Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and empowerment of employees with the mediating role of using information technology in professors and staff. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, a descriptive correlational type. The statistical population of this study was all of the professors and staff there were 130 in 1397.Sample size Using Krejcie - Morgan tables, 97 people were selected by stratified random sampling. The data gathering tool was Neefe's standard organizational learning questionnaire staff empowerment information technology inventory questionnaire. (Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significantly relationship between organizational learning and empowerment with the mediating role of the use of information technology in professors and staff of Islamic Azad University of the East of Mazandaran Province. Also based on the results of the study there is a positive and significantly relationship between Individual skills and empowerment, Mental Models and Empowerment, common view and Empowerment, System thinking and empowerment in professors and staff of Islamic Azad University of the East of Mazandaran Province.
