Cultural tourism is among recent postmodern approaches in satisfying the cultural needs of today’s world. This study investigates the dynamics of urban tourism places that can affect the attraction of cultural tourists. Firstly, urban tourism places such as historical places were recognized by implementing an analytical approach, and a framework resulting from their constructing factors in the city was defined. Through analyzing the concepts and objectives of this research, the recognized places were identified as cultural tourism places in the city. Secondly, the researcher conducted an analytical approach to identify how these factors influence cultural tourist attraction using cultural tourists’ experiences to complete the framework and the resulting analytical model. Finally, to examine the research hypotheses in an urban area, Paris City was selected as a case study. Cultural tourism places in Paris were categorize into three distinct groups: 1) permanent historical heritage and cultural or natural places, 2) temporary historical heritage and cultural or natural places, and 3) constant emergence of new art instances in the city resulting from revisiting the role of culture and substituting marginal artists and producing real cultural scenes in different urban places. These three groups were assessed using cultural tourists’ experiences to shed light upon the effect of factors constructing cultural tourism placesas well as factors constructing experiences of cultural tourists. Based on the analyses, the results indicated that cultural tourists search for authentic experiences which come along with the presence of city’s everyday life; such pluralist experiences which are creative in their today’s origin that resulted from active participation of cultural tourists in urban places. Such places are defined as connected factors of urban cultural places separately or collectively. These places include historical, natural and contemporary cultural public realms, local public realms, unconventional urban public realms, and recreational business public realms. These joined temporary or permanent open, semi-open and sometimes-close symbolic physical characteristics along with symbolic cultural social actions; interactions with the presence of cultural tourists and formation of cultural meanings based on their understanding from the spirit of the atmosphere produce a symbolic framework. Surely, places containing cultural meanings, such as artistic, historical, national, mythical, scientific, literary, ethnical, social and recreational, present cultural tourists with authentic and pluralist experiences that derived from understandings the life style and cultural meanings of the hosting society in different ways and can play effective role in attracting cultural tourists. Recognizing tourist attractions and capabilities with the aim of urban development and promotion of the presence of tourists is of high importance. Tourism-led urban regeneration can be considered as the main urban regeneration approach in the last two decades. Tourism in a strategic position and with the goal of achieving an economic and booming mechanism that can include urban development goals and draw a different face for the city. Tourism-led urban regeneration, by developing basic concepts such as innovative economic issues, finds that the inner context and central core of the cities can confidently benefit from the effects of urban tourism and its beneficial features in the regeneration process. This approach respects the traditional framework and adds new structures to these combinations in accordance with those frameworks. In this way, it represents a content and function with a superstructure of cultural and social issues, and an infrastructure of a fully economic and productive mechanism. Such a perspective brings about a kind of convergence in the purpose and means of urban regeneration. The lack of sufficient research in this regard has caused Iran not to have appropriate design and organization, in spite of the existence of indoor historical sites and urban tourist attractions. As noted earlier, there is little research on tourism-led urban regeneration in Iran. In addition, the frameworks proposed for studying urban tourism have more considered the concepts and methodology of urban tourism. In this way, it is necessary to carry out applied research to study urban tourism in order to explore the principles and criteria for urban regeneration. This research tries to fill this gap and focus on urban tourism by defining the different dimensions of urban regeneration as well as providing a set of principles and criteria appropriate for the urban space and testing them in Zandieh historical complex in Shiraz. The purpose of this research is to identify the tourist attractions in historically regenerated areas. First, a content analysis has been conducted to identify the principles of tourism-based regeneration, and the literature has been reviewed for various definitions, views and theories provided by scholars. Second, using the field method, tourism-led urban regeneration criteria have been verified through urban tourists’ questionnaire in Zandieh regenerated historical complex in Shiraz. The statistical population of the urban tourists in Shiraz city was 4,720,000 people in 1394. Using the Cochran formula, it is found that the sample size included 384/124 people. Therefore, the population of tourists was estimated to be 385 people. In order to increase the accuracy and reduce the functional error, 400 questionnaires were distributed among the tourists. It should be noted that the sampling method in this study was cluster sampling. The urban tourists’ questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS software and Friedman test. The findings revealed that the historical and memorable capabilities are at the first place and the cultural, recreational and environmental capabilities are at the second to fourth place of the prioritizing list. This is a good guide for tourism-led urban regeneration planning in Zandieh historical complex. Manuscript profile

