Given the growing importance of small and medium-sized enterprises and the role that e-readiness and e-commerce development have in reducing their costs and expanding their operations, evaluating e-readiness status for entering e-commerce field is important in SMEs. Therefore, the design of e-readiness assessment models is appropriate to the internal and environmental conditions of organizations and communities with the aim of measuring their e-readiness level and without assessing the electronic readiness of the organization, the activity in the world of the impossible network or its barriers will be very high. In this paper, while introducing a brief overview of the proposed models for assessing e-readiness and their classification, the factors influencing the e-readiness of SMEs in order to enter the e-commerce field have been investigated and identified with a meta-integration approach. Then, in order to better understand the variables that affect this relationship and understand the existing dynamics, using a modeling of system dynamics approach and drawing causal loop diagrams (CLD), was introduced an e-readiness assessment model for SMEs to enter the e-commerce field and finally, simulation was carried out by Vensim software. The two major scenarios of increasing advertising and system quality were evaluated and analyzed as model levers. The simulation results indicate a positive impact of system quality and advertising on the e-readiness of firms, with the difference, the impact of system quality on e-readiness of firms is more than the impact of advertising on increasing e-readiness. Although the expansion of parent firms is of great importance to economic development and their central role in the administration of diverse businesses and value creation is undeniable, one of the main concerns of these firms and managers of subsidiaries is how to establish relationships or in other words corporate control. Parent firms can control the entire business process of subsidiaries, and this control can be introduced in the form of three styles of strategic planning, financial control and strategic control, which is commonly known as parent control in theoretical literature. However, the complexity of environmental conditions and increasing uncertainties will not allow the adoption of a fixed control style to meet the goals of the parent firms. Therefore, creating an interactive and scenario -based control system is recommended for subsidiaries for long-term survival. In this article, by reviewing the literature on parent firms control and a critical view of the popular methods and styles of controlling  subsidiary companies, a new method with an emphasis on participation, interaction and internalization of strategic decisions is presented to cover the current shortcomings and offer a more effective control of firms in changing environments. In the current study, the different categories of parent firms along with their configuration and managerial styles under different conditions, the proportion of characteristics, size, diversity and value -making practices are explained and compared. This review article can be effective for corporate control and can open a new horizon for future researchers to analyze the different styles of parent firms under uncertainty. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the structure of small and medium auto – parts manufacturing enterprises and to determine the interrelationship of them, and their relationship with the suppliers, the market and financial institutes and creditors, and the scientific research centers in the form of industrial clusters in order to introduce the cluster development model. In this research project, a field research study of a cluster has been done by using various data collection methods such as questionnaires, interviews, observations and objective measurements in order to analyze the value chain of production processes and determine the matrix of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of cluster (SWOT).    In continuation of the program, by using cluster modeling tools within UNIDO framework, the proposed cluster model of the auto parts industry for Tabriz was devised and developed. The findings have shown that small and medium enterprises of auto-parts, due to lack of mutual cooperations for producing common products, unavailability of sufficient capital and proper investments and also weak communications and weak business to business relationships, have not been able to take advantage of research programs available for them and this has resulted in diminishing businesses and many bankruptcies.     If these enterprises can put their businesses into a healty and effective framework such as cluster strategy models, it would be possible to bring about a healthy situation within 3 to 4 years. The model produced can be easily adapted to many other different clusters. Manuscript profile

The world markets have opened their gates to the free exchange of goods and services, investments, and other economic activities. The hurdles which used to be in the way of international trade have now been eliminated, and the development of communication media has diminished the barriers of time and distance in the commercial transactions. The extensive changes in different areas have altered the nature of economic endeavors dramatically, and the current situation of the market allows all kinds of commercial activities. However, taking advantage of this situation for global trade requires developing the exporters' capabilities. One of the most important steps in this regard is measuring the rate of the exporting Firms' readiness to effectively enter the world markets, and different models have been devised for this purpose. One of them is "Export Readiness Assessment”, which has immense application in carrying out the researches relating to this field and often leads to determining the necessity or lack of necessity of adopting strategic alliances, which have an important role in the global trade. In this paper, initially the alliances strategies and their various models will be studied. Then, the results of a field research concerning the assessment of the exporting firms' capabilities will be presented based on the ERA model.   Manuscript profile

