This research is conducted in a survey method through stratified sampling. The statistical population of the study is the students of Sistan and Baluchestan University in the academic year 1393-1394 and the sample size is estimated using Cochran formula 400. Reliability and validity were obtained using Cronbach's alpha and formal validity. Also, for testing the validity of the research model, Amos software was used. Analysis of the findings shows that there is a significant negative relationship between religious identity in all its dimensions, ie, dimensional dimension, empirical dimension, religious dimension, ritual dimension, cognitive dimension and consequential dimension with Internet usage, membership in virtual social networks and the use of virtual social networks. In analyzing the structural equation model that was done using Amos, two variables such as Internet usage and the use of virtual social networks had a significant negative effect on religious identity. But the membership variable in virtual social networks did not have a significant effect on religious identity. Also, two variables observable virtual social network usage and Internet usage has a negative impact factor coefficient -0/135 and -0/175 on religious identity. In general, given the findings of this study can be concluded that virtual social networks, undermining their religious identity in all dimensions. Manuscript profile

One of the paradigms proposed in the field of social psychology of the body, which has become popular among girls today, is the body management of Generation Z, in which girls are faced with changes in the physical characteristics of their bodies after the 1401 protests. The research method was applied in terms of application and purpose, and the survey method was used in terms of descriptive-analytical implementation. The research tools include Bourdieu's cultural capital questionnaire and the researcher-made questionnaire on girls' body management scale and Gibbons' social comparison. This research was conducted in 2022 and the sample size was made up of 60 girls aged 15 to 30 in Sanandaj, the sampling method was a simple random type and for the analysis of quantitative data, SPSS26 and SMART software was used. PLS has been used. The research findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of generation z body management, cultural capital, virtual space, and social comparison of the mentioned variables. The social-psychological model of body management of generation z (z) based on virtual space and cultural capital with the mediation of social comparison (a case study of protest girls 1401) is suitable. The effect of predicting body management of Generation Z girls based on the social comparison in this research is equal to 0.42 and the effect of predicting body management based on cultural capital in this research is equal to 0.44 and the effect of predicting body management of Generation Z. based on virtual space in this research is equal to 0.47. In generation z girls of Sanandaj city, social comparison is an essential source of information about the self-management of generation (Z) bodies, and social comparison processes fill the gap between self-related topics and the concept of individual and intergroup identity based on protest psychology. As the consumption of external virtual space increases, the body management of generation z increases. In fact, these results show that the society in question has been exposed to conflicting and emerging sources of identity. Manuscript profile

14 - Presenting the sense of place model of public spaces in the era of virtual spaces with Grounded theory (case study: public space in the center of Rasht city)