The statistical population studied in this article consists of experts and officials of devices and institutions related to urban tourism, of which 50 people have been selected as a sample. Then, according to the analysis of the four factors of strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, a questionnaire containing 20 five-choice questionnaires was obtained. The questions based on the Likert scale consisted of 5 options: very high - high - medium - low and very low. In order to analyze the information and present a strategic model for the development of urban tourism, the Qspm analytical method and Meta-SWOT software have been used. And then by consulting experts and officials and giving weight to each of these issues and then calculating and analyzing them, priorities were identified and to eliminate or reduce weaknesses and threats and strengthen and improve strengths and opportunities. In connection with the development of urban tourism, finally, appropriate strategies have been presented. Results and discussion:        To analyze the data obtained from completing the questionnaires, one of the models for assessing and analyzing the situation in order to measure the potential, which is the strategic planning model known as SWOT, has been used. This model is one of the strategic tools to match the strengths and weaknesses within the system with the opportunities and threats outside the system. This analytical model involves the systematic identification of factors with which the strategy should be best adapted. The rationale for this approach is that an effective strategy should minimize the strengths and opportunities of the system and the weaknesses and threats. Its most common application is to provide a logical framework for systematically guiding system discussions, various strategies, and ultimately strategy selection. In the present study, while identifying the weaknesses and threats that endanger the tourism industry of Kerman and can affect urban development, the capabilities and opportunities in the tourism industry of Kerman are also tried. To be clearly stated and reviewed, and effective strategies and strategies in this field were extracted from expert opinions. In this regard, after collecting these weaknesses and strengths related to tourism and urban tourism in Kerman and providing them to experts for review and scoring, entered the software and analyzed model and while presenting We have achieved appropriate solutions in this regard, which can also be effective in urban development, by providing a comprehensive and specific strategy. Conclusion:        In terms of tourism in Kerman, the factor of numerous historical places and monuments in the city of Kerman with a weight of 0.037 and the factor of infrastructure development and profitability for both tourists and indigenous people with a weight of 0.040 is the greatest strength and opportunity in Kerman for Urban tourism is considered and the factor of unwillingness to invest in the tourism sector of Kerman with a weight of 0.039 and the factor of seasonal tourism of Kerman with a weight of 0.060 are the biggest weakness and threat to tourism in Kerman.Preliminary results of the internal factors evaluation matrix showed that the location and proximity of Kerman city near the most important desert tourism hub of the province, namely Lot desert and Shahdad clots as the most important internal strength and inefficient and inefficient management in urban tourism as the most important weakness of the city. Kerman and in the evaluation matrix of external factors, the location of Kerman city as a tourism hub in the east of the country was mentioned as the most important foreign advantage and in the opposite point, the main external threatening factor was the lack of government support. In addition, the results of the final analysis of the internal and external factors evaluation matrices indicated that according to the average final scores obtained for internal factors with a score of 2.713 and for external factors with a score of 2.98, the strategic tourism strategy The city of Kerman is a market penetration strategy and a product development strategy. Finally, based on the evaluation of the average scores of competitive strategies in the quantitative strategic planning matrix, the strategy of attention and emphasis on the development of cultural, natural and ecotourism because of the comparative advantages for the development of this type of tourism as the most important strategy for sustainable tourism development. A city in Kerman is proposed for the sustainable development of urban tourism. In addition, the results of field studies in the city of Kerman, as a sample of studies, showed that the SWOT method, as a valuable and efficient strategic method, has been able to integrate the bottlenecks and opportunities of urban tourism in an integrated way and in the form of development paradigm. Explain the sustainable urban tourism in the study area, so that the findings of field studies and objective observations are well consistent with the realities in the city of Kerman. In planning and managing of tourism development using modern methods is highly important. One of these new methods is the use of the future-research method and the use of different scenarios for the development of tourism, which by using these methods tries to draw different futures according to the key effective factors for the development of Zanjan tourism. The purpose of the current research is future research and scenario planning in the development and