The Transcend of the structures, processes and contents of the educational system has always been the main concern of the world's leading education systems. Quarterly Journal of Transcendental Education has started its activity with the aim of publishing the scientific findings of researchers concerned with the transcendence of educational systems and in order to help compile scientific policy statements and develop action plans based on legalization, localization, dynamism and effectiveness of the educational system and invites all interested researchers to submit their scientific articles for review and publication in this quarterly.
