Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the application of theories of planned behavior and social exchange in the attitudes of Khuzestan public library staff on knowledge sharing behavior through their intentions towards knowledge sharing behavior. Methods: This is a descriptive research that was conducted by analytical survey method with a causal approach. The research population includes all employees of public libraries in Khuzestan province, including librarians and staff of 340 people, of which 181 people were selected by simple random sampling as a sample to participate in the research. The research data were distributed among the members of the research community after confirming the validity and reliability by distributing a researcher-made questionnaire designed based on Eisen (1991) and Concanhall (2005) theories. Reliability of research questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha test, attitudes toward knowledge sharing (0.80), behavioral intention (0.74), knowledge sharing behavior (0.70), planned behavior (0.71) and social exchange (74.74), respectively. 0) Calculated and approved. Data were analyzed using SPS software version 23 and Smart PLS software using descriptive statistics and inferential regression test. Results: The research findings showed that attitudes toward knowledge sharing (0.284) knowledge sharing intention and (0/747) on knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge sharing intention (0/164) on knowledge sharing behavior have a significant positive effect. The mediating role of knowledge sharing intention in the effect of knowledge sharing attitude on knowledge sharing behavior was also confirmed. Conclusion: According to the research results, theories of planned behavior and social exchange are used in the attitudes of Khuzestan public library staff on through on knowledge sharing behavior towards knowledge sharing intention. Objective: The Present research has been conducted to check the relationship between research self-efficacy and research productivity among the faculty members of Ahwaz Azad University. Methods: This descriptive research has been done in analytical survey manner with the correlational approach. The population is consisted of all faculty member of Ahwaz Azad University, 181of them were selected randomly as a sample. Data gathered use of Philips and Russell research self-efficacy scale and researcher made questionnaire for research productivity. After confirming of its validity and reliability, the questionnaires were given to the subjects after filling them, they gave them back. The calculated reliability score of the self-efficacy questionnaire was 0.83 and 0.81 for research productivity. The data obtained by the questionnaire, having inputted into SPSS 21 software, were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics such as one sample t test, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression. Results: research self-efficacy with mean 227.56 is desirable and research productivity is mediocre with mean 61.47. Among the self-efficacy factors, writing skills is the most with 63.73% mean, and computer and quantitative skills are the least with44.o8% mean. The mean of operational research is 59.88 and designing research is 59.87. Conclusion: the findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between research self-efficacy and its dimensions with research productivity. Research design skills has the greatest correlation with research productivity (r= 0/872). Results of regression analysis showed that research design skills and   e and computer skills can predict research productivity of faculty members. Manuscript profile

Objective: This study aims to "study the behavior of Open Access among faculty members of universities of Ahvaz base on Ajzen and Fishbein model" is done. Methods: The method of causal modeling or structural equation model. A sample of 298 faculty members of universities in Ahvaz of public universities, Azad and Payamnour universities. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on the Ajzen model. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling to assess the structural model was used based on the Diagram of LISREL software.  Results: The results of the structural equation model is the relationships established in the form of beliefs and attitudes of behavior, attitude and behavioral intention and behavior, subjective norms normative beliefs, subjective norms with intention, intention, and behavior, beliefs controlled by controlling the behavior guidance By controlling behavior directed by intention and behavior, beliefs, behaviors and beliefs controlled, behavioral beliefs and normative beliefs, normative beliefs and beliefs controlled. The poor fit of the model was assessed at the beginning but after some relation to proposed changes to the software achieved a good fit. Compared to the Ajzen model, 4 relationships have been found. Conclusion: Planned Behavior Pattern is a reliable model for planning and guiding the behaviors of audiences, students, and faculty members toward the use of electronic database services. Purpose: This research aims to study the extent of co-authorship of Iranian researchers in Psychology field in Islamic World Science Citation Database during 2007-2010. Methodology: Descriptive-analytical method and scientometric tools are applied. Islamic World Science Citation Database is the research tool, and Excel software is applied to input and compute the data. The research population is all the articles indexed in Psychology field in Islamic World Science Citation Database during 2007-2011. Collaborative Index, Degree of Collaboration, and Co-authorship Coefficient for Psychology field were calculated. Findings: The documents with four authors, with 0.32 growth rate, have the most growth in comparison to documents with other co-authorship patterns. Co-authorship Coefficient of authors in the given period is 0.54 and the largest co-authorship Coefficient is related to 2010 with 0.59. The average of Degree of Collaboration in the given period is 0.83. Conclusion: It can be concluded that psychology researchers tend to write articles with the cooperation of other authors, so as the number of psychology articles increases, the number of articles having just one author decreases. Purpose: The present research aimed at comparing the formats of abstracts among social sciences students at the MA level with other fields of studies regarding their appraisal based on the standards of ISO 214 between 2007 and 2011. Methodology: The study design was based on ex-post facto research and the data was collected through library search. Data included 3469 abstracts collection among the MA theses of the graduated students of Social Sciences, Politics, Knowledge and Information Science, Counseling, English language teaching, and Irrigation. The research instrument was a checklist developed by ISO 214 to check the criteria used to evaluate the appropriate formats of the abstracts at the MA level. This checklist was used to compare the MA abstract formats with those of standard abstracts written based on ISO 214.Analysis of the data was conducted through SPSS 17. Findings: The Chi-square analysis indicated that 50% of the abstracts carried out ISO 214 standards and the rest prepared inappropriately concerned with their styles of writing, spelling, meaning and coherence. In terms of ranking the abstracts concerning their appropriateness, Knowledge and Information Science, Counseling and English language teaching MA abstracts were better than those of Social Sciences, Politics, and Irrigation majors. Conclusion: The research may be useful for MA students and the supervisors since they need to follow ISO 214 to write their abstracts with clarity and effectiveness.   Manuscript profile
