Abstract :

This study aimedto identify and prioritizethe factors influencingentrepreneurshipatthe Ministry of Cultureand Islamic Guidance,Tehranhas been done.The studyofthepurpose andthe methodisdescriptive. In order to collectinformation,a combination ofdesk and fieldresearch methodswere used. The study sampleincluded all theexperts and managers ofthe Ministry ofCulture and Islamic Guidancein Tehranthattheir numbers are 75 people. According to Morgan table, the sample size is 63 people to ensure the return of the questionnaire, 70 questionnaires were distributed randomly among professionals. Inventory study for comparing the pair to measure research designed to help software. Data were analyzed EXPERT CHOISE. The results showed that in this study, among the 3 main factors affecting entrepreneurship were compared to standard structural factors weighing 0.439 in the first place and then measure the importance of environmental factors in second with 0.343 weight and importance criteria behavioral factors weighing 0.219 in third place are important.
