of the Jews. The subject of Walīyullāh, as a collection of divine names and attributes, is one of the most fundamental issues of religion, especially from the perspective of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) school. For this reason, religious scholars have spoken about it in a different way according to the needs and requirements of their time, which undoubtedly, is important in many ways. In the discussion of the comprehensive truth of divine names and attributes with the subject of Tasbīḥ (glorification), we should finally mention the position and role of Walīyullāh al-ʿAẓam. In the view of Shiism, according to the Ahl al-Bayt (as) school, this position belongs to the guardian of Allah, Imam Mahdi (as); in fact, as the seal of the wilāyat and Walīyullāh, he holds the most final position in the matter of divine guardianship, and the glorification of existence also occurs at his command. Therefore, this article, which is dedicated to the topic of tasbīḥ and glorification in the comprehensive position of divine names and attributes, has introduced and discussed their role in the glorification of existence; and then, according to the stated contents, the influence of His Holiness' presence in the matter of glorification and tasbīḥ in different levels of creation will be explained.           The technical prose of the Kelile ve Dimne and Maghamat-e Hamidi that comprised of implicit and explicit implications indicated a different style of education. Decrypting the connotations of these works revealed that contrary to the researchers' hypothesis that argued about the high number of words comparing to meanings in the sixth century prose texts, more meanings developed because of approaching of these works to poetry and increment of secondary implications of word. By mental movement from a reference to another area, the reader gets new concepts. By educating and implicitly using of mental concepts in the narrative structure, the author of Kelile ve Dimne put more sustainable impact on the reader’s thoughts. Since the analysis of educational works revealed significant functionality due to the implicit and explicit implications, in this research we tried to study the contextual framework of these texts and investigate the statements and verbs to explain the author’s approach in terms of education. This article is derived from a research project that investigated the verb stylistic in six century prose texts and verbs had been assessed in basic and compound forms and also prepositions and then had been considered in the form of propositions because of the direct effect of context on the construction of verbs and creating meanings. Their functionality had also been analyzed with implementation of implicit and explicit meanings in these two works. Manuscript profile

Also, this term is discussed in Persian literature, hence it is necessary to consider the issues concerning it. To do this, we need some basic elements such as studying the sources. In the present article, after considering the kinds of mystical texts belonging to different periods, we categorize them in three groups. The first group is the texts that discuss mainly about ‘theoretical issues’ of karamat. The second group belongs to texts that speak about karamat (supernatural deeds) of ‘some’ major mystics.           Manṭiq uṭ-Ṭayr (The Conference of the Birds) and Gulshan-i Raz (Rose Garden of Secrets), written about a century apart, are based on suluk (mystical journey). The authors of these two books consider mystical path (tariqat) as a difficult path; Farid ud-Din Attar in Manṭiq uṭ-Ṭayr calls it "valley" and Mahmud Shabestari in Gulshan-i Raz speaks about "obstacles". Gulshan-i Raz speaks about four obstacles to suluk and, in Manṭiq uṭ-Ṭayr, Attar believes in seven valleys: request, love, knowledge, detachment, Unity, wonderment and finally poverty and annihilation. If the stages of suluk put forth by these two mystics are analyzed based on seven valleys in Manṭiq uṭ-Ṭayr and forty stages of suluk (as mentioned by the Muslim mystics), it becomes clear that Shabestari puts forth "repentance" and not " request" as the first stage of suluk. In contrast to Attar, Shabestari proposes concepts for stages of "love" and "Unity (tohid)" which are accompanied by shaṭḥiyyāt and tamat (ecstatic sayings), but Attar considers wonderment as necessary for Unity. The fourth valley in Attar’s suluk, “detachment”, like the stages of love (mohabbat), patience (sabr), exertion (jahd), worship (ibadat), and obedience to God (taslim), is not present in Shabestari’s poetry. Similarly, the stages of piety (vara), sincerity (ikhlas), and saintship (vilayat) are present in Shabestari’s poetry while they are nowhere to be seen in Manṭiq uṭ-Ṭayr. The two poets cite 27 common stages and both of them do not mention a number of stages. In this descriptive-analytical study, seven valleys of Attar and the forty stages of suluk, as basis of the research, are evaluated in Manṭiq uṭ-Ṭayr and Gulshan-i Raz, and common and controversial concepts and terms are outlined in them. In mystical texts, abstract concepts are explained by using the referential language and literary possibilities of language, such as allegory. The main purpose of allegory is to teach the holy traveler (sālek) to go through the stages