Dear Authors, If submitted manuscripts are excerpted from theses or dissertations, the student – with affiliation – shall be mentioned as the first author and the advisor shall be regarded as the second author and the corresponding author. Moreover, it is required that all authors register their names on journal website since only uploading a ‘Title Page’ including names and affiliations does not suffice.
