The statistical population of the research includes the students of technical and vocational training centers in Shiraz, of which 30 people were purposefully selected and randomly placed in two experimental and control groups. In order to collect information, two labor market demand questionnaires were used by Ijtihadi and Behrouzi (2015) and Khashtaghali, Dekker and Kalo (2012). The method of data analysis was used in two levels of descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Levine's test, analysis of covariance) with SPSS version 25 statistical software.

Entrepreneurship training has a significant impact on the technical, cognitive, personality, communication and management needs of the students. Entrepreneurship training has a significant impact on the ability to recognize ideas, the intention of self-employment, the ability to manage a business, and to allocate free time to study and plan the business of skilled students.
Conclusion: The findings can provide solutions to improve organizational performance and the results of this research can be used by managers, policy makers, entrepreneurs, trainers and skill learners.