improvement of the tourism industry in City of Zanjan based on the method of cross-effects analysis. It is exploratory and based on future-research and scenario planning. In this research, in order to find key factors, available documents, library documents and semi-open interviews were used, and after identifying the components, MIC MAC and Scenario Wizard software were used to analyze and prioritize the factors. Analysis of 13 factors were selected as key factors. These 13 factors respectively are: urban integrated management, implementing encouraging policies, decreasing the constraints, internal security, private sector, citizen participation, NGOs, urban branding, strategic location of the city, the international role of the city and province, enhancing environmental awareness, economic growth rate, religious and ritual events, qualitative and quantitative development of handicrafts. The 13 factors were used to write the scenarios. Consequently by using experts opinions and setting up panels, 46 desirable to undesirable cases could be classified and finally 4 scenarios with high compatibility for the city of Zanjan identified. 3 scenarios were in desirable situation and one in critical situation for the city of Zanjan was imaginable. At the end in order to pass through the critical situation to desirable situation strategies and plans were suggested.Extended AbstractIntroductionThe strategic location of Zanjan province and city of Zanjan on the transit route from the center to the west and northwest of the country and the existence of historical, cultural and natural tourist attractions of Zanjan make the province and city a suitable case for attracting tourists and use it a tool for development. Although with such capacities the province has not adequately used them for its development. Tourism development needs to be redefined by provincial managers and planners so that they can reach a suitable future for the economic and social progression. By examining the effective components in the tourism development of City of Zanjan, the first and most important question that comes to mind is in which direction the future of tourism in City of Zanjan is moving and how and with what factors and components this future can be achieved and be led to the desired future?Theoretical foundations of research:Foresight: Ben Martin defines foresight as follows: "Foresight is the process of systematic effort to look at the long-term future of science, technology, environment, economy and society, with the aim of identifying emerging common technologies. And the strengthening of strategic research areas, which probably bring the most economic and social benefits. (Nazimi and Qadiri, 1385, 27)Scenario: A scenario refers to stories related to several plausible futures that a government, organization or company will likely face.Tourism: "The set of activities of a person or people who travel to a place other than their normal place of life and stay there for at least one night and at most one year, and the purpose of their travel is to spend leisure time. Of course, goals such as employment and earning are not included in it.”              ( Heydari Chianeh, 2009,9) Accordingly, those who include this definition are also called touristsUrban tourism: Urban tourism refers to tourism activities that take place in urban areas and include interactions between visitors and urban environments.Research materials and methods:In terms of practical purpose, in terms of method, the present research has been carried out qualitatively and in some cases, quantitatively and qualitatively mixed at the exploratory level and based on the future-research approach and scenario planning. In this research, expert Delphi model, MIC MAC and Scenario Wizard software, future research and scenario planning approaches have been used.Research findings13 factors were extracted from among the influential factors in the findings of the research and the effective factors in the upper-level documents of the province, which seem to have a high impact on the prosperity and development of the tourism industry in City of Zanjan, which are the key effective factors in tourism and attracting tourists, were identified as follows: integrated urban management and application of incentive policies, reducing restrictions, internal security, private sector, citizen participation, non-governmental organizations, urban branding, strategic location of the city, international role of the city and province , promotion of environmental awareness, economic growth rate, ritual and religious ceremonies, quantitative and qualitative development of handicraftsTo write the scenario, a total of 46 possible situations were determined for 13 identified key factors. These situations are considered for each variable from a very desirable situation to a critical situation. Scenario Wizard software with heavy calculations makes it possible to extract all kinds of scenarios, including strong scenarios, scenarios with weak probability, scenarios with compatibility and high compatibility. The scenarios presented by the scenario wizard are: 4 scenarios with high compatibility, 6222 scenarios with weak compatibility and 206 incompatible scenarios. The results show that 4 scenarios are more likely to occur in the future tourism development of the province. Conclusions and suggestions:According to the findings, scenarios 1, 2, and 3 are the best leading scenarios for the development of tourism in the province, although scenario 1 is more favorable and ideal than the other two scenarios. Scenarios 2 and 3 are also considered favorable scenarios, which are different from the first scenario only in the two factors of internal security and strategic location of the city, and are on intermediate and relatively favorable scenarios. Scenario 4 will also be a critical