The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social networks and social health of students. This research was descriptive, correlational type. The statistical population consisted of all Master's students of the faculty of humanities, Islamic Azad University of Sari (4256 people) in 2015. In this study, 350 students were selected by using Cochran's formula as the statistical sample. They were selected by random sampling method and participated in the research. The subjects were studied in a field study using social health questionnaire and researcher-made social networks and social support questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed using one sample t test, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between social networks, sources of social support of networks, network communication and participation in social networks with the social health of students. In multiple regression analysis, social support components, network relationships and participation in social networks of 32% were able to explain the position of social health variable, which social support component, with a larger beta coefficient, has a greater share in health explanation. Social. As a result, social health of students as social instruments affects the quantity and quality of presence and activity in social networks. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between information technology and psychological empowerment of education managers in district one ofSari. This applied study adopted a descriptive-correlational approach as its methodology. The statistical population of the study was 220 educational managers in Sari district one in academic year of 2013-14, of whom 136 were chosen as the study sample using Krejcie and Morgan table. Data collection tools were two researcher-made information technology questionnaires consisting of 15 modified questions with a reliability of 0.91 and Spritzer psychological empowerment standard questionnaire including 15 questions with different reliabilities at different dimensions of being competence 0.88, being effective 0.89, being meaningful 0.86, self-determination 0.88 and trustworthy 0.84. The obtained statistical results were provided in two parts of descriptive and inferential statistics, which included the Pearson correlation and the linear regression tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between information technology and empowerment of education managers, feeling of being meaningful, feeling of being effective, feeling of self-determination, and feeling of being effective. But there was no significant relationship between information technology and feeling of competence. Manuscript profile

This study aimed to investigate the impact of new technologies and university multilingualism on public culture based on a quantitative approach with an applied purpose and survey strategy. The statistical population of this study consisted of 462 faculty members above the universities of Mazandaran province. Using Cochran formula and multistage cluster random sampling method, 255 persons were selected as proportional stratified sample size.A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability were used to test the reliability of the questionnaire, which indicated values above 0.7 for all constructs of the research concepts.SPSS and LISREL were used for data analysis. The results showed that modern technologies with a coefficient of influence (β = 0.52) and multilingualism with a coefficient of influence (β = 0.56) had a direct and relatively strong influence on public culture,In other words, with the increasing use of new technologies and the strengthening of the multilingualism of universities, the desirability of public culture increases with a relatively strong intensity. The purpose of this study was to “investigate dimensions of the virtual approach to the development of fourth-generation universities”. The present research was carried out with an applied purpose with a mixed approach, and an exploratory design was used. In the qualitative section, the sample size included twelve members of the faculty that were selected using Purposive samplingconsidering saturation law, and in the quantitative section, 255 faculty members including assistant professors from universities in Mazandaran province were selected as the sample size using the Cochran formula and Multi-stage cluster random sampling as well as relative proportional classification. The data collection tools in the qualitative section were semi-structured interviews, and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The formal and content validity of the tools confirmed by experts. To verify the construct validity, confirmatory factor analysis was used and the average variance of the extracted variables was used to examine the convergent validity. In order to analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, frequency distribution tables, charts and inferential statistics, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used. Data was analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that virtual infrastructure approach, with impact coefficient (β = 0.93), has a direct and strong effect on the capacity-based learning. In other words, with the increasing utility of virtual infrastructure approach, development of fourth generation universities (Capacity-Based Universities)is improved with strong intensity.
