Burnout is a common problem among staff, and can have negative effects on well-being of them, their physical and mental health and the expences of organizations. This descriptive study was carried out to determine the degree of occupational burnout among managers of education department in Esfahan in 2008.140 managers were selected through random cluster sampling. Relevant data were collected using demographic questionnaire and Maslash burnout inventory. The findings revealed that 79% of the participants met study criteria for burnout, but not at the high rank. Female scored higher than male on the personal non-accomplishment subscale, married higher than single on the total score, 41-50 age group the least on the total score, 31-40 age group the highest on high depersonalization and personal non-accomplishment, and under 30 age group the highest on emotional exhaustion. Those who worked 11-20 years scored the highest on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, and 21-30 working years the least on total burnout, but none of the mentioned differences were significant. Managers with M.A significantly scored lower than B.A on depersonalization and personal non-accomplishment. The aim of present study was to investigate the predictive role of organizational respect and perceived social support in predicting job burnout dimensions of female nurses. The population included all of the nurses in Abadan and Khorramshahr cities hospitals (380 nurses). Because of limited size and prevention of subject' drop, the data derived from 230 questionnaires that be completed by the subjects. The study was a correlational- descriptive one. The instruments were the Organizational Respect Questionnaire (Rammarjan and Barsade,2006) , Perceived Social Support (Zimet, Dalem, Zimet and Farley, 1988) , and Maslach Burnout Inventory – MBI (Maslach,1993).The data analysis were performed by using Pearson correlation coefficient and multi- variate regression methods. The results showed significant negative relationship between organizational respect and perceived social support with job burnout (p<0/0001). The multi-variate regression analysis showed that organizational respect was a significant predictor of job burnout. It is suggested to prevent job burnout; organizational respect should be promoted in the cultural context of organizations. Manuscript profile

Introduction and purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of designing a model of work attachment of primary school teachers with a mixed approach. Research Methodology: The research method in the qualitative part is foundational data theorizing and in the quantitative part, it is a survey. The statistical sample in the qualitative section is 14 experts in the fields of behavioral and educational sciences, behavior and human resources of the education organization in Iran, who were selected through the snowball method. In the quantitative part, the statistical population is all the official and contractual primary school teachers of Markazi province in 2019, whose number was 5503. The sampling method in the quantitative stage is the stratified random method proportionate to the selected volume. To determine the sample size, 384 people were selected on the basis of Morgan's table. Findings: The results of the research in the qualitative part indicated that conditions such as individual, interpersonal and organizational factors cause teachers' belonging behavior to be formed in psychological and behavioral dimensions. On the other hand, these factors make the strategies of learning, growth and excellence, productivity and performance management to be defined, and they have consequences, including the promotion of intra-role and extra-role performance. The results of the research in the quantitative part indicated that all the components of teachers' work commitment are at a higher than average level. Discussion and conclusion: Teachers' job satisfaction is one of the most important factors that should be given more attention in education system policies in order to improve individual and organizational performance. . The aim of this study was to explain school principals’ conflict management based on their job burnout and stress. The study population included all school principals in Chaypareh and Khoy in the academic year of 1395-1394 and the sample size was 173 people that were selected by stratified random sampling method. To gather the data questionnaires of Rabin’s conflict management and Meselch’s job stress and burnout were used. Correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results indicate that based on principals’ job stress, conflict management style can predict co-operation, avoidance and compromise. But because the amount of F obtained for conflict management style of competition (0/07) is not statistically significant (P≥0 / 05); it cannot be predicted based on principals’ job stress. Beta coefficient indicates that, per unit increase in stress management, conflict management style of cooperation decreases at 33 percent, avoided style increases at 28 percent; concession style decreases at 34 percent and compromise style decreases at 47 percent. This research was an attempt to evaluate the effectiveness of occupational development on reducing reciprocal work-family conflict and job burnout based on Super’s growth theory among working and married postgraduate students at Islamic Azad University of Shabestar. This quasi-experimental research had a pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of the study inclouded all working married students, from among whom 60 were selected through convinence sampling, who were then randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups, each with 30 students. The instruments used included Carlson's work-family conflict questionner and Massac's Burnout Inventory. The results showed that occupational development program was effective in reducing emotional atrophy and enhancing personal performance but did not show any significant effect on reducing depersonalization. Regarding work-family conflict, the treatment was helpful in reducing conflicts based on time and power exhaustion, but did not show any significant effect on reducing conflicts based on behavior. Moreover, regarding work-family conflicts, it showed significant effect on conflicts not only based on time, but also based on behavior and power exhaustion. Finally, comparing different effects of occupational develop program on male and female students, the researchers found that there was no significant difference in reducing emotional atrophy, depersonalization and enhancing personal performance. As regards work-family conflict, no significant difference was observed in reducing time-based, behavior-based, and power- exhaustion based conflicts among men and women. Thus, it was concluded that work-family conflicts and job burnout are among the major familial and organizational problems. Therefore empowerment such as occupational development programs are required more than ever. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to explain the mediating role of organizational justice in the relationship between job insecurity and burnout, especially in crisis situations. The research is of applied nature using the descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study was the staff of Tabriz Tractor Manufacturing Company with 281 people who were stratified through stratified random sampling method. Three standard questionnaires of job insecurity, burnout and organizational justice were used to collect the data. The validity of the questionnaires was assessed using confirmatory factor analysis and their reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the hypotheses and the data were analyzed by PLS software. Other related studies suggest that individuals experienced a significant burden of mental health as a result of job insecurity in the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic. This study revealed that organizational justice can have a moderating effect in such crises and reduce the negative impact of job insecurity on burnout and consequent disorders. In particular, the procedural and interactional dimensions of organizational justice have the most inverse effect on burnout. Thus, the role of organizational justice in modifying employee burnout, especially in crisis situations, similar to the current situation resulting from the Covid-19 pandimic crisis, is important. One of the organizational concerns in the field of organizational resources is leaving the service of key municipal employees due to their knowledge and experience. The current research was carried out with the aim of determining the structural model of the effect of the antecedents of organizational attitude on the intention to leave the service of employees. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with subscales of job satisfaction, job isolation, job burnout, job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and intention to leave. The data obtained from the implementation of the research was analyzed through Pearson's correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling after checking the assumptions of normality of the data and the linearity of the relationship between the variables through the statistical software package in social sciences (SPSS) version 24 and Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) version 23. The statistical population was the employees of Isfahan municipality, from which 376 people were selected in an accessible manner and responded to the scales of job satisfaction, job isolation, job burnout, intention to leave, and self-efficacy. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between job isolation and self-efficacy, job satisfaction and burnout, as well as the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction and job burnout, and the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout and the intention to leave, and the relationship between job burnout and the intention to leave at the confidence level( p < 0.01); however, the relationship between job isolation and self-efficacy was not directly confirmed with the intention to leave the service. The mediating role of self-efficacy, burnout, and job satisfaction variables in the relationship between job isolation and intention to leave service and the relationship between self-efficacy and intention to leave service was confirmed (p<0.01). The results of structural equation modeling showed that job isolation with the intention to leave the service is mediated by job self-efficacy. Finally, self-efficacy and job satisfaction have a negative effect on leaving the service (p<0.01). The relative chi-square index equal to 3.14, the Tucker-Lewis comparative index equal to 0.907, and the square root of the mean square equal to 0.066 showed that the research model has a good fit.   Manuscript profile