scenario, and with the realization of this scenario, the situation of the influencing factors of tourism development will reach the worst state. In this scenario, all 13 key factors of the trend are on the verge of crisis or crisis, this scenario does not have positive points and favorable key factors. As a result, with the realization of the first scenario, 100% of the determining factors of tourism development will be realized. All 13 key factors in this scenario are desirable key factors and none of the factors were in a static or critical trend and with the passage of time, there are positive changes in the tourism development of City of Zanjan. The possible situations selected in this scenario are: strengthening development-oriented and program-oriented management and applying extensive incentive policies, removing some of the disturbing restrictions to attract tourists, strengthening internal security, paying attention to the private sector and large-scale investment. The high participation of citizens, in the extensive strengthening of non-governmental organizations, in the field of branding, the creation of new features and the development of current unique features, the development of relations between Iran and Europe and the colorful role of the corridor from the center to the northwest, the transformation of the province into the regional center of the northwest country, extensive production of educational content to increase environmental awareness, positive economic growth rate, highlighting of existing ceremonies through media power, state of development and extensive support of handicrafts in City of Zanjan, all of these factors have a great positive impact on the development of tourism. As a result, the perspective of this scenario will show an ideal situation of tourism in City of Zanjan. Considering that Zanjan province and especially City of Zanjan has high tourism capacities, but this potential has not been fully used yet. In this regard, there is a need to provide proposals to improve the current situation and clarify a clear path to achieve that desirable future, considering the favorable scenario for the future of Zanjan tourism. These suggestions based on the desired scenarios are as follows:Reviewing the current management that has little integration and moving towards development-oriented, target-oriented and integrated urban management and using experienced and expert managers in organizations, institutions and sectors that are interested in city tourism, removing or reducing some of Limitations in the future plans, optimal use of the strategic location of City of Zanjan, holding festivals, as well as holding craft exhibitions, modifying the norms and behaviors of accepting tourists, participation of local people in urban development plans and programs, use of branding. religion of the city, identification and investigation of regions and areas with potential for tourism and introducing them to domestic and foreign investors, development of infrastructure, improvement and strengthening of service and entertainment centers, improvement of city entrances, strengthening and development of handicraft and traditional industries of the province with Cultural and artistic attitude in relation to the development of the tourism industry. Today, the development of tourism in various destinations is considered important and has many positive effects. Therefore, the countries that benefit from potential abilities in this field, are continuously trying to allocate a suitable share of the tourism markets by branding. The purpose of the research was to explain the evaluation of internal marketing and environmental citizenship behavior on the development of urban tourism with the role of mediator of urban branding. The research method is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive of correlation type according to the method of data collection. The statistical population of the research includes the citizens of Tehran province in 2023, which were divided into north, south, west, east and center regions. Using Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as a sample and 420 questionnaires were distributed and 403 questionnaires were collected. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was 0.804. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software. The findings indicate that internal marketing, urban marketing, city image and environmental citizenship behavior have been effective on urban branding. Also, urban branding has a significant impact on the development of urban tourism. In this research, urban branding has the greatest impact on the development of urban tourism with a score of (8.931) and environmental citizenship behavior has had the least impact on urban branding with a score of (3.570). Extended Abstract Introduction: Today, the tourism industry is considered as one of the most diverse and largest industries in the world, as it is the main source of foreign exchange income, creating social justice, employment, increasing welfare, cultural growth and a basis for the growth of the private sector and infrastructure development. Economists consider the tourism industry to be the third growing and dynamic economic phenomenon after the oil and automobile industry, Therefore, the development of tourism as a set of economic measures has a great effect on strengthening the foundations of societies, especially from an economic perspective. Today, the growth and promotion of tourism has been widely accepted and placed on the agenda of the government, especially in developing countries. Tourism development provides direct and indirect job opportunities and reduces the government budget deficit. At the same time, it increases the income from taxes for the implementation of economic activities. Tehran province, despite its very