This research aimed to investigate the effect of organizational culture and knowledge management on organizational agility of Mazandaran Islamic University. The adopted research approach was descriptive, and the correlation research design was based on Structural Equation Modeling. The statistical population chosen included 1684 faculty in Mazandaran Islamic Azad Universities. The sample included 270 persons who were selected based on Cochran formula. In addition, stratified random sampling was employed in accordance with the size of each University branch under study. The collected data was analyzed by Structural Equations Modeling using SPSS20 and LISREL 8.5. The result showed that knowledge management and organizational culture directly influence knowledge management. Moreover, it is confirmed that knowledge management plays the mediating role between organizational culture and organizational agility. The result of this research puts a great emphasis on creating a proper and effective organizational culture by providing a suitable environment conducive to knowledge sharing and support of knowledge-centered activities. In this study, Young's Internet Addiction questionaire is used to identify students who are addicted to internet. GPA at the end of the semester and the number of students’ failed units as academic performance indices were used. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and percentage) and inferential statistics (Pearson). The Results showed that 1/7 percent of users have poor addiction, 44/9 percent medium addiction and 53/5 percent severe addiction to internet.  Investigation of correlational results indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between the variables of Internet addiction and the age of the students with0/95 interval confidence and also there is a significant positive relationship between the variables of the level of internet addiction and the number of failed students with 0/95 interval confidence, futhermore the research indicated that in terms of the relation between the variables of Internet addiction and the average of the students there is a significant negative relationship with 0/95 interval confidence.             The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acceptance-based education and commitment on the improvement of parental stress in girls’ elementary school mothers. The research method was semi-experimental with running pre-test and post-test. 60 mothers were selected among all primary school students’ mothers in Khomeini-Shahr (Isfahan) during the academic year of 2012-13.They were selected based on the research entering criteria and “available sampling” technique interview and they were randomly put into experimental group (30 mothers) and control group (30 mothers). The experimental group was under the family education based on acceptance and commitment trophy for ten 90-minute sessions. The Abidin self-reporting Questionnaire (1990) was used to assess stress in the parent-child system. The Data was analyzed by covariance analysis method. The findings of this research showed that an independent variable has an effect on empowerment, child temper, acceptance and compatibility. But, family education based on acceptance and commitment intervention failed to improve the performance of children in inattention / excessive action variable (P <0.05). In general, the results of this study indicated that the family education program based on acceptance and commitment resulted in improvement of parental stress in mothers. Manuscript profile

Academic achievement is the most important parameter in the efficacy of each educational system. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the relationship between attachment styles, risk perception and fear of success and students’ academic achievement. The study population consisted of all the male and female high school students in Urmia in the 2014-2015 educational years. A total of 380 students were selected using the multi-stage cluster sampling technique in terms of district, gender and educational level. Data were collected using attachment styles questionnaire (Van Oudenhoven, Hofstra and Becker, 2003), risk perception scale (Benthin, Slovic and Severson, 1993), fear of success questionnaire (Zuckerman and Ellison, 1976) and the average of students’ grades. The questionnaires have a desirable validity and appropriate reliability. Data were analyzed with Pearson’s correlation coefficient and path analysis techniques. The results showed that in the first model, the secure attachment style had significant, positive, direct and indirect effects on academic achievement. The variables of risk perception and fear of success proved good mediators between secure attachment style and academic achievement. In addition, in the second model, insecure attachment style had a direct and significant effect on academic achievement; however, it had no significant indirect effect on academic achievement. The variables of risk perception and fear of success were not good mediators between insecure attachment style and academic achievement. Based on the results, emphasis should be placed on the roles of attachment styles, risk perception and fear of success in academic achievement. Manuscript profile
