Compilation of themes of intelligence and strategic thinking of human resource management in Iranian sports: creativity and innovation approach of human capital

Abstract :
The purpose of the research is to formulate the themes of intelligence and strategic thinking in the management of human resources in Iranian sports with the approach of creativity and innovation of human capital. The participants included 15 sports management experts who were selected through a combination of theoretical and snowball sampling methods for semi-structured in-depth interviews. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The validity of the findings was done through the use of knowledgeable people and written sources, transferability of research results, maximum extraction and non-duplication of data. To analyze the data, open, central and selective coding was used. The components extracted from the categories include specialization, support for strategic thinking, change management in order to establish strategic thinking, management factors (individual-group) and managerial powers and tools. In order to establish strategic thinking, there is a need for social support, people's support, the support of trustee organizations, providing sufficient resources, mobilizing all facilities to achieve the goal, central knowledge, equipping infrastructure, publicizing the culture of strategic thinking, providing financial credits and maximum use. It is one of the capacities and resources available in the organization. In general, according to the category of strong management determination model strategies, the use of technology and modern technology, it is suggested to move towards the strategy approach and the use of strategy technology in the administrative process. Organizations should pay more attention to employees through increasing motivation and raising the level of awareness and knowledge of employees in order to increase the information of employees in the field of strategic thinking.
