        The present study aims to investigate the effecs of multimedia design education based on the principles of cognitive theory on learning, remembering and educational progress motivation of grade-five female students at math. the study was pseudo-educational and pretests and posttests administered to the control group. The population of the study includes allfemale students at grade five across the city of Ahvaz. The sampling of the study was done according to multi-level cluster sampling from Ahvaz, area4. Among the schools of this region, Bahar School with 325 students was chosen. Fromthe five grades in school only grade five students were taken into account.At this grade two classes named A and B, each with 30 students were available. Due to lack of cooperation of the teacher in classB, onlythe classA was considered.Next, thestudents were devided into two groups:control and experimental group(15 students each).Data collection instruments include two learning and remembering tests devised by the author and Keller's educational progress questionnaire (1993).In order to analyze the data covariance analysis tests were used. The results of the study showed that educational multimedia design based on principles of cognitive theory has an effect on learning,remembering and educational progress motivation of female students at grade five.         The aim of this study was to explain the retention rate based on the types of students ' interaction in e-learning.The current research is descriptive and applied in terms of purpose and  population of this study is composed of all engineering students of Mehr Alborz Institute of Higher Education who were selected according to Cochran Formula 232 for sample.The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity was confirmed after the experts ' survey and its reliability was estimated by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.86.  The results showed that the highest retention rate was related to IT engineering (0.86 %) Moreover, the lowest retention rate was related to e-commerce Engineering (0.18%). In general, the rate of retention at the Mehr Alborz Higher Education Institute was 0.72%.. The results showed that the highest and lowest retention rates were related to ICT-Information Systems Management and E-Commerce Engineering respectively and among the various interactions in this context, student interaction with assistants was of the highest importance Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and empowerment of employees with the mediating role of using information technology in professors and staff. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, a descriptive correlational type. The statistical population of this study was all of the professors and staff there were 130 in 1397.Sample size Using Krejcie - Morgan tables, 97 people were selected by stratified random sampling. The data gathering tool was Neefe's standard organizational learning questionnaire staff empowerment information technology inventory questionnaire. (Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significantly relationship between organizational learning and empowerment with the mediating role of the use of information technology in professors and staff of Islamic Azad University of the East of Mazandaran Province. Also based on the results of the study there is a positive and significantly relationship between Individual skills and empowerment, Mental Models and Empowerment, common view and Empowerment, System thinking and empowerment in professors and staff of Islamic Azad University of the East of Mazandaran Province.         The present research studies the evaluation of the maturity of electronic human resource management and its impact on the optimization of intellectual capital in the organization (Case study: Telecommunication Company of Tehran).         The present study investigates the factors affecting the adoption of cloud computing in higher education in order to provide a suitable model. The method of this research is qualitative and synthesized research which is done by using content analysis method with meta-synthesis. The statistical population of the study consisted of all studies from 2008 to 2018 in the field of cloud computing in higher education inside and outside Iran. From a total of 5 volumes of books and 75 articles reviewed from reputable internal and external databases, 38 studies were purposely selected based on the thematic relevance of the data. The data was collected through a study jack. In order to analyze the data, coding method was used for qualitative studies. For this purpose, 15 replicate components were identified and finally 74 concepts were extracted as main components. Next, the coding and categorization of the information obtained from the research, the theoretical foundations of the cloud computing domain, the main categories and themes were extracted.         This study has been conducted to epistemologistically explore the media literacy of Canada and Japan in order to propose a localizing pattern for the media literacy in Iran.The methodology is field research and of applied research type. The statistical population includes two groups. The first group were the media literacy specialists, the educational planners, and the media literacy teachers who have taken part in the specialized meetings who were interviewed for determining the desirable pattern.The second group were the media literacy experts who were applied to validate the localizing pattern. The sample size for the interview was 25 and for validation 35.The analyzing method included three phases of axial, selective, and open code-giving and was organized on the basis of content analysis within the framework of basic concept.The findings of the research show that the targeted course plan included one comprehensive concept and seven organizing concepts.The study showed that the educational systems of Canada and Japan is characterized by a rational and systematic method, yet the implementation of the desirable pattern in Iran still remains to be reflected upon and revised.         The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of using computer software and social networks on improving the students' mathematical attitude. The research method is quasi-experimental with the pretest-posttest design with the control group. The research sample comprised 60 primary school students in the first and second-grade schools of Khomein in the academic year of 96-97. They were selected by simple random sampling method and 30 of them were in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. To collect data, Aiken attitude questionnaire, which consists of 16 questions in terms of Likert spectrum, was used. Using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the reliability of the standard questionnaire was estimated to be 0.83. Initially, two groups were pre-test and the experimental group was trained using computer software and a social network (telegram) during 16 sessions in two months, and the control group was trained in the traditional way, then from two groups are tested. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of covariance analysis showed that using computer software and social networks improves students' mathematical attitude.         The present study aimed to design a virtual curriculum of the 9th grade (1st high school) science course. The research method is a combined or mixed with an applied purpose. The method used within this research is an applied method in terms of its purpose and in terms of its implementation, it is a combination or a mixed type. The statistical population under study were the science textbook and the teacher’s guidebook. The components and indicators were both extracted from the junior high school science textbook and the teacher’s guidebook. The validity of the designed curriculum’s content was confirmed by 14 curriculum experts.
