        Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the factors affecting scholarly communication among the faculty members in Iran’s Universities. It also explained the validity and reliability of the scale. Methods: The study, is a descriptive study. The target statistical population included the faculty members working at Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Ministry of Health and Medical Education and Islamic Azad University of all the selected sample 380 were chosen based on the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) Table. After the selection of the sample using stratified sampling, the participants were chosen. The instrument was an organized questionnaire. The data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and the internal consistency were calculated using SPSS and Amos 21.  Results: The findings showed that the six obtained factors were responsible for 77.45 percent of the whole variance of the behavioral factors. Based on the analysis of confirmatory factor analysis the presented model with six factors had an acceptable good fit. The alpha Cronbach showed that the reliability of the questionnaire was acceptable. Furthermore, Cronbach alpha coefiecient showed an acceptable internal reliability. Conclusion: Overall, based on the findings, the resultant model was of a good fit; therefore, the questionnaire with six factors and twenty items was an acceptable measure to scholarly communication among faculty members of the Iranian university.         Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate print personal information management status of Chamran University of Ahvaz faculty members using Jones model.      Methods: This study was conducted to survey, in terms of purpose and the nature of descriptive and analytical applications. The study population included all faculty members of Martyr Chamran University. By determining the total number of teachers (599 persons) and using the table Kerjcie& Morgan, the approximate number of samples was 220 people, of whom 193 returned questionnaires (response rate of 72/87%). To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (average and standard deviation)   and inferential statistics (independent t-test, ANOVA) was used.      Results: The findings show that average finding and re-finding activities 95/2, 73/2 storing, organizing, 8/2, 14/3 maintenance, security 33/3, 62/2 evaluation and conceptualization, strategy and the overall average of 51/2 and 86/2 is a personal information manager. In terms of gender, academic degree and the age difference between the faculty management of personal information is not observed.      Conclusion: The results suggest that the overall situation of faculty members in the management of personal information printed is relatively high. The faculty with an academic degree of lecturer and between the ages of 25-35 years, had the best performance in terms of managing personal information. Also, personal printed information management quality of men was better than women. Manuscript profile

Population is all Post graduate students at Razi University, in the 2015-2016 the year with the number of 4145 students and research sample is calculated on the basis of Mitchell and Carson with 523 samples. A self-made questionnaire. The statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics and logistic regression were used. Results: Average annual WTP postgraduate students to use Latin papers in online databases are about 248 5660 Rial; as well among the variables studied, the variables used in Latin databases and faculty at annual use of Latin databases are effected. Conclusion: post graduate students at Razi University recognize the economic value for Latin papers in online databases because in the exchange of knowledge and increase access to information on various scientific issues is very important.         Objective: This study examined the relationship between talent management and intellectual capital management and quality of working life in the librarians of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch in Tehran. Methods: The study was applied in terms of objective and correlation descriptive in terms of method. The study population included all 40 librarians of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch of Tehran. Three questionnaires of talent management, intellectual capital management, and the quality of working life were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and Spss 19 software. Results: showed that talent management with mean of 2.33 percent is at the state of less than moderate level, intellectual capital management with mean of 2.42 is in relatively good state, and quality of working life with mean of 2.25 is in relatively moderate level. Conclusion: using Pearson's correlation coefficient, it could be stated that there is a significant positive relationship between talent management and intellectual capital management and quality of working life of librarians. Multiple regression analysis in this research also showed that management of talent and intellectual capital management can predict the quality of working life the librarians. Among the components of talent management, component of selection of talents and retention of talents and among the components of intellectual capital management, structural capital and customer capital had the greatest impact on quality of working of librarians.         Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the role of scholar librarians in collecting Information resources for research projects nursing and midwifery students in Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: Type and method of research is descriptive and survey. The statistical population of the study is all nursing and midwifery students studying in 2015 year. According to Krejcie and Morgan's table for 570 people, 225 people were selected as the sample size. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data and Cronbach's alpha Obtained 0.967. In descriptive statistics, frequency, frequency Percent and Mean and in inferential statistics were used for comparing the qualitative variables of the Chi square test and the quantitative variables of the t-test. Data were analyzed by SPSS16. Results: The findings showed that 34% agree that a Scholar librarian can help in educating and responding to student information needs. 29% agree that a Scholar librarian offers services that help design proposals for research projects. 26% agree that a Scholar librarian is trying to provide the students necessary information resources to develop research projects. 34% agree that a Scholar librarian is trying to serve students in selecting and retrieving sources in designing research projects. Also, 26% agree that a Scholar librarian is aware of student problems in drafting proposals for research projects. Conclusion: Librarians as researchers of information resources play an important role in the design of student research projects.         Objective: The present study aimed to indicate which components influence confirmation and publication of scientific and research papers in journals of geographic sciences. For this purpose, articles sent to these journals were investigated using eight basic criteria emphasized in research methodology books. Methods: In this study, 370 articles from 27 scientific and research journals were selected using survey, library, and field studies after which they were analyzed by 60 experts. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and through different models, particularly correlation, multivariate regression, and so on. Results : According to findings, except some rare cases, only those articles have been published which have had a suitable title, comprehensive introduction, methodology and materials matched with the type of study, and documented as well as structured results and discussion. Conclusion: The results of the study indicated that the journals had only confirmed and published articles which had followed eight criteria of writing articles. Manuscript profile

        Objective: Determine the attitude of students toward the master's degree courses syllabus in Knowledge and Information Sciences in the minor of Information Management. Methods: This research has been done by analytical-survey method.Sampling has not been done in this study and the study population consist of the MA students in Knowledge and Information Sciences in the minor of Information Management all of the State and Islamic Azad universities of Iran. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, in addition to content validity, structural validity was also used. Lisrel software was employed to determine the fitting of the model and it was found that responses has good fitting. Results: The average of ranking attitude of students regarding the necessity of concepts related to the effectiveness, efficiency and content of the Courses Syllabus are about Knowledge and Information Science Fundamentals (in top level), Libraries and Information Society (in top level), Research Methods  (in top level), Research Seminar (in intermediate level), Statistics in Knowledge and Information Science (in top level), Information Representation (in top level), Information Storage and Retrieval (in top level), Database Architecture (in intermediate level), Management Information Systems (in intermediate level), Organizational Knowledge Management (in top level), Evaluation of Information Systems and Services (in intermediate level). Conclusion: Surveyed Students believe clearly that the Courses Syllabus of the graduate course in Knowledge and Information Sciences in the minor of Information Management needs to be revised.         Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between social capital and knowledge management in Iran. Methods: The present study is applied in a quantitative and survey method. The target community of research is the articles published in scientific publications and international and national conferences in Persian language. Articles that include methodologically, hypotheses and research questions, and the method of analyzing the assumptions of the criteria in the meta-analysis were chosen. So, 27 articles with the desired characteristics comprise the statistical population of the study. Data analysis is meta-analysis using CMA2 software to measure the effect size of the assumptions. Results: Findings in the size of the effect of 15 hypotheses show that in the dimension of social capital, cognitive dimension is 0.644, communication dimension is 0.493, and structural dimension with 0.416, respectively, in knowledge management. In the dimension of knowledge management, knowledge acquisition with 0.287 is the least and the later cultural factor with 0.935 more with social capital and accepts most of the work. In total, the size of the effect of social capital on knowledge management is 0.645. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that all aspects of social capital affect knowledge management, the effect of each of the components of social capital on knowledge management, and the amount of social capital effect in each aspect of knowledge management is also different.
