The research is applied in terms of its purpose and is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. Human resource management practices has been measured through a researcher-made questionnaire with Delphi method during two consecutive runs, which include four dimensions of selection, human resource development, compensation, and communication. A standard questionnaire was used to measure organizational social capital and the reliability of the research tool was calculated through the Cronbach's alpha of 0.969. The statistical population of the study was the Ministry of Education in the survey stage and the Shannon Entropy method was used to measure the indicators. Findings show the positive and significant impact of each of the four measures of human resource management practices on the three dimensions of organizational social capital. The impact of human resource development variable on the structural dimension and variable of service compensation on the social capital's social dimension was not confirmed. The greatest influence is the subsystem of choice on social capital, so that up to 74% of the changes related to social capital can be influenced by the selection of human resources. The results of the research indicate that the impact of HRMP on organizational social capital is emphasized on the emerging HR trends.   Manuscript profile

        Governments have decided to take an action to reduce the occurrence of corruption in agencies due to the high frequency of such phenomenon. State bids are known to be one of the most precarious economical practices that trigger widespread governmental corruption. Creating E-procurement systems in an electronic government platform has been presents by many countries as a solution. Their experience shows that designing and creating of such systems through reduction of human interferences and leverage of security and supervision on web-based communication networks can substantially reduce the corruption and in turn increase the transparency and accountability of governments in commercial transactions and economical activities of administrative entities. In this paper the effect of bidshas been discussed as one of the main causes of corruption. Also, by looking at E-procurement systems in other countries, a system has been proposed that can be adapted to the needs of the administrative entities of Iran so as to reduce the occurrence of corruption in government practices.         The combination of both brand community and social media leads to a concept that we call social media based brand community which is a subset of the broader concept of ‘‘virtual communities’’ or online brand communities; but the main differentiator is their platforms. In this article, we explore whether brand communities based on social media (a special type of online brand communities) have positive effects on the main community elements and value creation practices in the communities as well as on brand trust and brand loyalty. For this purpose the users of Apple (Iphone) and Samsung (Galaxy) cell phones in Shiraz are considered as the statistical society which due to the unlimited statistical society and lack of access to all of them, two samples included 196 people has been selected randomly and studied in the third 3 months of year 91 by using the standard questionnaire of the researcher Michael Laroch et al. (2012). On the other hand in order to discuss the relation between the research variables the Pierson correlation and for the hypothesis test of research the path analyse are used to evaluate the structure of the recommended framework. In order to do this SPSS Amos16.0 software is used. This research has about twenty hypothesis which are after the hypothesis analyse and statistical analysis at the surety level of 95% for the Apple’s customer eighteen hypothesis were accepted and two of them were rejected, and for the customers of Samsung, sixteen hypothesis were accepted and four of them were rejected.         The aim of the study was to "investigate the role of promotional cultural activities on changing the awareness, attitude and behavior of primary school students in Qom province in optimal water consumption." Research is descriptive-survey research. The statistical population consists of primary school students in Qom province. Using the available sampling method, out of 139762 people, 383 people were selected according to Cochran's formula. