In this research, based on the theoretical saturation index, 16 people were selected as a sample. The measurement tool was an open interview and was analyzed with Maxqda software Based on the data analysis, 86 primary concepts(open codes),19 central codes and 5 selective codes of causal factors (management factors, organization of flow, human factors), contextual factors (scientific infrastructure, necessary platforms) in streaming, facilities and technical equipment),intervening factors (cultural factors, internal organizational factors, environmental factors), strategic factors (specialization, effective educational factors, news aspects, determining important priorities in sports streaming, And the consequences (institutionalization of sports, expression of complete news in the field of sports streaming, investigation of desired news in the field of sports, development and stimulation of awareness about news in the field of sports, empowerment in media consumption in the field of sports streaming) were identified. The research method is qualitative. The study population of this research was made up of the staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the heads of sports federations related to public sports. The snowball sampling method continued until theoretical saturation (17 interviews) was reached. The qualitative data analysis process was carried out based on Strauss and Corbin's systematic model in three stages: primary coding, central coding and selective coding. At the end of the three stages of coding, the layers of the final research model were presented individually and schematically, and finally, the final research model was presented by combining these layers. Based on the results, 100 concepts (codes) were extracted from the interviews, which were included in the subset of 21 components and finally formed the sub-branches of the foundation's data model with the Strauss and Corbin approach. The results showed that the model is influenced by various factors. Therefore, when the mechanism of the effect of these factors is correctly identified and diagnosed, we can witness the reduction of restrictions on active sports leisure activities and the increase of participation in active sports leisure activities and the facilitation of negotiations. Research findings such as confirmatory factor analysis indicators were performed with the help of PLS software, structural equation modeling and Cronbach's alpha with the help of SPSS. The statistical population was all the sports science faculty members of Iranian universities, and finally 218 people were selected by cluster sampling. The researcher-made questionnaire included 12 variables and a total of 68 items with a 5-point Likert scale. With exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the construct validity was confirmed with the sample size adequacy value of 0.864. The reliability of the components was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha of 0.89. Friedman's test was used to measure validity.In each part, causal, intervening, contextual conditions, strategies and consequences, the ranking of its components was determined. In causal conditions, organizing content according to individual capability and then internal reinforcement is required. In the intervening conditions, professors' connection with the industry and the appropriateness of the training course with it, as well as the management system based on the open method, were required. In context, the government plays a complementary role with financial support and reduction of commercialization risk, financial exemption and support for internationalization. A strong strategic plan and promotion system design based on entrepreneurship supports the strategy component. Finally, in the result component, it was mentioned to renew and review the implementation method and understand the challenges.Preventing the implementation of repetitive research, specialization of skills, structure and foundation, considering customer satisfaction and faculty responsiveness, designing an intellectual property system and using the potential of technology development in university professors were some of the categories of required activities. The statistical population of this research includes sports equipment manufacturing companies in Tabriz, and the sample size of 300 companies was selected. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling, in which SPSS and smart PLS software was used. The data collection tools dynamic organizational capabilities questionnaires by Ji-Yang McCabe and colleagues, information technology questionnaire based on Saberval and Chan's model and company performance (Soha and Yadav) and the validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. . The collected data were analyzed at two levels (descriptive statistics and inferential statistics).Results: The findings showed that information technology affects competitive advantages through its performance as a coordination and integration mechanism, which leads to the improvement of management capabilities in companies and between production organizations. which leads to more differentiation and increased performance.Conclusion: Based on the obtained model and the good and confirmed connections between the components of the model, the obtained results indicate that information technology and dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on the performance of sports equipment manufacturing companies in Tabriz, and also the dynamic capabilities of technology influence It mediates information on the performance of the company. This qualitative study conducted using the Foundation's data method and using in-depth interviews with elites and experts in the field. The interviews were continued in a purposeful manner and snowball until the theoretical saturation was reached. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using the foundation data method and through three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The findings were categorized to infrastructural, cultural, social, political, economic and health development; and in health development category, included individual and community health, items were decrease in mortality, pain elimination, diseases reduction, getting fit, improving the level of physical health, increasing the level of mobility and activity, gaining a feeling of happiness, strengthening vitality, modulating energy and excitement, staying away from everyday life and improving the level of mental health, increasing the age of death, reducing referring to hospitals, improving the level of vitality and social growth, increasing life expectancy, reducing stress and anxiety were identified. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the individual and social types of physical education managers in the northwest of the country and their effective communication. This research was descriptive-analytical and of a cross-sectional type that was conducted between 1400 and 1401. The population and research sample of all physical education managers was determined as 140 people. To collect data, two standard Bass-Eldridge individual and social type questionnaires (reliability 0.87) and researcher-made effective communication (reliability 0.80) were used. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods (tests Smirnov, Levin's Kolmograph, Pearson's correlation coefficient and analysis of variance and t-test were used. The results of the statistical analysis showed that between individual and social types and their components, bold type, introvert type, egalitarian type There is a positive and significant relationship with effective communication, and no significant relationship was observed between fair type and effective communication of managers. This was a descriptive-correlation applied research, whose statistical population includes all physical education teachers in Dhi Qar Governorate, numbering 380 people. 181 people were selected as a sample from among these people and using the Karjesi and Morgan table. The research tool consists of two questionnaires of teachers' success factors and the questionnaire of strategy formulation (strategic planning), which were randomly distributed and collected among the statistical sample after obtaining validity and reliability from the experts. The data analysis of this research was done using descriptive and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation test and regression through spss24 software. The results showed that there is a significant and strong relationship between strategy development (strategic planning), strategy implementation, strategy implementation operations, and between strategy control and evaluation and the success of physical education teachers.