There is a more serious danger of bankruptcy and leaving the market in many industries because right now the size and times of the changes ahead of them is increasing. These alterations are rapidly changing the platform and the context in which the strategies are being designed and performed as well as the information and tools that managers have at their disposal. With regard to the fact that the successful implementation of the firms’ strategies in the world markets requires the adaptation of Mixed Marketing elements with its strategies. the main goal of the present research is to study the relationship between strategic inertia and export performance. In this regard, 300 exporting enterprises in Tehran were selected as the research sample, the data were collected through the use of questionnaires and interviews, and data analysis was carried out by using Spss software. The findings of the research show that most of the Iranian exporting enterprises are faced with some sort of Inertia in the marketing strategy and this is one of the causes of the instability of these enterprises in exporting performance. Other findings of this research show that there is a meaningful relationship between the adaptation of Mixed Marketing elements and the exporting strategies and performance of the enterprise. Also the results of the research reveal that those enterprises which have compatibility between their marketing and main strategies have more stability in their exporting performance. Research is a acientific method of finding solutions to problems and creating knowledge. A society in which scientific belief has become a common culture, seeks scientific solutions to solve a problem. The researcher discusses three main issues in this regard:   A-  Studying the research condition, research and development. B-  Realizing the scientific educational difficulties due to official_regulations C-  Presenting general procedures to remove the obstacles out of the way of research at Abhar Islamic Azad University.   The variables under investigation are official, executive, legal, statistical-informational, cultural, structural and scientific-educational obstacles. This research is applied-descriptive.Through internet and available sources, the most recent documents, studies and obstacles are collected. The statistical population included researchers and professors at Abhar Islamic Azad University. The data were collected through two researcher made questionnaires. The analyses of data, inferential and descriptive statistics were used with the help of SPSS and EXCEL softwares. The results showed that low and weak performances of the managers and research officials' attitudes lead to low level of demand for research within the universities. The other factor is the lack of optimal utility of research funds along with the educational system which due to weakness is not able to train researchers.Official executive regulations are so complicated and tiresome and long that decreases or even stops the speed of research project. The study is an attempt to find how these two methods can be compromised to present an integrative solution .This is done by means of proposing an integrative construction on the basis of foundations and diminutions of both theories. It also tries to have an access to a new construction of Extended Enterprise by concentrating on the concepts of each theory instead of focusing on merely practical aspects of them. In order to improve the concept of methods of Extended Enterprise, Supply chain management and Theory of Constraints, extensive library studies and interviews with experts have been done and it has helped the formation of the primary results. On the basis of the primary results and Delphi method,a group of experts including teachers, managers, and industrial experts were interviewed. Research hypotheses and probable results were explained on the basis of the information extracted from the studies and interviews. The results were explained on the basis of the form of questionnaires among experts for more comments. On the basis of total views and comments, a closed-answer researcher made questionnaire was prepared and distributed among teachers, high-rank managers, industrial experts, and MA students. The collected data were summarized and analyzed baye means of statistical analysis (Chi square). The results represent aspects of integration of the two methods and make it clear that the integrated method meets the needs of Extended Enterprise. On the basis of this integrated method, and for the construction of Extended Enterprise, some characteristics of organization construct, conceptual pattern of decision processing, decision making tool, characteristics of impressive leadership and organizational culture have been proposed.    KeyWords:  Production System, Compitition Advantage, Extended Enterprise, Production Management System, Supply Chain Management, Theory of Constraints, Basic Theory and Shortcomings.   Manuscript profile

The improvement of organizational processes, as well as their homogeneity, is the new essence of the theory of organization. Manifestation of the concept of Extended Enterprise (EE) which convinces the organization to find homogeneous solutions has been realized for this reason. Different methods have contributed to the development of this concept and during the recent years the method of Supply Chain Management (SCM) has taken the most impressive steps. This method needs to be developed and modified because of its limitations and weak points. One of the ways to improve this method is through the integration of this method with other methods. Regarding the needs of this method, one of the impressive ways of integration is the Theory of Constraints (TOC). So the main research questions of this study are as follows: How can we integrate the method of supply chain management with the theory of constraints and what are the integration cases? Does the integrative method of SCM and TOC meet the needs of Extended Enterprise method and help its new construction? Thus the present study attempts to extend the concept of Extended Enterprise, Supply Chain Management, and Theory of Constraints, and tries to present a new method by integrating these methods and proposes a new construction model for Extended Enterprise. The research hypotheses are as follows: A: Method of Supply Chain Management and Theory of Constraints can be integrated by means of their basic elements and key diminutions. B: Integrative method of SCM and TOC leads to a new construction of Extended Enterprise and can meet the essential needs of this method. Manuscript profile

