Abstract :
Humans have a set of needs and instincts, the failure to satisfy any of them, or failure to satisfy any of them, causes a weakening of the personality, and marriage is the best answer to this instinct. Monasticism and rejecting this instinct is not the right thing to do, because it will not lead to anything other than insatiable thirst and seeking variety and anxiety. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the necessity of meeting sexual needs, but not only from the material and physical aspect.With the proper provision of this instinct, not only the individual will be at peace psychologically and morally, but also the society will enjoy moral health and psychological and stable security. After all, marriage is the sweet beginning of the life of a man and a woman. Today we live in a society where some facts cannot be ignored. Unhealthy relationships or some of the marriages that have been done, based on unwise and irreligious criteria, which have resulted in nothing but separation and divorce, fraud and sexual and financial abuse, fraud and fornication, etc. society and families.Marriage is considered one of the most important decisions in young people's lives, and today in the Internet world, social relationships have also taken the form of the Internet. Here, due to the necessity that has plagued the society to some extent, especially in the virtual space; Types of marriages, especially internet marriages. We examine it from a jurisprudential and legal point of view.
