        The purpose of the research is to present a pattern regarding lay-off in municipalities of Esfahan province, and to analyze the impact of structural, behavioral and individual factors on lay-off and its aspects. The research was done to secure future jobs for the staff who either want to leave or the staff who have remained in the organization. The method used to do this research is descriptive and correlative .The method used to collect information is mixed (qualitative and quantitative).In the first stage (qualitative approach), the subjects were 22 experts who had suitable information about the issue of lay-off. A lay-off pattern and the influential factors on lay-off were designed using the fuzzy Delphi method and also fuzzy logic. The two methods were used to have more correlation between the views of the experts. Then, in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was designed in order to evaluate the pattern and then after reviewing the validity of the questionnaire through Exploratory Factor Analysis, it was given to some managers who, based on Judgmental Sampling, had been chosen out of managers of branches of municipalities in Esfahan province. The relationships between components of the model were reviewed using structural equation model. The findings demonstrated that all of the e hypotheses were confirmed. Considering the mentioned indices  for the aspects of lay-off in this research ,municipalities can adopt effective decisions regarding determining the kind of job ,the kind of performance they will have in future  (for the staff that will remain in the organization) and also about necessary measures taken to secure future jobs for the staff leaving the organization.         In recent decades, the subject of urban development has gradually developed into a modern and dominant paradigm in the theoretical and academic literature on urban development and planning. Although it has been seen through different perceptions and interpretations, the paradigm generally emphasizes the sustainability and persistence of development for all and future generations. This development requires multilateral consideration of intricate dimensions of economic, social, political, cultural, and environmental issues on different scales. The literature results show that the physical development of Arak, as a metropolitan city in the middle part of Iran and close to the capital, is in an undesirable and unsustainable state. This unsustainability attracted attention to issues such as the land-use change from agricultural to residential, environmental destructions, traffic, urban furniture, slums, etc. Accordingly, the present research aimed at studying pathologically Arak urban development from the standpoints of structural, contextual, and behavioral damages. It also considered the points of view of Arak's residents. The residents' points of view were considered because of their familiarity with the issues of their city's urban development, and considering their experiences is a valuable act because it results in increased social capital and social participation. This is an applied and explorative research regarding its objective and method, respectively. The statistical population of the research was 384 persons, which included all Arak's residents 18 years old or older who were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling, which was done according to the upper limit in Morgan's table. Affirmative factor analysis was used to analyze the data. The research model estimation was done and confirmed using Lisrel software. To assess the research model fitness, different indices were used, such as Chi-square of the degree of freedom, characteristic roots statistics, mean square error, P-Value, and CFI. Indices' values and comparing them with a fitted model showed the proper fitness of the structural model. The factors were ranked based on factor loading, and the conceptual model of urban development damages was presented in three groups structural, contextual, and behavioral. The model showed that structural damages included inability in providing income resources, the existing organizational chart, and lack of a clear organizational mission and objectives; The contextual damages included lack of citizens' participation in urban management and neglecting the costumers' opinions. Behavioral damages included lack of supervising the staff's performance, the influence of organizational culture on the staff's performance, lack of consciousness and knowledge among the staff, and lack of recognition of working standards.Accordingly, the citizens' opinions and prioritizing in removing urban development damages can be considered in Arak's urban development policymaking, which in turn will result in increased participation of the citizens in urban development projects and decreased urban development expenditures, increased social trust in the citizens and turn increased social order, increased social dynamics, increased social relationships in urban neighborhoods and among the citizens, this produces some benefits such as increased capabilities and skills of the citizens in solving problems all of which will result in more social protection for the citizens. Findings: Findings of research show that this unit doesn’t have desirable entrepreneurship. Correlation test confirmed the relation structural, behavioral(content) and environmental(context) factors with entrepreneurship, also findings confirmed that among of these factors, context factor and structural factor have the most and the least influence on entrepreneurship, respectively. Conclusion: So clear-sighted (persons) believe that organizational structure is the most important space for organizational entrepreneurship, and the results of this research show that dominant structure on Sciences and Research unit of Tehran Islamic Azad University is on basis of formal rule and hierarchy that have distance with organizational entrepreneurship. So Designed and offered a local pattern could help to promotion of organizational entrepreneurship basis of three-dimensional model structural, behavioral and environmental factors.         The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting "social deprivation" among young people in Kahnooj. The theoretical framework includes "agency", "structural" and "hybrid" approaches. The present study is practical. The statistical population of all 8500 young people aged 19 to 30 years in Kahnooj city and the sample size according to Morgan table is 384 people; Multi-stage cluster sampling was performed.         