Abstract :
This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the strategic challenges and success of physical education teachers in Dhi Qar province. This was a descriptive-correlation applied research, whose statistical population includes all physical education teachers in Dhi Qar Governorate, numbering 380 people. 181 people were selected as a sample from among these people and using the Karjesi and Morgan table. The research tool consists of two questionnaires of teachers' success factors and the questionnaire of strategy formulation (strategic planning), which were randomly distributed and collected among the statistical sample after obtaining validity and reliability from the experts. The data analysis of this research was done using descriptive and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation test and regression through spss24 software. The results showed that there is a significant and strong relationship between strategy development (strategic planning), strategy implementation, strategy implementation operations, and between strategy control and evaluation and the success of physical education teachers. Therefore, these strategic factors have an effect on the success of physical education teachers in Dhi Qar province.
