        The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between bullying and organizational silence with the mediating role of social Undermining. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of the type of data. The statistical population was the employees and managers of the urban schools of education and training in Ardabil province, which are 1850 people, and 318 people were selected as a sample to select the sample size, which was done with the cluster sampling method and using the Sample power software. In order to collect data, the questionnaires of social Undermining Hamzeh (2018), Anjum et al. bullying (2019) and Knoll et al. The reliability of the questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha was 0.94, 0.95 and 0.88, respectively.The information collected through the questionnaire was analyzed using spss26 and Amos26 software. The relationship between the constructs of the research model was tested by structural equation modeling. The results showed bullying has a positive and significant relationship with organizational silence. Also, social Undermining also affects organizational silence and had a mediating role in the relationship between bullying and organizational silence. Manuscript profile

        This study aim is to evaluate the university functions from viewpoint of Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch. Research method is field study. Population of research in this research are all of students who study in Islamic Azad University (Ardabil branch). 514 person of students from university were selected as a sample by random stratified sampling. Required data for responding the research questions were collected by researcher made questionnaire and data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistic by SPSS software. The results showed that: the university current functions from students' viewpoint of university is lower than mean. Also, university students considered important the presented functions for ideal university. From university student’s viewpoint, there is a significant gap between the current position and the ideal position. From university student’s viewpoint, science production has the first priority and cultural development and transfer of cultural heritage has the last priority in ideal university function.         This research was aimed an Evaluation of organizational performance viewpoint of faculty members from viewpoint of faculty members based on ACHIEVE model in Islamic Azad University Ardabil branch. The research method was applied research and the data collecting method was descriptive-survey type. The population in this research includes faculty members at first term in 1392-93 academic year, and the sample group selected by random sampling. For data collection, instrument of research was standard questionnaire with Likert spectrum. The Validity of instrument was surveyed by a number of specialist reviews, and the reliability was surveyed by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient as to be 0/941. The data of the study were analyzed via descriptive statistics, T test, freedman analysis and ANOVA. The results of the data analysis in this research were: The current situation of organizational performance at Islamic Azad University was above the moderate. Also, there were significant difference in organizational performance based on sex, age, discipline, and employment situation variables.         This research is aimed to survey top students' learning strategies of Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch. Researh method was descriptive and field study. Research population were all of Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch students in 91-92 academic year and for gathering required data,  216 students as a sample were chosen by nonrandom sampling.  Pintrich et.         The main purpose of this study was to survey the implementation of learning organization characteristics based on Wick and Leon model at the Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch. The research method was ‘applied research’ and the data collecting method was the ‘descriptive’ method (cross-sectional survey). The research population was all of full-time faculty members (230 members) in the Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch. 100 faculty members were selected as the samples of the study through random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for collecting the data. The validity of the questionnaire was surveyed by a number of specialists’ review and the reliability was surveyed by the Cronbach Alpha coefficient as to be 0.81 (r=0.81). The data of the study were analyzed via calculating the mean, standard deviation and one sample T-test. The results of the data analysis showed that learning organization characteristics were used in low quantity and there was a significant difference between current position and excellent position based on learning organization characteristic application. The results of this study can be used to improve universities and higher education institutions work processes. Manuscript profile

                        Educational assessment is one of teacher profession skills and effective factor in effective teaching. The purpose of study was survey of familiarity and applying of educational assessment methods (pre-assessment, formative and summative) by Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch teachers and faculties. Research was applied research and the method was descriptive. Research population were 650 faculties and teachers and research sample were 311 people that selected by stratified random sampling method. Researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect data. Content validity were surveyed and accepted by experts and the questionnaire reliability was accounted by alpha cronbach and it was .85. Data were analyzed by Spss software.
