The relationship between individual and social types of physical education managers and their effective communication

Abstract :
If the managers are selected according to the relevant personal and social characteristics, the prosperity and productivity of organizations will increase. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the individual and social types of physical education managers in the northwest of the country and their effective communication. This research was descriptive-analytical and of a cross-sectional type that was conducted between 1400 and 1401. The population and research sample of all physical education managers was determined as 140 people. To collect data, two standard Bass-Eldridge individual and social type questionnaires (reliability 0.87) and researcher-made effective communication (reliability 0.80) were used. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods (tests Smirnov, Levin's Kolmograph, Pearson's correlation coefficient and analysis of variance and t-test were used. The results of the statistical analysis showed that between individual and social types and their components, bold type, introvert type, egalitarian type There is a positive and significant relationship with effective communication, and no significant relationship was observed between fair type and effective communication of managers. The obtained results indicate that managers who have specific personality types are more effective.