The purpose of this evaluation research the effectiveness of structural and institutional factors influencing participation of villagers in the rural guide plans is. In terms of objective research methods applied and the method descriptive and cor relational. Statistical population in this study, 25 villages in the metropolis of Hamedan Policy In which the guide plan has been implemented, among them 10 villages were selected for sampling. Applying random sampling method and Cochran formula, 200 households were questioned. Based on the results of Pearson correlation tests with the co-efficient of 0.488, research findings show that there is a highly significant relationship between structural-institutional factors affecting participation and performance of Guidance Plans, to the extent that structural-institutional factors affecting participation explain 25% of changes attributed to dependent variable. Among the structural-institutional factors, the variable of “the role of non-governmental organizations in encouraging public participation” was 26.5% effective in implementation of Guidance plans. There was overall and direct correlation in spatial distribution of the relationship between structural-institutional factors affecting participation and performance process in Guidance Plans in six villages.         This research was conducted over unconventional Initial Public Offering in Tehran Stock Exchange aiming to study the structural variables such as: 1) industry type 2) company age at the time of supply 3) market value 4)type of offering being from private or public sector 5) market conditions being in hot & cold. In this research ,the literature review in the respective filed was first accomplished and after selecting the appropriate descriptive variables, the basic models were chosen to test the hypotheses. Among the descriptive variables used, only the variable entitled "industry type" was deemed ineffective over the output of unconventional Initial Public Offering in various periods(Day one, two, three and first month).Also the company age variable indicated a reverse relationship with the unconventional Initial Public Offering .i.e. when the primary supply market gets slower than of the time of initial boom and the customers tend to consider the structural factors. The higher the age of the company since establishment ,considering the clearer operational conditions ,the lower the unconventional  output. Similarly ,the same result applies to the company size. With respect to the type of supply, it was deducted that the public sectors supplies enjoy a lower unconventional output.         Based on a qualitative method and interviews with experts (Delphi method), the present study identifies (economic, structural, behavioral and regulatory) factors influencing intention-to-pay taxes. The questionnaire designed for assessing the aforementioned four factors. Reliability investigation based on internal consistency and Cronbach’s alpha method and validity examination based on face, content and construct validity tests demonstrated the measurement instrument’s suitability. Study population included tax return transcripts submitted by legal tax payers in six districts of Tehran. The study sample volume was set at 382 based on a relative stratified random method. After administering the questionnaire using a quantitative method (exploratory factor analysis), the results (descriptive and inferential) were analyzed. In descriptive part, frequency distribution and central indices were analyzed and diagram was drawn for each variable. In inferential part, the issue was investigated following investigating the variables’ distribution using nonparametric statistical methods and Kruskal-Wallis test. Study findings suggested that the tax return transcript in Tehran’s center is higher in all of the factors. Mean values obtained for regulatory, behavioral, structural and economic factors are 164.48, 158.15, 159.2 and 154.98, respectively. The results also indicated that the average ranks of all the factors are significantly higher considering tax return transcripts in Tehran’s center compared to the other districts (P<0.01).   Manuscript profile

        The aim of the research was to design a structural model for the development of futsal in Iran. The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, which was conducted in a mixed qualitative and quantitative manner. Sampling in the qualitative section was based on a specialized and targeted panel and equal to 20 people. The statistical population in the quantitative part included the officials and experts of the futsal committee of the federation and football boards, managers of national teams and clubs. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 8 sports management professors and its reliability, in addition to coding by two coders, was also confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α=0.90). SPSS and Lisrel software were used for data analysis. The findings showed that there are 30 indicators in the form of environmental and equipment components, human, financial and economic resources, structural factors, ways, interactions, attitudinal and supportive processes, and executive processes in the development of futsal in Iran, and the influence of the identified indicators on the development of futsal is significant. It can be said that the standardization and increase of futsal halls, the development and productivity of futsal technical, specialized and managerial human resources, the privatization of clubs and sustainable income generation will greatly contribute to the development of futsal. Accordingly, the public sector has continuously attempted to improve  efficiency and effectiveness of its performances. Thus, administrators have been challenged to achieve his goal and deliver quality services to citizens. Public entrepreneurship has developed for reinventing of government performance and introducing the frameworks for public and nongovernmental sectors. These frameworks have been developed for improving of productivity, effectiveness and accountability in public sector. This article surveys the structural factors that may influence public entrepreneurship.         