of mystical journey (suluk) and to reach perfection. The use of allegorical language in mysticism is attributed to Abul-Hassan Nouri. After briefly referring to the background and function of allegory, in the present study, by using the method of analyzing of information and the library resources, the content and theme of Maghamat al-Gholoob (Authorities of Hearts), by Abul-Hassan Nouri, have been studied and types of allegory such as Quranic allegories, metaphors and allegorical similes have been analyzed based on the views of Paul Nwyia. The findings show that the mysticial stations and principles, in their most abstract form, are presented in this treatise. One of the topics discussed in Sufi books is the dividing into stages and classification of spiritual journey (suluk). The history of dividing into stages of suluk is in line with the history of Islam, but among the Sufis, the prevalence of this dividing and classification has been clear since the second century AH. From the very beginning of the spread of mysticism, differences between mystics about the classifications were seen, and even in the various writings of a mystic, these differences were visible. In this research, an attempt has been made to show the effective factors in the method of dividing into stages of suluk and to explain the reasons for these classifications. For this purpose, among the famous works of mystics, two important works -  Manṭiq-uṭ-Ṭayr by Attar of Nishapur and Manāzel al-Sāerīn by Khwaja Abdullah Ansari - have been selected and the method of classification of suluk have been compared in them by using the descriptive-analytical method. The results show that different mystical experiences, methods of suluk, types of Fiqhi (Islamic law) attitude and socio-political conditions have caused differences in dividing and classification of spiritual journey (suluk); and thus, differences in the method of naming, the order and number of spiritual stations, etc. have been formed. Critical Discourse Analysis emphasizes the principle that the language of literary texts, like other texts, serves communication and can be analyzed critically. In this article, Roger Fowler's theory in critical discourse analysis is selected and based on that, by looking at the context of the situation, the necessary knowledge has been obtained about the interaction in the text as well as the influence of the actors of the discourse. Also, the functions of the text have been studied from thought, interpersonal and textual perspectives.Theorists in the field of critical discourse analysis, including Norman Fairclough, Theon E. VanDyke, and Roger Fowler, have used Halliday's role theory as a tool for text analysis. This theory provides a tool for the researcher to find the ideology that governs the text and the ways that the speaker chooses to convey his thoughts, and it happens with the help of intellectual, interpersonal and textual roles at the level of language. The 21st letter of Monshath Qaim Maqam Farahani is a political letter written by Fath Ali-Shah Qajar to the Russian Tsar. Considering the cultural and political situation of the Qajar era and the social classifications regarding the position of the writer and the receiver, this letter is arranged from the lower position to the higher position, and among the communicative roles of language, the persuasive role of language prevails in its textual structure. According to the world view that governs the letter, the religious point of view is the most prominent manifestation and the main participant of the discourse in this letter of the king, whose way of naming shows the dominance of his power and ideology in this work. Abstract Although Julia Kristeva was the creator of intratextulity term, other theorists, in continuation of her tenets, with the same or different origins, have dealt with the presence of one text in other texts. Gerard Genner's approach, opposite to Kristeva's and in different front, by affecting and being affected, have been chosen as the theoretical basis of this research to study two kinds of non-verbal affectability in the Magamate Hamidi from the Holy Qur'an. We have tried, in this abstract, to produce the spiritual aspects of the Qur'anic intratextuality ( revelatory and allusive ) in the aforementioned book. In the revelatory intratextuality, we will discover the origins of implications and the encouragement of the author to take advantage of it; in allusive intratextuality, on the other hand, we are led by the allusive terms  to the meanings and extensive Qur'anic  knowledge. The statement " those who possess righteousness and axiom, don't die " indicates the revelation of the author from the verse of martyrdom, and allusion to two key words in maxims of Loghman Hakim, associates Loghman's advices to his son. The text of the Magamate Hamidi has been thoroughly studied and scrutinized here and the aspects of the author's affectability for the Holy Qur'an and its frequency have been specified. Finally with the comparison of the frequency of these intratextualities , it was revealed that revelatory intratextuality with the considerable function has played role more than allusive intratextuality. The method of this research is descriptive-analytic and the atmosphere of the activity is bibliotic. Manuscript profile
