        The purpose of the current research was to analyze the lived experiences of teachers during the Corona era and provide a practical model for implementing the evaluation process in post-Corona combined education. In terms of purpose, the research was applied, and in terms of method, it was a qualitative study that was conducted in a phenomenological way. The statistical population included all the teachers of the first secondary schools of North Khorasan province, numbering 1478 people. In the current research, a purposeful snowball sampling method was used, and 20 people were selected as a statistical sample. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The data was analyzed using the Coley method.            The purpose of this study is to evaluate the amount of psychological capital of teachers and to investigate its effect on their tendency to accept organizational changes. The research method was descriptive. The statistical population of the study is the teachers of the second year of secondary education in Maragheh city . 358 of them were selected by stratified random sampling using Cochran's formula. Data collection tools are Lutans et al.'s (2007) psychological capital questionnaire and Albrecht's (2003) tendency to accept organizational change questionnaire. Its validity was measured by professors and the reliability of the questions was measured using Cronbach's alpha test of 0.887 and 0.898, respectively. To describe data, descriptive statistics method and for analysis data, one-group t-test and confirmatory factor analysis using path analysis technique by LISREL software have been used. The results showed the level of psychological capital of teachers in the second secondary schools of Maragheh city is evaluated above the average. The psychological capital of  teachers and its dimensions affect the willingness of  them to accept organizational changes. Manuscript profile

           The aim of this study was to determine the causal model of professional commitment based on self-efficacy and leadership style of principals among teachers. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive research in a correlational way and the statistical population of the study included all teachers in Andimeshk city in the academic year 2020-2021.  229 people were selected as the sample of the study by using available sampling. The research instruments were Ansari Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (2009), Hemphill and Coons Leadership Behavior Questionnaire (1957) and Klayman and Henning's Professional Commitment Questionnaire (2000). SPSS version 22 and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data.  The results showed self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on professional commitment. The results also showed that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on supportive leadership style and the variable of supportive leadership style plays a mediating role in the effect of self-efficacy on professional commitment.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of job engagement and trust in relation to organizational culture with job satisfaction of teachers in Sama schools in Fars province. The present study is descriptive and correlational in terms of applied purpose and method. The statistical population of the present study was all teachers in Sama schools in Fars province (1025 people). According to Cochran's formula, a sample size of 205 people was obtained. To collect information from questionnaires job satisfaction of Minnesota (2009), Hofstede Organizational Culture (1991), Payne Organizational Trust (2003), and Schaufeli job engagement (2003) were used. Content validity and reliability of the questionnaires were checked and confirmed. SPSS21 and SmartPLS3 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between job engagement, organizational trust and organizational culture with job satisfaction. job engagement and trust also mediate the relationship between organizational culture and teachers 'job satisfaction.           The present study is a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test study with a control group and has a follow-up stage. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of problem solving skills training on self-efficacy and resilience of preschool teachers. The statistical population included preschool teachers in Tehran in 2019. A total of 40 preschool teachers who were purposefully selected as a sample and replaced in the experimental and control groups. For data collection, Bandura self-efficacy (2000) and connor & Davidson resilience (2007) questionnaires were used. In the pre-test stage, both groups (experimental and control completed the mentioned questionnaires. Then, the members of the experimental group were trained in problem-solving skills for 8 sessions of 2 hours, and after the end of the training course, the post-test was performed on the instructors of both groups. In order to analysis the data and examine the research question were used Univariate analysis of covariance and paired t-test. The results showed that training in problem solving skills has increased the self-efficacy and resilience of trainers. Also, the self-efficacy and resilience of coaches have a good stability over time. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study is to identify educational strategies to improve the culture of organ donation and validate them. The research is of applied type and two qualitative and quantitative methods were used in its conduct. The qualitative part of the society is academic experts whose selection will be done in a targeted manner. The primary sampling method for selecting experts and experts, cultural researchers, Islamic education in this research has been purposeful. In this research, two semi-structured interview tools and a researcher-made questionnaire have been used. The findings showed that based on the interviews, the solutions are in four categories: cultural, educational, social and research. The results indicate that the factor loadings of "(Cultural)" (0.92), "(Social)" (0.90), "Educational" (0.81) and "(Research)" (0.81) strategies respectively have the highest values ​​in the variable measurement.
