        The goal of this research was to investigate creating and deepening hidden and informal identity on students who are users of cellular phones and internet. The method of the research is a survey one. Statistical sample was 450 individuals including girl and boy students of Kharazmi University whose age domain was among 18 to 25. They were selected through random sampling method. A questionnaire having been validated was done in spring 2012 on both male and female students. Data analysis was performed through SPSS software. The results showed that cellular phone and internet technology were effective in the formation of hidden and informal identity of users. Moreover, the amount of the information of the family of students on their way of using hidden features of cellular phone and internet was significantly lower than that of their close friends. The comparison between female and male students on using the hidden features of cellular phones and internets showed that female users welcome these features more significantly than male users.         The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the academic performance of faculty members of Kharazmi University regarding their published articles in WoS, in 2000-2010 based on scientometric criteria. The method used in the present study was scientometrics, which is a quantitative one. Data was derived from WoS. First, the list of faculty members of different colleges was prepared. Then, their personal and academic demographics, for example: different versions of spelling of their names in English were listed. In order to specify the available information in WoS, the articles of faculty members of Kharazmi University was searched. On the whole, 1699 articles were found. The statistical population was all the faculty members of Kharazmi University which include 303 ones. The results showed that most of the faculty members of Kharazmi University hold assistant professor degree. Literature and humanity colleges, have the most faculty members. The highest rate of scientific production and documentation belonged to the members of chemistry College. There was a positive medium relationship between scientific production of faculty members and their degrees, and also between their scientific production and their received documentation. The highest mean of the H-index belonged to physical education college. As the whole, the result showed that the growth process of scientific documentation of faculty members of Kharazmi University was declining in 2003-2009, but during other years, the rate of increasing of scientific production of the university has been the same respectively.         The main purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of Information Technology and Total Quality Management on Organizational Performance. The statistical population included 368 employees of west regional electricity distribution company of Kermanshah province. 188 subjects were selected through random sampling method and Cochran formula in 2012. This research was descriptive survey one and of a correlation type. Martinez-Lorente, et al, questionnaire of information technology, Shieh and Wu’s questionnaire of total quality management, and an organizational performance questionnaire made by the researchers were used to collect data. Content validity and reliability of the questionnaires showed that measurement tools enjoyed very good validity and reliability indexes. SPSS and LISREL softwares were used to analyze data. The results of linear and stepwise regression analysis at %95 showed that there were significant and positive relationship between information technology with total quality management and organizational performance, and total quality management with organizational performance. In addition, a structural equation model was used to test the conceptual model of the research and finding revealed that the model had goodness of fit. Manuscript profile

        The present study, attempted to investigate the role of information technology in development of skilled-based training and to suggest the strategies to overcome barriers to progress in Golestan vocational and technical organization. The study was survey and applied one. Statistical population was 152 teachers of Golestan vocational and technical organizations who worked in three departments of services, agriculture and industry in 2012. Using simple random sampling method and Cochran formula, 107 teachers were assigned as sample. Data collected by using a researcher-made questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by consultants and its reliability was 0/87 by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Data analyzed through one sample t test using SPSS. The results showed that the role of IT in development of skilled-based training in Golestan vocational and technical organizations is beyond expectation and using this technology in such organizations has a significant effects on reaching the goals of vocational and technical organizations, such as, make an equal educational opportunities, update skilled-trainings, expand and improve entrepreneurship and creativity, train required forces for economical and developmental parts, and introduce new skills.         The present research aimed at studying the degree of faculty members’ information literacy in Islamic Azad Universities of region 1. It was conducted to find a solution to improve this skill. Faculty members’ skills in using ICT were evaluated using ICCS and ICDL indexes. It was a descriptive-survey research. The statistical population included all the faculty members (2131 people) in 2011-2012 academic year. Based on Morgan table, 325 instructors were selected through random cluster sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data gathering. Its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was estimated 0/834 using Cronbach Alpha coefficient. Data analysis was done through SPSS software. In addition, both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze data, such as, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-sample t test and one-way ANOVA. The findings showed that faculty members’ information literacy based on ICCS index was average and that of ICDL index was above average level. Also, their skill in using E-Journals was below average.         The main purpose of the research was to study the relationship between Familiarity and use of ICT, and high school students’ academic achievement in Haris. The research method was a descriptive-correlational one. Among 1800 population (970 boy and 830 girl students), 317 were selected through random stratified sampling method as statistical sample. For data collection, a researcher-made questionnaire was used whose face and content validity was confirmed by the experts. Its reliability was estimated 0/78 for familiarity with ICT variable, and 0/74 for the use of ICT variable through Chronbach Alpha Coefficient. Data-analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation and Regression tests.         The purpose of the research was to study the effect of "Vicky and Nicky" educational software and the amount of creativity and mathematics academic achievement of fifth grade elementary school boy students in Birjand. The statistical population included all fifth-grade students in public schools in 2012.         The study aimed to assess the level of internet skills of high school teachers and its impact on their professional skills. Method of research was descriptive survey. The statistical population was all teachers of secondary school (10250 people) which among them, 412 people were chosen based on Kerjecie and Morgan table by using multistage cluster sampling method. In order to collect data, a multiple choice test with 10 questions used to assess Internet skills of teachers (difficulty index=0/46) and a questionnaire with 20 questions to assess professional skills of teachers (=0/85) was used. Data were analyzed by using two independent t tests and ANOVA with SPSS software. Results showed that, Internet and professional skills of teachers were moderate. Also, ANOVA and Schefe post hoc test showed that teachers with high level of Internet skill, had high professional skills. Professional skills of teachers in educational technology (%73/19), instructional design (%63/35), teaching method (%57/77) and academic evaluation (%59/70) was the maximum amount of skills respectively.
