    Quarterly Journal of transcendent education

    Improving the structures, processes and contents of the educational system is always the main concern of the world's leading educational systems. The scientific and research quarterly of Transcendental Education has started its activity with the aim of publishing the scientific findings of researchers who are concerned about the transcendentalization of educational systems and in order to help in the formulation of scientific policy statements and the formulation of an action plan based on legalization, localization, dynamic and effectiveness of the education system. And all interested researchers and activists are invited to send their scientific articles in line with the following axes for review and publication in this quarterly.

    Topics of the quarterly:

         - Excellent education policy making
        - Structural, process and content challenges and damages preventing the excellence of Iran's education system
        - Excellent educational management and leadership
       - Teaching system - effective learning
        - Empowering human resources in education
        - The participation of influential, competent, interested and related groups in the excellence of education

     

    The structure of the paper should be arranged and sent as follows:

    * Title: Brief and appropriate to the policies mentioned in the quarterly.

    The main title of the article should be in the middle of the page, with bold and black font and B lotus 14 Bold font.

    * writers):

    Name, surname, university rank (department name, faculty name, university name, city) and email address.

    The names of the authors should be B lotus 12 Bold in the middle of the page. The responsible author should be identified.

    * Persian abstract: minimum 200 words and maximum 250 words in one paragraph including introduction, purpose, method, findings, conclusion. Keywords (3 to 5 words). (in the right column)

    Abstract titles and introduction should be in B lotus 14 Bold font.

    The text of the abstract should be in B lotus 12 font.

    * English abstract: equivalent and according to Persian abstract and with key words (in the left column).

    All English texts, including Latin abstracts and references, should be typed in Times New Roman 12 font.

     

     

    The main paper should have the following 4 separate parts:

    1- Introduction: including statement of the problem, theoretical foundations and background of the research, question(s) or hypothesis(es) of the research. No other subtitles should be published under the introduction title. Rather, the contents of the statement of the problem and the theoretical foundations and the background should be considered overlapping and complementary under the main title of the introduction. First-hand sources and articles published in this quarterly should be used and cited. In the citation in the text, the APA style and the expected format of the ISC Islamic World Citation Database, according to which the Latin characteristics of Persian and English sources are given in the text and in the end references, should be observed.

    * The content of this part should be written with B lotus 12 pen. Compliance with the rules of writing and grammar of Persian language should be considered in all the text.

    * In the text of the article, at the beginning of each paragraph, it is necessary to indent half a centimeter (0.05).

    2- Methodology: including study type, community and sample, data collection tools, analysis methods.

    3- Findings: The research results along with the necessary tables and charts according to APA standards and patterns (for more information, you can visit www.apastyle.org).

    4- Discussion and conclusion: review of research results and explanation of findings, description of practical and theoretical consequences, expression of limitations and suggestions.

    Sources: The sources used in the text of the article should be arranged according to the APA rules as follows and mentioned at the end of the article.
    A very important point: all the specifications of the sources should be given in English (the same Latin specification that is included on the cover of the work, not the translation of the author of the article) and at the end of the specifications of the translated Persian sources, the words [In Persian] should be added.

      Last name, name of the author or authors. (year of publication). The title of the book. Place of publication: Publisher.

    Book (translation):

      Last name, name of the author or authors. (year of publication of the original text). Title of the book, name and surname of the translator or translators, year of translation, date of publication, place of publication: publisher.

    How to write in the final sources of the article:

    Oplatka, I. (2018). The Legacy of Educational Administration: A Historical Analysis of an Academic Field, translated by Nasser Shirbegi. Tehran: Contemporary. [In Persian]

    Latin article:

    Last name, first letter of the name of the author or authors. (year of publication). Title. Name of the quarterly, number, pages.

    Thornton, K. (2019). Professional learning communities in early childhood education: a vehicle for professional growth. Professional Development in Education, 45(3), 418-432.

    Persian article:

    Last name, first letter of the name of the author or authors. (year of publication). Title. Name of the quarterly, number, pages.

    How to write in the final sources of the article:

    Hassani, R. (2017). The effect of literacy consolidation program in consolidating the literacy learners covered by the literacy movement. Education Quarterly, 130, 81-101. [In Persian]

    Dissertation:

    Surname, first letter of name (year of publication). Thesis title. Master's/PhD thesis, field, university.

    How to write in the final sources of the article:

    Refaee, Zh. (2020). Designing a model of professional learning community in schools and its relationship with self-efficacy and professional development of teachers. (Unpublished doctoral dissertation). Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj Branch, Sanandaj, Iran.[In Persian]

    Attention:

    * The list of sources should be written in alphabetical order.

    * All in-text references must be written in English. For example, the source (Hasani, 2018) should be written as (Hasani, 2019) in the text of the article.

    * The font of the final sources should be 12 Times New Roman.

    * Note: In the list of sources, if the specification of a source exceeds one line, an indent of half an inch (1.27 cm) should be created for the second line.

    * Tables and graphs should be clear and without duplicate information in the text and must have numbers and explanations (Persian size 10 and English 9). In the text, three series of independent numbering should be done for numbering and referring to images, tables and diagrams. The images include figures used from sources and photos prepared by the authors. The number and title of the table should be indented in the middle and above it, the number and title of the pictures and diagrams should be indented in the middle and below it.

     

    In addition to the above points, the article is reviewed based on the following conditions:

    * First of all, the article must be edited by existing software and the principles of writing and editing, spelling and punctuation (comma, period, semicolon, etc.) as well as compound words or some verbs and similar words (use of half distance) has been observed.

    This is the first condition for an article to enter the judging process.

    * Respected author, according to the Ministry of Science's circular and emphasis on similarity, it is necessary to refer to Samim Noor's website and send a report on the similarity of the text of your article.

    * After review by the initial committee and if they comply with the criteria of the journal, the received articles will be sent to two to three expert reviewers for double blind peer review. After receiving the opinions of the judges, they are submitted to the editorial committee for final approval.

    * Scientific and precise equivalents should be given for foreign terms and the Latin equivalent of the desired word should be subtitled. For the number of footnotes, use the References tool and do not type the desired number manually, and the number of footnotes should start from number 1 on each page and with B lotus 10 font.

    * The article must be typed using Word computer software in a maximum of 8000 words and 20 A4 pages (B Lotus 12, 1 line spacing, A4 page) and with appropriate margins (3 cm on all 4 sides).

    * For numbers that have decimals, use a comma (/) instead of a dot and do not put a dot.

    * The author or authors are responsible for the scientific content of the article.

    Other criteria:

    Important points for professors, experts, experts and students interested in submitting articles to the quarterly:

    * The submitted article must be research and the result of the author(s)'s research; Translated articles are not accepted. Scientific review articles with qualitative methodology and containing knowledge in which about 30% of the sources and documentation are from the researcher's published scientific works can be reviewed and printed.

    * In the articles taken from the thesis, it is mandatory to mention the thesis, the name of the university and the name of the supervisor.

    * Completion and signing of the commitment form by all authors is mandatory. (A sample form is attached).

     

    • The "Commitment" form to publish the article in "Exalted Education Quarterly" should be prepared and completed and sent with the signature of the author/all authors, along with the article (after receiving the commitment form and completing and signing it, scan it and then send it).
