        Attracting new customers and retaining existing customers are among the most important goals of service organizations. The Public Library, as a service organization, seeks to establish a strong and long-term relationship with users and non-users in order to improve its performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of customer relationship management on the performance of public libraries in South Khorasan Province. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research consists of librarians of public libraries in South Khorasan province. The sample of this study was estimated based on Krejcie and Morgan table of 73 people who were selected by simple random sampling. Library method and questionnaire were used to collect data. The result of analyzing the collected data is a model of structural equations. Customer relationship management variable with a beta value of 0.78 has a significant effect on public library performance. Components of information technology, knowledge management application, focus on key customer, and CRM system also have a significant impact on public library performance. Among the variable components of customer relationship management, the knowledge management component with an impact intensity of 0.811 has the highest impact, and the information technology component with an impact intensity of 0.356 has the least impact on public library performance. The impact of customer relationship management on public library performance has not been studied in the field of knowledge and information science. Manuscript profile

        Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the level of qualifications of librarians and the level of user satisfaction of libraries of public universities in Tehran. methodology:  In terms of purpose, this research is an applied research that belongs to the category of descriptive correlational research. In order to assess the competence of librarians, a prefabricated questionnaire containing 31 questions was used. User satisfaction was also assessed with a researcher-made questionnaire containing 28 questions   The statistical population of the study consisted of librarians and users of libraries of public universities in Tehran. Librarians' competency and library satisfaction questionnaires were distributed among 60 librarians and 60 users selected by sequential integrated sampling. Descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and percentage) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation test) were used to analyze the data. 25 SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Results: The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive, weak and significant relationship between librarians' managerial competencies and job satisfaction, librarians' information retrieval competencies and user satisfaction, as well as a positive, weak and significant relationship between librarians' communication competencies and user satisfaction. It becomes. Unlike the above competencies, which have a weak relationship with user satisfaction with the library, information technology competence has a positive, meaningful and strong relationship with user satisfaction with the library. In general, the results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between librarians' competencies and user satisfaction with the library. In other words, as the librarian's qualifications increase, so does the user's satisfaction with the library. Conclusion: In expressing the originality and value of this research, it can be said that there is a significant and positive relationship between user satisfaction with the library and the competencies of librarians. In other words, that there is a direct relationship between these two variables, with increasing the level of competence of librarians, the level of user satisfaction with the library increases and vice versa.         Objective: Documentation is one of the most important issues in knowledge management. The purpose of this study is to find barriers to documenting the experiences of librarians. Methodology: This present research is applied in terms of purpose and library research and field techniques are used in terms of data collection method. In terms of method, this research is one of the descriptive combined researches that been done through Delphi survey and content analysis (Colaizzi method). The statistical population of this research includes the staff of public libraries South Khorasan province in which 20 members of the community have been selected as a sample. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Spss software was used to analyze the data of the first stage of Delphi Colaizzi method and the data of the second round of Delphi by descriptive statistic (means and percentage) and also for the analysis of statistical data. Results: The results of the analysis of the interviews reached 43 cods after review and comparison. In the final review, these cods were included in 6 main indicators. In fact, 43 initial obstacles were identified, which were located in 6 main obstacles. The results indicate that a set of cultural, educational, personal, infrastructural, regulatory and technological barriers prevent staff and information experts from documenting experience. According to analysis, individual barriers are closely related to other barriers. Conclusion: The subject of research and method of conducting this research are original. By documenting the experiences, the knowledge and experiences of the employees of the relevant organization are prevented from leaving and also, this document can be used as a reference source for the future work of the organization, and modeling it will greatly help the optimization and development of the organization (libraries).         The purpose of this study is to rank the barriers to theorizing in the field of information science and epistemology. In terms of the purpose of applied research, in terms of data collection method, the present study is a library research that has also used field techniques. This research is in the category of descriptive-survey research in terms of method. The data of this study were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. Students of information science and science at the master's and doctoral levels of Tehran state universities have formed the statistical population of this research. In this study, sequential integrated sampling method was used. Questionnaires were distributed among 80 students in the field and 51 questionnaires were returned. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of this study show that the seven barriers identified in the theory of theory, respectively, individual barriers with an average rank of 6.84 in the first priority, cultural barriers with an average rank of 5.85 in the second priority, political barriers with Average ranking of 4.62 in the third priority, Managerial barriers with an average rank of 3.95 in the fourth priority, social barriers with an average rank of 2.73 in the fifth priority, educational barriers with an average rank of 2.23 in the sixth priority and economic barriers with an average rank of 78 / 1 are in the seventh priority.         Objective: Cybernetic management is a new approach in the management of organizations whose main task is to pay attention to internal issues. Since human resources in organizations are known as real and vital organizational capitals. The current research aimed to investigate the effect of cybernetic management on the effectiveness of Tarbiat Modares University employees.Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. Documentary and field library methods have been used to collect data. The statistical population of the present study included 100 employees of Tarbiat Modares University who were selected by random sampling. The research tool is a standardized employee effectiveness questionnaire and a cybernetic management standard questionnaire that was designed online and its link was provided to the employees. Content validity was used for validity, and Cronbach's alpha method was used to check reliability, which was reported as 0.74.Findings: The findings show that considering that the average obtained for cybernetic management and the effectiveness of employees are 4.25 and 4.45, respectively, and these averages are higher than the theoretical average (3). be Therefore, the state of cybernetic management and the state of employee effectiveness in Tarbiat Modares University is above average and is at a favorable level.Conclusion: The results of this research show that according to the existing correlations between the variables, there is a positive and significant correlation between the components of cybernetic management (predictor variable) and the effectiveness of employees (criterion variable).