Among many theories regarding the relationship between space and humans, the concept of sense of place is the most widely used theory to explain the existence of place. From the environmental psychology perspective, humans need specific sensory, emotional, and spiritual experiences of the environment in which they are. These needs can be met through intimate interaction and identification with the place where they attend. This interaction, which is called the sense of place, is an important factor in the harmony between the human and the environment and leads to better use of the environment, the users' satisfaction with the environment, and ultimately, a sense of belonging, continuity of presence and use, and increased quality of life. The sense of place physically and psychologically leads to the connection between an individual and the place and enhances his attachment to the place. Although the topic of sense of place is not new, the need to pay attention to it from new angles has been emphasized in recent years. The creation of new social spaces and its expansion has had an impact on human social life. contemporary man can experience a space in which he has never been physically present. Therefore, it seems that the emergence of the digital age and the increasing number of users of virtual spaces can affect the concept of "sense of place". The present study aims to analyze the sense of place in public spaces in the age of virtual media and present a theoretical model to help improve citizens' sense of place in public spaces. There are two main research questions:1. What are the most important factors affecting the sense of place in real and virtual public spaces? and 2. How was the sense of place of the users of the public space in the center of Rasht city, and how has it changed in the last decade? To answer the first question, Sandelowski and Barroso's Meta-Synthesis Method and CASP checklists are used. To answer the second research question, the Grounded Theory method is used. In this part of the research, the main assumption states that the sense of place of the users of the public space in the center of Rasht City seems to have changed in the last decade. Because, it has experienced extensive physical changes (due to regeneration in 2016) on the one hand, and the spread of virtual media has affected all aspects of urban life, from employment to social interactions, on the other hand. In the open coding phase of the grounded theory method, 537 codes were extracted from 15 detailed interviews with experts and professionals in the research field, and finally, 18 categories were identified. The results of this stage include the formation of basic concepts and the resulting codes. Also, on a scale higher than the codes, an attempt was made to identify a more abstract concept to place them in categories representing the characteristics of the codes by comparing the codes with each other. The research results show that the expansion of virtual spaces has been effective in changing the sense of place of citizens in objective social spaces. This effect is observed in all three dimensions of activity, body, and meaning in urban spaces and it occurs in the form of the human scale, meaning, body, performance, environment, art and beauty, and non-physical and physical components. The public space in the center of Rasht City has witnessed more invitations and pauses and the emergence of new behaviors in the last decade. Categories such as acceptance of others, identity, hangout, etc. are the causes and consequences of this issue. Also, the spread of virtual media influences the interaction between humans and space, and thereby, the sense of place in a geographical place. So, by regarding it as the core category in grounded theory, the sense of place can show the relationships between categories and concepts. Using modern technologies in public spaces, designing a particular route for using mobile phones while walking, establishing urban furniture in the right number, with the right design, and in the right place, designing and implementing 24-hour lighting, supporting the presence of itinerant artists, and properly planning the climate comfort of pedestrians are among the research suggestions.           The spread of modern information technology influences daily lifestyle and behavioral patterns of community in all global societies, and urban spaces also affected by this rapid spread. This vulnerability not only exists on the surrounding physical and tangible environments but also the community is influenced by both physical and virtual environments. Responding to the human social needs and providing necessary opportunities for him to gain social experiences require spaces and settlements (behavioral-physical). Public space is considered as a great capacity in responding to this aspect of human life in urban societies. Hence, the present article investigates public spaces and their role on the formation of citizens' public thoughts. Due to the issue and facilities in this study, survey method is considered for gathering information. In this study, the statistical population is Tabriz citizens and the sample is 300 people who were randomly selected from different neighborhoods.  T-test, variance analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used to examine research hypotheses. The findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between each of the main variables in the study (age, sex, public spaces, facilities of public spaces and virtual spaces) and dependent variables (the rate of using urban public spaces and virtual spaces by people, the rate of citizens security and emergence of public opinion). There are always people in the society who lose money and other people find those properties, but whether this problem occurs only in real space or whether it can be exemplified in virtual space is a question. It is worth pondering, considering the prevalence of using virtual space in today's era, it is not far-fetched to imagine that a personal work, whether authored, audio or video file, can be made available to others in virtual space without the owner's name. Contemplating the jurisprudential and legal dimensions of the subject, he has discussed and investigated in a descriptive-analytical way and has concluded that in addition to the property of these works, it confirms the property of everything that is out of the reach of its owner in the virtual space. slow This theory is based on the application of the hadiths in the chapter, the reason for the revision of Manat, Tabadur, the correctness of carrying and the incorrectness of negating. The rapacity and insolencebehaviortaking place in virtual world has become a major and challenging issue in the present time. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is a possibility of insolence behavior in cyberspace and if it is possible to sentence the same as insolent offender's crime in an authentic and non-virtual space, then how it can be legitimated in a cybercrime context, if considered possible. By reviewing the cases and reasons, it can be concluded that, first, even if all the requisites needed for the crime is accepted based on Fokaha's quotes, there will be no obstacle to accept the crime in virtual space. Second, insolence behavior in cyber space can be sentenced the same as insolence behavior in authentic and non-virtual context. Third, although the first presumption is related to the non-enforcement of judgments for rebels based on the principle of Dara, mitigation of punishment and presumption of innocence, it should be noted that the insolent offender who committed the crime through the use of virtual tools can be subjected to the punishment just like an offender in real and authentic environment as per to narratives and verses supporting the use of verity proposition by ascribing to the principle of Dara, mitigation of punishment and presumption of innocence. A correct legislative policy in dealing with crimes committed in cyberspace must represent the decisive and quick actions of the legislator. Considering the impossibility of full compensation of the damages caused by cyberspace and the variety of criminal actions, the legislative policy must be formulated accordingly. As a case of such emerging issues mentioned could be made of harassment of women in cyberspace. The legislators do not have a separate regulation with regard to this. The purpose of the present article is twofold. Firstly, the commission of such crimes at the present time must face an appropriate punishment for the perpetrators of such crimes. Secondly, considering that the bill for preserving the dignity and protection of women against violence is in the process of approval in the parliament, a recommendation must be stated with the purpose of amending the legal Articles in law related to the discussion of this article. In this research, using a descriptive library method, an attempt has been made to collect materials and answer this question: is it possible, according to the existing legal provisions, to apply the current laws in dealing with the perpetrators of such cases or not? The hypothesis that we are trying to confirm in this research is the possibility of adherence to the Article 619 of the Islamic Penal Code approved in 1375 in dealing with such crimes. Following the ever-increasing expansion of virtual space in human life, appropriate rights are created with it, one of which is the right of anonymity in this space, which is based on the principles of human freedom and privacy. But Muslim societies, especially our Islamic country Iran, need to analyze it from the perspective of Imamiyyah jurisprudence and its laws, in order to gain knowledge about this emerging issue and its limits. This research, which was compiled using a descriptive analytical method, wants to solve the urgent need for research on this issue in this article and lay the groundwork for future research. The result of the present research is that Imami jurisprudence and Iranian law considers the right of anonymity as legitimate and acceptable for the user of virtual space according to the existing jurisprudential-legal evidence and considers it conditional on the three principles of "non-abuse", "legality" and "necessity". . In such a way that the owner of this right is not allowed to abuse it in terms of moral, economic and security. Also, the law can narrow this right and not allow or limit its use. "Necessity" is also considered as one of the limitations of this right that a person should use this right wherever "necessity" requires. Manuscript profile
