Discovering and developing sports talents in the sports of veterans and the disabled is one of the main factors in the success of gaining world and Paralympic positions. The purpose of this study was to design an optimal model of talent management in the sport of karate in veterans and the disabled of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is based on a descriptive-survey method and based on the objectives of the applied research. The statistical population included athletes, managers, talent scouts, referees and coaches in the sport of karate in veterans and the disabled, from which 200 people were purposefully selected. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with five dimensions and 55 questions. To evaluate the content validity of the questionnaire in a quantitative manner, two relative coefficients of content validity and content validity index were used. To determine the relative coefficient of content validity, the opinions of 9 karate experts in the sport of karate in veterans and the disabled were used. And its reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha. To check the fit of the conceptual model, the structural equation model was used using SPSS software version 25 and R version 1.6.3 of Simplot and lava and packages. The results showed that the dimensions of talent management have a significant factor load, but the order of effect of these dimensions in the formation of talent management is different. On the one hand, the right to employment of the disabled is a concern of most general and special human rights documents, both international and regional, based on citizenship considerations, and on the other hand, due to the specific physical and mental requirements of citizens, it may require special commitment from the governments. , based on behavioral considerations and support requirements. In the meantime, the principle of equal employment opportunity and the principle of prohibition of discrimination, which are the most fundamental principles in all human rights documents and domestic laws, target the government as a responsible and committed institution, and it means that the government's commitment in the field of disabled people's rights is justified Positive discrimination requires a reinterpretation of rights and duties. In Iran's legal system, according to the comprehensive law on the comprehensive protection of the rights of the disabled, almost all governmental, semi-governmental bodies and organizations, public and revolutionary institutions and even sometimes private and non-profit organizations are required to provide cultural, economic, social and educational support to the disabled citizens. The title of the first law, which has such a broad view on the issues of the disabled, is important. Despite this, shortcomings are observed in the implementation of policies and laws, including the employment of disabled citizens in jobs that they have the talent and ability to do because they do not have the appearance accepted by the society. One the necessity for the growth and development of communities is the creation of suitable spatial and physical contexts for the use of public services and facilities by all sections of society. The physically disabled people are part of the community and like healthy people need access to and use of public facilities and services such as passing through the city and using parks. So to use the mentioned cases and to create a better possibility for the presence of the disables, especially in developed countries, very beautiful and appropriate designs have been made. However, the existence of some obstacles, especially in the way of design, architecture and urban planning, many urban spaces, especially public thoroughfares, parks and green spaces have lacked the necessary conditions to meet the access needs of people with disabilities. Being a part of society, disabled people like other citizens need access and optimal use of public facilities and services. So in this study، with the aim of gaining the satisfaction of this special group of citizens, as the target community, the current status of Karaj Nabovat Park as the scope of research have been explored. Due to the importance of the issue, recreation centers, especially parks, green spaces and urban gardens, should be designed and constructed in such a way that the physically disabled can be able to use such places. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the research data have been collected by the method of library studies, field research and present articles. The results of the research analysis indicate the existence of problems in the special services for the disabled and their traffic. Field studies in this study show that Nabovat Park has the necessary potential to become a suitable recreational space for the disabled people due to its size, age and special location. Therefore, suggestions to achieve this goal are also presented in this article. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perfectionism and burnout among physically-motionally disabled elite athletes. The sample consisted of 118 athletes (mean age 24.83±5.74 yrs, athletic experiences 12.43±6.53 yrs, and competitive experiences 8.39±4.40 yrs) who attended in Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010. The participants voluntarily completed the Positive and Negative Perfectionism Scale (Haase & Prapavessis, 2004) and the Athlete Burnout Questionnaire (Raedeke & Smith, 2001). The results of Pearson correlation coefficients indicated that (1) positive perfectionism had significant and negative relationships with the reduced sense of accomplishment, emotional/physical exhaustion, devaluation, and total level of burnout, and (2) negative perfectionism had significant relationship with only the reduced sense of accomplishment. The results of regression analysis indicated that positive perfectionism was the only determinant of total level of burnout. The findings indicate that the positive perfectionism tendencies are effective in preventing ruining effects of burnout in physically disabled elite athletes. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to design an entrepreneurship development model for people with disabilities and veterans with an empowerment approach. Research method, qualitative content analysis based on "data theory" and in-depth semi-structured interview research tool with a purposeful method for selecting statistical samples up to the stage of theoretical saturation in data and analysis method through coding to extract related categories The model was used. In open coding, 269 primary codes, in axial coding, 50 major categories, and in selective coding, 16 core categories are classified into conditional, interactive / process, and consequential. In order to achieve the goals of research based on grounded theory, entrepreneurship development was identified as the main phenomenon in the form of a logical model and based on its understanding with conditions (causal, intermediate and contextual), interactions / actions and consequences. The present study was designed and conducted to present a model for the development of sports participation of veterans and the disabled in the Islamic Republic of Iran. This study was a combined method and was a type of mixed exploratory research project. The statistical population of the qualitative section includes selected professors familiar with sports for the disabled, athletes with disabilities, and managers and experts in sports for the disabled; These individuals were purposefully selected as a standard for qualitative interviews about research (15 interviews with 15 people and continued to the point of theoretical saturation). The statistical population in the quantitative part were all of disabled people in the country. The statistical sample of this study was considered according to the frequency of the statistical population, sample size and the probability of sampling error of 385 people. In this study, according to the objectives and its type, cluster sampling method has been used. In the first stage, after dividing the country into five regions: north, south, east, west and the center of the lot, a city (provincial center) has been selected from each region. In the qualitative section, it was determined that the categories were identified in the form of 15 categories and 79 concept codes, and in the heart of the six dimensions of the paradigm model as causal causes (4 categories), the main category: development of participation in public sports for veterans and the disabled of the Islamic Republic of Iran. 1 category), strategies (3 categories), contextual conditions (3 categories), intervening conditions (3 categories) and consequences (2 categories) were included. In the quantitative part, it was found that all 6 main components of the research have a good fit, so the research model has a sufficient fit. Considering that the disabled and veterans of the country need more attention, it is recommended that the managers and trustees of sports for the disabled and veterans use the results of the present study in order to increase the quality of life of this group.