rich local, social, cultural, geographical and even economic capabilities, is neglected compared to many provinces of the country, especially the neighboring provinces, and has not been given the attention it should be. The field investigations and also the evidence show that, unfortunately, due to the lack of attention to the tourism industry in Tehran province, the per capita income of this province is almost insignificant. Also, due to the lack of proper management and planning of tourism in Tehran, Tehran is a destination for tourists, which does not bring any special tourism income for the province. This is despite the fact that if the government as well as the Tehran Governorate support tourism in Tehran province in a practical way and with all their power, many problems and problems and even social and economic problems such as unemployment will disappear due to this tourism in the province and Tehran feels a renewed spirit in its body. Methodology: The current research is applied based on its purpose and descriptive correlational according to its type, and based on the model, structural equation modeling method should be used. The statistical population of the research includes the citizens of Tehran province in 2023, which were divided into north, south, west, east and center regions. Using Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as a sample and 415 questionnaires were distributed and 403 questionnaires were collected. The data collection method of this research was done in the library method and using books and articles, and a questionnaire was also used in the field method. Results and discussion: The demographic characteristics of the sample were reported. Also, Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability, average variance extracted (AVE), and coefficient of determination were used to measure the model, which are reported in table two. The average values of the extracted variance of all 7 model constructs are at the optimal level (more than 0.5). The amount of Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability for all the model structures is (more than 0.7), so the questionnaire has a good and acceptable reliability. The value of R2 for the endogenous constructs of the research confirms the appropriateness of the fit of the structural model. The results of the Q2 criterion for the endogenous structure indicate the appropriate predictive power of the model regarding the endogenous constructs of the research and indicate that the fitting model has appropriate and favorable predictive power. The final results of the confirmatory factor analysis are reported in Table 3. Factor loadings greater than 0.5 have good validity. In graphs 1 and 2, factor loading values and significant coefficients for the questions of each variable are given. In confirmatory factor analysis, the minimum value of acceptable factor loadings is 0.3, the average significance level is 0.4, and the values above 0.5 indicate a high correlation level and strong significance between the factor and observed variables. In the significance coefficients (T values), considering that all the numbers on the paths are higher than 1.96, it indicates the significance of the paths, the appropriateness of the structural model and the confirmation of all research hypotheses. Since the three values of 0.01, 0.25 and 0.36 are defined as weak, medium and strong values for GOF and on the other hand, the coefficient is in a favorable situation (0.651), so the results show that that the fit of the model in the statistical population of the research is appropriate. Conclusion: The purpose of this research is to explain the evaluation of internal marketing and environmental citizenship behavior on the development of urban tourism with the mediating role of urban branding. In this research, 5 hypotheses were tested and the results of the hypothesis analysis indicate that internal marketing, urban marketing, city image and environmental citizenship behavior have been effective on urban branding. Also, urban branding has a significant impact on the development of urban tourism. The t test for all hypotheses is greater than 1.96. Therefore, with 95% confidence, the relationship between the variables is significant. Manuscript profile

we have made a comparative-statistical explanation of the perception of a number of visitors and tourists based on the results of a questionnaire and a completed survey of tourist attractions. This study finally presents four main findings: First: The factor analysis model of this study showed that the perception of tourists is based on the components of urban regeneration in four different levels of tourist attractions. These four levels are the historical and ancient core of the city, complementary historical attractions, the city's tourism belt and the general urban context. Second: Elements associated with the city's tourism belt, such as territories and public spaces of the urban environment, are considered as the most important tourist attractions and tourists. Third, a comparison of the average value of the indicators shows that tourists who have used the Internet and social media in their searches, in the first place, they react more to the historical core of the city, in the second place, to the levels of public urban areas and territories, and in the third place, to the complementary tourist attractions. Fourth: In this study, it was found that among the components of urban regeneration, the component of development and promotion of public spaces and territories, have the greatest impact on the development of urban tourism. Since public areas and urban spaces play an essential role in tourist attractions, it is recommended that this issue be included in urban development strategies when planning cities with a tourism base Manuscript profile
