Introduction: Creating suitable conditions for teachers leads to resilience against adversities and hardships in the path of education and training and helps to improve the performance of teachers. Based on this, the aim of the research is to indicate the factors affecting teachers' resilience in past researches through a hybrid model. Research Methodology: The method of this research is qualitative and of hybrid type, and a library-based method was used to collect information. The statistical population is all articles related to teachers' resilience, 17 of which were selected as the sample size. Findings: The hybrid model of teachers' resilience in this research has 6 educational, religious, cognitive-identity, social, individual, and health dimensions, and 20 components were identified as effective factors on teachers' resilience, the innovation of which was the addition of economic and livelihood dimensions. Based on this, the relevant model was designed and its validity and reliability were determined, and the kappa coefficient obtained from the data under the investigation was 0.93. Conclusion: The factors collected by the researcher, including educational, individual social, legal-economic, health identity, religious and perceptual factors have a high impact on the resilience of teachers. This article introduces the factors affecting resilience to institutions and Organizations such as education and schools are able to increase the resilience of teachers against the difficulties and adversities and obstacles facing the education and education of the country, i.e. students. Introduction: The common educational methods are no longer considered to be an effective and attractive education for the audience due to the scientific and technological developments of the current era and the increase in general awareness and IQ of children and adolescents; therefore, using new technologies that exert new strategies seems very necessary. research methodology: In this research, one of the modern educational methods of the present era in the training of attractions and brands of tourist destinations by using techniques of gamification and designing attractive educational games with visual attractions and other game benefits such as motivation, satisfaction, conflict, and interaction, etc. for children and adolescents have been discussed. The statistical calculations of the present study were done through the exploratory factor analysis method, and its hypotheses were examined based on the path analysis method and related software. Its statistical population was selected among 384 teachers, trainers, and educational experts in Tabriz city using interviews and questionnaires, and to determine the content validity and validity of the questionnaires and the results of the interviews, the school trainers themselves were employed to understand and record the responses of the subjects. The opinions of tourism experts and researchers of educational systems have also been used. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26 software.  Findings and Conclusion:  The results of this study indicated that there was a positive and significant effect between education through gamification and factors affecting it such as performance expectancy, hope for effort, social influence, and facilitating conditions in line with the education of tourism concepts and attractions, resulting in brand awareness and ultimately brand resonance. Also, computer games significantly increased children's learning level and as a vital element, they were more effective in advancing the educational goals and learning and cognitive and social development of children, especially teaching the concepts, attractions, and brand of the tourist city destination than the information obtained from reading and their homework assignments. Introduction: One of the necessary skills in a world that is constantly changing is the ability to think, especially critical thinking. The aim of the current research was to investigate and present the significant approaches in the teaching area based on the development of critical thinking and to design a teaching model based on the development of critical thinking in high schools. Research methodology: In this qualitative research, qualitative content analysis method of inductive categorization system was used. The research field (statistical population) included available written and digital resources related to critical thinking, and sampling was done in a purposeful method, and the data collection tool was note-taking from all available written and digital sources. Data analysis was done through thematic coding in three stages of open coding (477 codes), axial coding (80 codes) and selective coding (20 codes). Then the codes were categorized and the final components were extracted. Findings: The most important approaches in teaching based on the development of critical thinking include problem solving, group discussion, using the questioning technique, students being active, oral presentation and continuous assessment of students. The proposed teaching model includes three sections: before the interaction, during the interaction and after the interaction. Conclusion: Determining the proposed approaches in teaching critical thinking and designing a teaching model based on the development of critical thinking and teachers' familiarity with them can become the basis for their use in high schools and increase students' critical thinking skills.   Manuscript profile

Introduction: The aim of the current research was to investigate the relationship between ethical climate and professional ethics with regard to the mediating role of job engagement of elementary school teachers in Qorve city. research methodology: The statistical population includes all elementary school teachers of Qorve city, who are teaching in the year 2022-2023, and the size of the population is 324 people based on the statistics obtained from the deputy of elementary education of the Department of Education. A sample of 176 teachers was selected through proportional stratified random sampling method based on Cochran's formula. The quantitative research method is of correlation type and covariance-based structural equation modeling approach. To collect data, Victor and Cullen's ethical climate questionnaire (1988), Salanova and Schaufeli's work engagement questionnaire (2001), and Cadozier's professional ethics questionnaire (2002) were used. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were checked with Cronbach's alpha techniques and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data using Lisrel 10.20 software. Findings: Ethical climate had a direct, positive and significant effect at the 0.05 level on the variable of professional ethics. Ethical climate had a direct, positive and significant effect at the 0.05 level on the variables of professional ethics and job engagement. Due to job engagement, ethical climate had an indirect, positive and significant effect at the 0.05 level on teachers' professional ethics; also ethical climate and work engagement were able to explain 56% of the variance of teachers' professional ethics. Conclusion: Job engagement plays a mediating role in the relationship between teachers' ethical climate and professional ethics.   Manuscript profile

Introduction: The aim of this study is to explain the role of educational, instructional and research productivity in university as a case study at Girls' Campus of Bushehr Farhangian University. Research methodology: The research method was a descriptive survey and the statistical population (due to the small size) included professors, heads of departments, and educational, cultural and research vice-chancellors, as well as talented student teachers, amongst whom 50 people (15 professors and 35 student teachers) were selected as samples. Data was gathered via a researcher-made questionnaire (2023) with 15 closed-answer questions. The validity and reliability (α=0.816) of the questionnaire were estimated and approved (using the experts' opinions) and in order to analyze the findings, the allocation and comparison of the obtained scores for each of the components were used and interpreted. Findings: Findings indicated that the productivity of the Girls' Campus of Bushehr Farhangian University would face some diversified indices which are considered and regarded in three sections: educational (consisting of 11 subsections), instructional (consisting of 7 subsections), and Research (consisting of 6 subsections). Conclusion: By explaining the role and promotion of productivity in this scientific and educational environment under the current conditions, it is possible to observe efficient and effective teaching and learning and ultimately optimal productivity in the girls' campus complex of Bushehr Farhangian University. Introduction: Teachers are the key factor in improving the performance of students and improving the quality of education is not possible without the development of the teaching profession. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to formulate the professional development framework of physical education teachers with an interpretative structural approach. research methodology: This research is practical in terms of purpose and the data was collected in the field and in a mixed way (qualitative and quantitative). The qualitative sample included 19 experts who were selected in a targeted non-random way. The statistical population in the quantitative section was the managers and experts of physical education, who were first selected by stratified random and then non-randomly and available to 384 people. The research tool, a researcher-made questionnaire, included factors affecting the professional development of physical education teachers, whose content validity was confirmed by 10 sports management professors, and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test in addition to recoding by two coders (α= 0.89). In order to determine the action priorities in the professional development of teachers, the interpretive structural model was used. Findings: The findings indicated that 37 indicators in the form of 12 components have an effect on the professional development of physical education teachers and the components were structured in seven levels. The components of empowerment and macro policymaking were placed in the base of the model, and physical and psychological components and social factors were placed at the first level. Conclusion: It can be said that empowering teachers and increasing training courses will facilitate the achievement of other factors affecting the professional development of physical education teachers.
