Choosing the appropriate organizational structure is one of the necessary prerequisites for the successful adaptation of the organization to the complexities and environmental changes. The aim of the research was to identify the effective factors of Viable system on the organizational structure of Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative research with Glazer's unstructured method. The statistical population is sports management experts who have scientific, operational or both expertise. In the present study, the opinions of 11 experts were collected through semi-structured interviews in a targeted manner until reaching theoretical saturation.
