This study was conducted to evaluate the ability and knowledge of using information technology and its relationship with research and innovative performance of faculty‌members of Babol‌University‌of‌Medical Sciences.-The statistical population of the faculty members of Babol‌University‌of-Medical Sciences was‌347,and 180 people were selected by stratified Cochran's formula using stratified random sampling.‌Data collection was performed by researching letters made by a researcher measuring the ability and knowledge of using technology with‌15 questions, measuring innovative performance with 8 questions and measuring research performance with‌13questions.Formal and content validity was confirmed by experts.Cronbach's alpha for the ability and knowledge of using information technology(0.86),research performance(0.84)‌,innovative‌ performance(0.77). Data analysis was performed by regression analysis tests,YumanWhitney, Croscal Wallis, by Spss24 software. The‌ results showed that there was a significant relationship between the ability and knowledge of using information technology with research performance and innovative performance of faculty members. The ability and knowledge to use the information technology of faculty members and their research performance is in a relatively-desirable situation and innovative performance in an unfavorable situation.Increasing efforts by medical education policymakers and government officials are needed to create more opportunities for education and to persuade faculty members to use information and communication technology in academic activities and to discuss current technological situations. The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting interactions in e-learning environment, which has been identified as the most important vital element in the learning process from the perspective of different theorists' theories. Sandlossi and Barroso (Sandelowski & Barroso, 2007) have been collected. In this study, after designing the research question, systematic search based on keywords related to e-learning and interactions during the years (2010-2020 as well as 2009-2010) in Iranian and foreign databases including civilica, SID, springer, magiran, ‌Proquest, Elsevier, Google.Scholar was reviewed. After performing 7 steps of meta-synthesis method and reviewing 30 articles out of 106 found articles, 5 main components and 35 sub-components can be cited as factors affecting interactions in e-learning environment. Accordingly, the main components of factors affecting interactions in the e-learning environment include: 1. Technological factors (technology in education, quality of digital tools, telecommunication infrastructure) 2. Individual factors (motivation, attitude, commitment and order) 3. Educational factors (feedback) , Number of class members, teaching method, class participation) 4. Scientific factors (content fit, lesson plan, topic and content mastery) 5. Management factors (process and structure leadership, monitoring the performance of e-learning courses). Manuscript profile

This is a descriptive correlational and applied study. The statistical population consisted of all teachers of the first high school of Mirjaveh (286). The statistical sample was selected by Cochran formula and 164 individuals were selected through simple random sampling. Three questionnaires of academic achievement (Asadi & Gangi, 2010), academic motivation (Rashid et al, 2012) and educational technology (Satari et al, 2011) were used for data collection. The face validity of the tool has been confirmed by experts and experts. Cronbach's alpha was 0.75, 0.78 and 0.71, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between teachers' attitude towards the use of educational technologies in teaching process with academic motivation, academic achievement and between educational attitudes and students' academic achievement, and between teachers' attitude towards the use of educational technologies in teaching process, There is no difference in gender and field of instruction, but there is a significant difference in teaching history. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of programming training using virtual environment (scratch software) in improving the programming skills of students of Azad University, Sanandaj Branch. The research method is semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group. The statistical population consisted of all students who took programming courses in the academic year of 97-98(Iranian year), 16 of whom were selected by random sampling. At the beginning of the study, a pre-test was administered to 16 students, 8 of whom were male and 8 female. The students were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Students in both experimental and control groups had the same level of knowledge and skill in programming. During one semester with the experimental group, scripting graphing software training was used to get to know and understand programming for 10 sessions and each session for 1:30 minutes along with the traditional programming method. Learning programming has been useful and has improved students' skills. Manuscript profile

The main purpose of this study is to compare learning levels of cooperative flipped learning with individual one of fifth grade primary students in social studies. The research method is quasi-experimental and the research design is pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population included female students studying in the fifth grade of elementary school in Tehran, district 18 in the academic year 1398-99. The statistical sample consisted of 60 students who were randomly selected from a public primary school and participated in three groups of cooperative , individual flipped classes and the normal class for 12 sessions. The researcher-made test data collection tool (pre-test-post-test) was in accordance with Bloom's cognitive levels by confirming the content validity. Descriptive statistics and analysis of covariance were used to analyze the data. Findings from the results showed that flipped learning approach had a significant effect on students' learning and its effect was higher in cooperative and individual flipped groups than the normal method, respectively. However high levels of learning in Bloom's cognitive domain in cooperative flipped group has been greater than the individual one. Manuscript profile