The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between the lobby and bribeand behavior analysis and firms selection. So, to test this theory and determine the relation between lobbying and bribing, the data of more than twenty six thousand firms from 45 countries reported by The World Bank Enterprise Survey (2002-2005) are used. Because of the interaction between lobby and bribe, and, that lobby is a zero-one dummy variable, a combination of simultaneous equations estimation method and Probit regressions are used. As a main result, it is shown that, although lobby substitutes the bribery, but this relationship is not symmetric. 3 groups of variables including countrywide characteristics, industrial and firm-level factors affect the choice between lobbying and bribing. Lobby decreases bribery, but the substitution is not complete so that half of the lobbying firms still use bribery as a mean to cover the risk of lobbying failure. Higher lobbying winning chance or firm’s affordability to accept the risk of failure through for example external financing decreases the need to bribe to insure the risk of lobbying failure and, thus, make the substitution stronger. Field and Aims: In many developed countries with high risk of economic activities and probability bankruptcy of commercial companies, the reorganization laws are considered to precede the companies to continue their activity. In Iran, despite the much higher financial risks, no specific legal regulations have been formulated in the field of reorganization. Therefore, in the near future, the formulation of the institution of reorganization in the laws of our country is inevitable, and therefore, the comparative study of the reorganization of economic companies in the legal system of other countries can be a benchmark for the formulation of the aforementioned law in Iran. Method: The present research was carried out using a descriptive-analytical method. Finding and Conclusion: In this research, the comparative study of the reorganization of economic enterprises in the legal regime of Japan and America is discussed in order to provide a suitable model for Iran. In general, reorganization processes include: the jurisdiction of the trial court, the possibility of reorganization, filing a petition, the manner of proceedings, drafting and approving the plan, the contents of the plan, and the termination of the reconstruction process, which is considered in detail in legal regimes of Japan and USA. Therefore, with a comparative approach and using a descriptive-analytical method, the reorganization processes of commercial companies are investigated and the results are presented. Over recent years, business-to-business (B2B) firms have been growingly using digital content marketing to strengthen their relationships with customers. However, most companies disregard the importance of aligning the content marketing strategy with their competitiveness goals. Furthermore, no previous research has been performed to provide a comprehensive framework to implement content marketing in line with the firm’s competitiveness objectives. Hence, this research aims to theoretically contribute to content marketing literature by presenting a conceptual model for planning B2B digital content marketing strategy in line with the firm’s competitiveness goals. For this, a conceptual review was conducted. In light of our findings from this review, effective factors for implementing successful B2B content marketing were identified. Then, the main pillars of B2B content marketing in line with the firms’ competitiveness goals were extracted. Next, the conceptual model of the research was presented. Finally, the relationships between identified variables of the model were tested using the Partial Least Squares method in Smart PLS. Based on our findings, we argue that in order to implement effective digital content marketing in B2B contexts, it is essential to deploy an integrated approach that considers customers’ needs as well as the competitiveness goals of the firm. The purpose of present article is to design a dynamic model (DM) of financing SMEs according to Decision Making Trial And Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) based on Analytical Network Process (ANP) (DANP) approach. The innovation of this article is to take hybrid of DANP and DM in financing SMEs approach. This article has paid using different scenarios in financing SMEs and model simulation. The dynamic model is formulated therefore, based on previous literature and the fuzzy screening method, extracting effective factors on financing SMEs and causal link identified. Then it was included in the model using the DANP the relationships between them and the amount of impact coefficients are determined. Finally identify new financing methods over a 10 month period in order to test the accuracy of the model and to determine the behavior of the state and rate variables, we collected data from 24 SMEs. The behavior of research variables analyzing by evaluated in the framework of the model as well as sensitivity analysis the validity of the DM is designed. The results showed that SMEs use the designed model and the scenarios can be used to finance their business optimally. Manuscript profile
