Introduction: Students' moral behaviors can be related to identity components and their perception of social interactions. This research aimed to investigate the mediating role of perception of social interaction in the relationship between moral behavior and identity dimensions among students. Research Methodology: The research method was descriptive-correlation and the statistical population included all senior high-school students of the second period in Hamedan city in the academic year 2021-2022. Two hundred and fifty students were selected by a multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data collection tools were Moral Behavior, Types of Identity, and Perception of Social Interaction questionnaires. Data analysis was done with the Structural Equation Modeling method by Lisrel software. Findings: The findings indicated that the proposed model has a good fit with the experimental data (x2/df = 1.86, GFI = 0.92, NFI = 0.96, CFI = 0.95, and 0.059 = RMSEA). The results of the Structural Equation Modeling indicate that the perception of social interaction has a significant mediating role in the relationship between moral behavior and identity dimensions. The results of the Sobel test also indicated that the perception of positive interaction (P < 0.01, Z = 4.55) and the perception of negative interaction (P < 0.01, Z = 8.89) have a significant mediating role in the relationship between moral behavior and identity dimensions. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, it can be said that the moral behavior among students is related to the type of identity they have formed; and in this regard, the students' perception of their interactive patterns is also effective. Introduction:The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of emotional exhaustion in the relationship between performance management and teacher performance. Research Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in research method and correlational type and the statistical population of this research consists of school teachers in Bavanat city, whose number is equal to 400 people. To select the sample size using the Cochran's formula, a sample of 200 people was selected through stratified random sampling proportionate to volume. The standard questionnaire of Van Waeyenberg et al. (2020) was used to measure emotional exhaustion, teacher performance and performance management. The internal consistency of the questionnaire was assessed through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its composite reliability and its validity via construct and content validity. The research hypotheses were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. Findings:The results showed that performance management has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and a significant negative effect on emotional exhaustion. The results also showed that emotional exhaustion plays a mediating role in the relationship between performance management and teacher performance. So when teachers are emotionally committed to school and education, they work harder and perform better. Manuscript profile

Introduction: Academic progress is very necessary because of what is considered the future of students in the path of choosing the right job, success in the path of life, as well as appropriate service to a country. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of designing a model of social and cultural factors affecting the academic progress of students. Research methodology: The participants included 129 managers of the education organization and working and retired teachers in Fars province, who were selected through a cluster random sampling method. The research method used was a mixed qualitative (meta-composite approach) and quantitative (descriptive-correlation) method. After compiling the effective categories, 4 teaching-learning factors, socio-economic conditions, individual factors and performance goals, psychological indicators were determined as the effective indicators of the model of social and cultural factors affecting the academic progress of students. Validity was acceptably confirmed in both qualitative and quantitative methods. In the meta-composite approach, reliability was confirmed based on the Lincoln and Guba indices (1985) and in the preliminary study of the quantitative part, it was also confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficients. In order to analyze the findings of this study in the qualitative part, document analysis (with an emphasis on related internal and external studies) was implemented and in the quantitative part, descriptive statistics (demographic indicators using SPSS software) and inferential statistics (resulting from structural equation modeling criteria with the software Smart PLS) was used. Findings: The results indicated that teaching-learning, socio-economic conditions and psychological indicators had a significant effect on the academic progress of students. However, the effects of individual factors and performance goals on the academic progress of students in Fars province were not confirmed. Conclusion: Therefore, it seems that teaching and learning, along with paying attention to the economy in education and also strengthening some of the most important psychological characteristics, can play a vital role in the formulation and formation of a social and cultural society model that is effective on the progress of students in Fars province.