Present study addresses the pathology of employees’ performance management system of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences to increase employees’ productivity and in turn contribute to productivity of that organization. Present research was an applied one with respect to its purpose and a survey-descriptive field study with respect to its methodology .In present research, descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Accordingly, the staff of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences were considered as the statistical population of the study which comprised of 859 employees .Using Cochran's formula ,the sample size was determined to be 266 and the same number of questionnaire copies was distributed andfinally246 ones were collected. The findings of the study suggested that pathology of employees’ performance system may be explained based on the three dimensional model included: structural factors (inappropriate performance evaluation system, lack of a link between compensation system and performance management, lack of use of IT in performance management system and shortage of resources required to implement and operate the performance management system), behavioral factors (lack of management commitment to performance management ,low level of employees’ knowledge on the performance management system, lack of performance review and revision, lack of organizational culture) and environmental factors (lack of attention to client opinions in the performance management system, lack of comprehensive rules and regulations related to the performance management system).         The present article aims to examine the relationship between structural and behavioral factors of the suggestion system with participation attracted of the employees in Qazvin province education. The statistical society, employees of Qazvin education, the number of 521 persons and sampling methods were simple random based on Cochran formula 221 persons selected as examples. In order to access of the necessary information for analysis of research variables, has been used two questionnaire of participation management questionnaire and suggestion system questionnaire that has been make by researcher. Validity of the questionnaire was the confirmation by using factor analysis. To determine the reliability of the questionnaires, was used the coefficient of cronbach's alpha. That based on, obtained Alpha coefficient of participation management questionnaire 0.869, and the suggestion system questionnaire 0.867, that is showing the reliability of research measurement. To test the hypothesis of research were used structural equations modeling(SEM) and LISREL software .The results of this study showed that: Behavioral factors suggestion system with path coefficient (-0.39 ) and t-statistics (-5.60) has a negative relationship with the participation absorption of the employees in Qazvin province education.         Crisis management is one of the significant factors in reducing the amount of damage and human casualties when accidents occur. If the necessary principles have already been considered before the crisis occurs and people have enough training, practices, and experience from past accidents, it would be a greater chance of success in a management crisis. The purpose study is to investigate (explain) the problems and obstacles and observe the crisis factors after the reconstruction of the Plasco building. The renewal of the Plasco building has been studied by three factors (structural, non-structural, and crisis management). This research is applied and descriptive-analytical research. The area under study in this research is the Plasco building which is located in Tehran, which absolutely collapsed due to a fire in 1995. The statistical population was among the people who have been playing a role in the reconstruction of the studied area, including 15 to 60 people. In this research, the sampling continued until the data reached saturation, and this research was studied with 15 people. The research results showed that the average score for the spectrum of awareness of resources and equipment is 9.7, which is higher than the average spectrum score, which is 6, that is a significant difference. The analysis on people's knowledge about warning systems showed that the proper planning or policy for renewing the Plasco building is in good condition due to the existence of warning systems. Also, the statistical findings have shown that the average score of the respondents from the dimension of response mechanism is 45, which means that in the reconstruction of the Plasko building, the way to respond to the fire crisis will be in good condition. The average score of the respondents from the spectrum existing of the necessary policy and policy to deal with fire is 32/43, the state of planning appropriate policies in structural, non-structural, crisis management, organization, preparing of organization, after the reconstruction of the Plasco building is correct. The first step in this direction through the process of awareness of the human resources situation is pathological. This study, to investigate and pathology of human resources management at the headquarters of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services based Three ramifications model done. The aim of this study applied the method is descriptive. The population consisted of all Human Resources Management staff experts Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, 78 people had formed. The total population for the census were limited.To collect data the researcher made questionnaire with 40 questions in three dimensions (structural factors, behavioral factors and environmental factors) is used. The validity of the tool, which was approved by experts and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 89/0 = α is obtained . To analyze the data descriptive statistics in frequency tables, charts, mean, median, mode, standard deviation and inferential statistics department Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to evaluate the normal distribution of data and To investigate the hypothesis of one-sample t-test was used factor analysis.         This research was carried out with the aim of investigating the effective factors on the quality of education and teaching at Ardebil University of Medical Sciences in mixed method. Factors influencing on teaching quality were identified and classified from the perspective of professors and students of the university's leading universities. In a small section, 354 people were selected through a researcher-made questionnaire that were selected by simple random sampling method. Then, the data were analyzed using SPSS22 software. The findings of the qualitative research section showed that seven factors have the highest role in the teaching quality. Also, in a quantitative study, the findings showed that from the perspective of the faculty members of the internal structural factors, Individual and professional faculty members and outsourcing factors were ranked first to third, and from the viewpoint of academic students, the individual and professional characteristics of faculty members were ranked first, environmental factors - organizational and outsourcing in the second and third ranks.         The Purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the quality improvement and productivity of Islamic Azad University centers and branches in Region 2. The study is a survey, and the data were gathered by a researcher – made questionnaire consisting of 50 questions based on the objectives and indices of quality in higher education centers. The statistical population included all faculty members (1778) and non-academic staff (1517) who worked in west Azerbaijan, Zanjan, and Ardebil Provinces during 2012. A sample of 350 (161 faculty members and 189 non-academic staff members) was selected through random stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method and by using Morag's Table. The data were analyzed by mean rank test and Friedman test, and for the comparison of the views of the two groups, t-test and one-way variance analysis were used. The results indicated that among the effective factors, the educational-cultural factors, the management and structural factors, the student factors, and the research factors are ranked in order of importance, respectively. Furthermore, the result showed that there is not a significant difference between the views of the sample groups. Manuscript profile

        The industry of Dried Fruit Export is one of undeveloped industries regarding E-Commerce in Iran. This research is an attempt to investigate E-commerce admission obstacles in the industry of Dried Fruit Export of Iran and present its solutions. To achieve this purpose, we have identified the most important admission obstacles of E-commerce through reviewing the research literature and have classified them in the form of Tri-category (3C) Model in three co-structural, content and context dimensions as three research hypotheses. After distributing and collecting questionnaires among 61 randomly selected Dried Fruit Exporting companies of East Azerbaijan province and analyzing the data, all three dimensions of obstacles were supported and co-structural obstacles were recognized as the most important factors in the non-admission of E-commerce in the Industry of Dried Fruit Export. The government and related commercial organizations can consider the recommendations presented in this paper in order to help the private sector to implement E-commerce and remove the found obstacles for developing export.   Manuscript profile

        Homelessness is a pattern of habitance which does not follow the essential standards of housing. This type of habitance forms based on numerous factors; such as personal and structural factors. The aim of this research is identification of structural factors effective on homelessness formation in Tehran metropolitan area. The methodology of this research is practical, based upon the aim and descriptive-analytical, based upon the method and nature. Considering the aims of the research, at first, the factors affecting homelessness formation were extracted out of previous studies and with emphasize on right to city approach (which is the main approach of this research) and categorized into three political, economic, and social groups and into 15 criteria. These factors were written as a questionnaire and were asked from 20 experts (university faculties) to fill it. Through Fuzzy SWARA, which is one of the new methods of MCDM, and then Fuzzy ARAS, each of these factors and criteria were weighted and prioritized, respectively. The results obtained from the Fuzzy ARAS method showed that political and economic factors are the most important factors in homelessness formation by 0.4089 and 0.3909 weights, respectively. Among 15 criteria, the land and housing allocation policies (political factor), commodity land and housing under allocation approach (economic factor) and new urban policies (political factor) and demographic composition (social factor) were the most important criteria effective on homelessness formation in Tehran metropolitan area Manuscript profile

        A slum is a physical space that, with respect to multiple dimensions, is  at a lower level than the average urban regions of the city. Slum-dwelling has created many problems for the country because it causes a spatial imbalance in the distribution of population. Therefore, the present study seeks to answer these basic questions: What factors affect slum-dwelling and what are the consequences of it? In order to answer these questions and also to design a model of factors affecting slum-dwelling in Iran during the years 2009-2010, the meta-combined approach has been used, which is a type of qualitative research method and in which the integration of various studies is used to create comprehensive findings. In the present study, the seven-step method of Barroso and Sandlowski has been used and out of 100 articles that were evaluated, 20 articles were chosen for final review. The results showed that the influencing factors were generally divided into two groups of structural factors and non-structural factors, and its consequences and harms can be cultural-social, physical, economic, health and environmental damage, political and psychological damages.         Adolescents, as the main asset of any society, play an important part in the dynamics, survival, growth and development of its social system. On the other hand, the delinquency of this group can be considered as a serious obstacle in the way of their development and self-actualization. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the structural and social learning factors that are related to the delinquency of the youth in slum areas of the city of Tabriz. The research method used in this study was the survey method. Research population consisted of all 53 866 juveniles who were 14 to 19 years old, of which 320 were selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that juvenile delinquency was not significantly correlated with structural variables of social anomie, social disorganization, age, economic and social status and family structure, but it was  significantly related to various dimensions of social learning: positive definitions of religion (R =-0/18), positive definitions of law (R = -0/17), and the chances for achieving positive goals (R = -0/18) reverse, but with neutral definitions of criminal act (301/0 r =), criminal friends (R =0/63), depression (R = 0/14), negative relationships with parents (R = 0/209). The results of the regression analysis showed that of the different dimensions of social learning, delinquency of friends had the greatest impact on juvenile delinquency, and all remaining variables in the model explained 32% of variance of the dependent variable. Furthermore, in structural equation, modeling, it was shown that structural theoretical variables (social anomie and social disorganization) as non-immediate causes of crime can create an atmosphere of social learning and the atmosphere of social learning acts as the immediate cause of crime and deviance.         