The findings showed that all elements of restorative curriculum, namely the purpose, content, teaching-learning methods and evaluation methods were confirmed from the viewpoint of curriculum experts and relevant teachers and there was no significant difference between the opinions in these groups (P>0/05). Therefore, it is suggested that considering to the elements of a validated restorative curriculum in present research can design and develop a curriculum for primary elementary students with special disabilities in learning. After the revision of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, for the first time, the issue of "resignation of the leader" from the position of Velayat-e-Faqih was forseen in article 111 of the Constitution. In the overall assessment and analysis of the constitution, it becomes clear that the withdrawal is meant to be the same as the so-called resignation which must be approved by the Assembly of Leadership Experts. However, the lack of anticipation of the mechanism for the resignation of the Supreme Leader, authority for its acceptance and its quorum in the Constitution and the internal regulations of the Assembly of Leadership Experts is a source of criticism. From the point of view of Imamiyyah jurists, leadership (velayah) is one of the categories of decrees, so it cannot be revoked and handed over and it is not possible for the ruler to resign. On the other hand, acceptance and continuation of the position of Velayat-e-Faqih is a religious duty. If the position of Velayat-e-Amr is determined in a single and specific person, the obligation of Velayat-e-Amr will be an imperative obligation and he can not refrain from continuing it. However, if there are numerous people who are qualified and leadership is not exclusively assigned to a specific person, and the resignation of the leader does not have a corrupt consequence in the maintaining of the system and is not against the interests of the Islamic society, after the approval of the Assembly of Leadership Experts, resignation of the leader is possible. A governmental study of the life of Imam Ali (PBUH) also shows that in the most difficult circumstances, as a divine duty, he was in charge of the Islamic society with strength, submission and leadership, and the doubt in his resignation from the government after the third caliph is lacking in prestige. There is no consensus among Sunnis on the permission and posibility of the caliph's resignation, but generally the permission to resign has not been accepted in the first place, and it is generally held that the resignation of the caliph is not permissible if there is no one to replace him. The caliph is restricted even among Sunnis. Manuscript profile

The drivers of human capital engagement development are the factors influencing the processes, events, actions, and images that produce distinct results and consequences for the concept of engagement. The purpose of this study was to identify and categorize the drivers of development of human capital commitment and the views of human resource experts about the drivers of human capital commitment. To this end, the Q methodology was employed. First, the related literature and research background were reviewed and then, based on the documents, interviews and questionnaires from 12 experts, the phrase Q (49 phrases) was formed. In the next step, human resources and academic experts were asked to categorize the Q statements on the agreed-upon, opposite, and abstracted axes in the form of a six-choice spectrum of 6+ to -6. Then, based on the inferential statistics (factor analysis) using SPSS software, the data were analyzed and categorized into different mental patterns, and finally, three mental patterns were identified. Based on the results, it can be stated that the Q statements obtained are capable and comprehensive. Therefore, it has an accepted and approved narrative. In this study, re-test was used to confirm the reliability. In this way, at least 20% of the sample subjects, that is, three people (12 experts in total) were tested twice, and the correlation coefficient obtained was 82% (0.82), which indicates a high level of reliability. The mentalities obtained based on the order of importance are: first pattern: leadership and personal and identity development; third pattern: structural, process and procedural; and second pattern: management and organizational resources. The purpose of the present study was to produce a web-based curriculum model. This study was an applied descriptive-analytic survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 524 individual teachers and 58 pedagogical experts from Lahijan, Iran in 2014, among whom 308 teachers and 58 pedagogical experts were selected as the sample size. The researcher-made questionnaire including 72 items on web-based curriculum was used as the data gathering tool. The validity of the questionnaire was estimated by the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure of sample adequacy and Bartlett test of sphericity which proved an adequacy for conducting the factorial analysis and reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by Cronbach Coefficient (α=0.946). To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with factorial analysis test were used. The factor analysis was conducted based on the analysis of the main components, and the results revealed that the web-based curriculum model comprised of 6 main components which could be modeled. The main components, totally, explained the 51.280% of the variables total variance. Finally, simple structure of factors was obtained by using the oblimin rotation of factorial matrix. The factors were termed as 'objectives and needs', 'content and sources', 'learning-teaching methods', 'implication' and 'evaluation'. Finally, based on these factors, a conceptual model for web-based educational programs was designed. Manuscript profile

In recent years, agriculture has become the prime polluter of natural resources. It is therefore essential to make assessments based on reliable indicators to ensure that an agricultural system remains not only productive, but also ecologically sound. A large area of arable land in Guilan province is devoted to rice cultivation so the transition to environmentally sound agricultural practice in paddy fields of the province is an important strategy. The main purpose of this study was to present a new and comprehensive framework for assessing environmentally sound agricultural practice applicable to the paddy fields in Guilan Province. A review of the relevant literature identified environmentally sound indicators that had been used by researchers in recent years. Then some parameters were introduced for examination and prioritization. The proposed structural model includes seven factors and 21 indicators. The target population included university faculty members and researchers who were familiar with the concepts of agricultural sustainability and that were familiar with the Guilan paddy fields. A structural on-line questionnaire was the main instrument used to gather information. Based on experts’ points of view, the coefficient of significance for each of the selected indicators was measured using the Yager fuzzy screening method. The results obtained from structured questionnaires showed that 20 of the 21 indicators were appropriate for assessing environmentally sustainable agriculture. Manuscript profile

Agriculture and its development is the foundation of development in Iran as a developing country. So, it can be regarded as the foundation for economical and social development. The capabilities of agriculture sector are limited and its efficiency is trivial because of neglecting agricultural development and keeping its support just as a slogan. The transformation of agriculture to a developed, dynamic, efficient environment depends not only on appropriate climate and natural resources but also on human resource development in the relevant sector. The main purpose of the present research was to study and recognize agricultural development indicators from agriculture experts’ viewpoints (including researchers, trainers and extension experts) in six provinces in Iran on the basis of Adjacent Provinces Plan. The study was designed with three phases of theoretical foundations, field operations and data analysis. The statistical population was 863 experts, out of which 198 experts were selected by stratified sampling. The validity and reliability of measurement tool (questionnaire) was analyzed by SPSS software package. The study was a correlation-descriptive study in which factor analysis statistics was used in addition to descriptive statistics. Experts grouped indicators of future agricultural development in nine groups (access to inputs, application of technologies for the development of human resource and sustainability; reduction of losses; economical development; improvement of infrastructures; agricultural mechanization; social status; improvement of marketing; land reform; yield increase). Results about the difference in respondents’ viewpoints revealed significant differences in experts’ viewpoints in six studied province about relevant variables and in their viewpoints about the components of agricultural development (infrastructure improvement, marketing, optimum management and sustainability, human resource development and economical development).
