Abstract :
in the complex world and current situation and current situation of the country , due to the increase of educated young people and the subject of employment , entrepreneurial culture in universities and higher education institutions with revolutionary approach can be a valuable strategy for creating entrepreneurial thinking and reducing unemployment and other problems .the aim of this study is designing a model for the university of revolutionary entrepreneurship with emphasis on supreme leader 's viewpoints . The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the establishment of an entrepreneurial university with a level approach to the Islamic Revolution. The research method is purposeful, fundamental and based on mixed research method. In terms of time, it is also in the category of cross-sectional research. The statistical population of research in qualitative ice includes 30 specialists and experts (university administrators, management and entrepreneurship specialists) in public universities of Mashhad (Ferdowsi University and Payame Noor University) who use the method of snowball and judgment They have been purposefully selected. Also, in a small part, the Cochran's formula is used to calculate the sample size, according to which the statistical sample size is a test of 300 academic members of public universities in Mashhad (Ferdowsi University and Payame Noor University). ) Which was selected by stratified random sampling method. The research data collection tool is an interview and a questionnaire. Then, using the content analysis method, 10 indicators and 35 sub-indicators were identified and measured.
