Abstract :
The present research studies the evaluation of the maturity of electronic human resource management and its impact on the optimization of intellectual capital in the organization (Case study: Telecommunication Company of Tehran). Therefore, it is applied in the field of applied research and considering the field information used to test the research hypothesis, it is included in the research group. The research method is descriptive. The statistical population of the present study is the total number of 1,000 employees of Tehran Telecommunication Company. For collecting information, two matrixes of human resource management electronic questionnaires including dimensions (communication, automation, application, analytical software, software coordination, creation, alignment) and optimization of intellectual capital including dimensions (human capital optimization, structural capital optimization, customer capital optimization), interest It has been taken. In order to test the hypothesis of the research, the structural equation test was analyzed by SPSS and PLS software. The findings of the research indicate that the maturity of electronic human resource management has a significant effect on the optimization of intellectual capital