The present study aims to determine the relationship between social and economic indices of human development at the micro level and value orientation of residents of Siahkel and Lahijan. The main question is: What is the relationship between the social and economic status of individuals and their value orientation? What is meant by value orientation is: Which values are more popular? Rational, universalistic, democratic and scientific values, or irrational, particularistic, non-democratic, and fatalistic values? Indices of independent variable research with the human development approach include: life expectancy, financial status, occupation, education, and Internet usage. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method and data collection is done with survey-analytical method. Measurement tool is a researcher made questionnaire and its completion method is in-person interview. The multi-stage random sampling method was used for sampling and Cochran's formula was used for determining the sample size the sample with a sample size of 255 people. Factor analysis was used to measure the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha test was used for reliability. Data analysis shows that: The mean score of the value orientation of respondents in the range (0-204) is equal to 152 with a standard deviation of 20 points indicates a high value orientation score. There is a significant relationship between the level of education, financial status, activity status, feeling of safety, life expectancy, internet usage with the dependent variable. Education is the basis for people's intellectual and ethical growth in a dynamic society and the teacher, as one of the important elements of education, has a very sensitive role. Any fundamental change in the structure of this social institution depends on research in the field of education in the country, and as long as education benefits from research, this institution will grow and excel. Research skill is one of the critical skills and capabilities of 21st-century teachers. New thinking and practical action must arise from the teachers because they are consumers of educational ideas, so they should participate in producing these ideas. Also, Awareness of the barriers to research and its root pathology in order to effectively plan for the quantitative and qualitative improvement of research, efforts to spread the research culture and improve its status seems necessary and research and its problems should be considered with a systematic view. The purpose of the present research was to identify the damages of research culture in teachers in Kurdistan province. This research was qualitative in terms of strategy and considering that it is looking to discover the damages and barriers of research culture and its purpose was exploratory, thematic analysis method has been used. At first, the intended damage was extracted from interviews with 16 organizational and academic experts by theoretical sampling and finally 3 organizing themes of structural factors, background factors and behavioral factors and 56 basic themes were extracted.         The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the components of sustainable human resource management which affects the development of the automotive industry. In order to achieve the objectives of the research through non-probable snowball sampling method, the opinions of 15 experts in the field of human resources as well as senior development managers of Iran Khodro and Saipa companies, up to the theoretical saturation stage, were used.The present study has been carried out using a mixed exploratory research method in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative phase, using open source data theory and line-by-line analysis of the interviews, open coding was performed first. During open coding, about 129 items were extracted as basic concepts from the text of the interviews and then categorized into 20 indicators and five dimensions of causal conditions, contextual conditions, interventionist conditions, strategies and guidelines, and results and consequences. In the quantitative phase, the research was conducted in the form of a descriptive-survey research method and through a researcher-made questionnaire, the views of experts were collected and then the data were analyzed using a fuzzy hierarchical process (FAHP), and component priority in each of the five dimensions was determined.The results showed that economic conditions are the highest priority among causal conditions; recruitment and retention of manpower is the highest priority among the contextual conditions; government is the highest priority among interventionist conditions; investing in employee competencies for current and future scenarios have been given the highest priority among strategies and financial benefits and economic growth has the highest priority among outcomes and consequences.         Today, maintenance plays an essential role in production systems and has a significant impact on achieving organizational goals, reducing equipment downtime, product quality, increasing productivity, and equipment safety. The purpose of this study is identification, and prioritization the necessary infrastructure for the implementation of maintenance strategies in Tabriz Tractor Manufacturing Company using fuzzy TOPSIS. The statistical population of the present study includes two groups of professors of management and industrial engineering, experts in this field, and managers and experts of Tabriz Tractor Manufacturing Company. The sample size of the first stage was determined based on theoretical saturation. The interviews continued to go on, as they did not add new interviews to the findings. In the second stage to determine the statistical sample of the research,76 people were selected using Cochran's formula. It was obtained by studying similar texts and studies, four main criteria, and 14 sub-criteria. The results show that in the infrastructure of implementation of maintenance strategies in Tabriz Tractor Manufacturing Company, financial issues are of particular importance, and manpower factors, equipment barriers, and structural factors fall into the next categories of this ranking respectively.