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, the validity of which was confirmed by experts as a formal content validity, and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.9188. One sample was used to test the normality of the distribution of research variables, one sample was taken and the one-line linear regression analysis method was used to test the research hypotheses with the SPSS25 software. The results showed that the promotional cultural measures of optimal water consumption have a significant positive effect on changing students' awareness and behavior in primary schools in Qom province. Also, the cultural and promotional measures of optimal water consumption have a significant negative effect on changing the attitude of students in primary schools in Qom province. Among the components of promotional cultural activities, "promotional educational plays" are the most important and "setting up festivals and conferences" are the least important components. According to Buddhist Tantrism, it is possible to reach mahāsukha, through ritual ceremonies and yoga practices, both physical and sexual, so in this world all human beings, whether good or bad, superior or inferior, worthy or unworthy could attain this perfection. It seems that, the religious conception of immortal pleasure and infinite happiness in Tantric tradition roots in the fact that in Tantrism it is human beings not God that is the subject of speculation. Moreover, the body is not assumed to be degrading and humiliating but it is the sacred temple through which man can easily achieve happiness and Supreme Bliss, if he knows how to use it. Furthermore in tantric Buddhism, mahāsukha or immortal enjoyment is achieved through participating in the Enlightenment of Inherent Buddha, Dharma-kāya or Vajra-sattva, and the union of prajnā and upāya. The worn out tires are one of the most important types of solid wastes or solids, because their departure from the cycle of production and consumption means starting a commitment to the environment. Although the longevity of car tires has grown more than before, it is also unrealistic that the roads of different countries are now dominated by more cars. This study aimed to find the factors affecting the development of rubber recycling. Material and Methodology: In this paper, the dynamics of the system is used. In this research, articles, library resources and the Internet have been used and based on it, it has been used to draw up causal, inventory and flow charts. Extracting the equations for the relationship between model variables and introducing them into Vensim ple 6.4 software led to simulation of the model; and the behaviors of the important variables of the model were implemented, which was studied in detail in the research. Fidings: The findings of this study indicate that a combination of factors with mutual impact and effect on rubber recycling affects not all of these factors and their role, the development of rubber recycling will not occur. Thus, the recycling of rubber products are two of the increasing and deterrent factors. Discussion & Conclusion: The reuse of the product and the re-production of the product will affect the increase in the recycling of rubber and lead to the expansion of recycling, which, of course, will make sense over time.           The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between mother's attitudes towards children practices whith child perception of those styles, locus of control and self-concept. The sample consisted of thired grade males in the junior high school students and their literate were selected from five educational districts in Tehran who completed the parental Authority Questionnaire, Parenting Style Survey, Nowicki-Strickland Locus of Control Scale and Tennessee Self-concept Test. The data were analyzed using correlational and one-way-analysis of variance. The results of the study are so follow: The relationship between nother's attitude toward childrearing practice and child's perception of those styles was not statistically significant. The relationship between mother's attitude toward childrearing practice, child locus of control and self-concept were not significant, but the relationship between child's perception of their mother's parenting style, child's locus of control and self-concept were statistically significant.         اهداف اصلی این مطالعه ارائه درک درستی از اسناد خط مشی/برنامه‌درسی و آموزش زبان انگلیسی به دانش آموزان میباشد، و سعی نموده تا روش‌های آموزشی اصلی مورد استفاده معلمان را نشان داده، و درک بهتری از نقش‌ها معلمان و مسئولیت‌های آنها را ترسیم نماید. این تحقیق بر روی نمونه ای از 728 معلم زبان انگلیسی در دبیرستان های متوسطه اول و دوم، 32 استان ایران صورت پذیرفت. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌های خود گزارش‌دهی استفاده شد که به صورت الکترونیکی از طریق اینترنت توزیع گردید. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که سیاست گذاران در آموزش زبان ممکن است باورهایی در مورد آموزش و یادگیری داشته باشند که به شدت با نگرش ها و نظرات معلمان در تضاد باشد. سطح زبان عمومی بیش از نیمی از نمونه (53٪) از معلمان پایین تر از متوسط است. آموزش پیش از خدمت و ضمن خدمت ارائه شده به معلمان زبان انگلیسی باید به میزان قابل توجهی تقویت شود. طیف گسترده‌ای از مواد درسی برای آموزش دانش آموزان در مدارس مورد نیاز است. آموزش‌ها و برنامه‌های درسی زیربنای آموزش زبان انگلیسی به عنوان یک زبان خارجی به دانش آموزان نیز نیازمند تغییراتی است. در مجموع، این یافته ها نشان می دهد که رویه فعلی ایرانیان در آموزش زبان انگلیسی به دانش آموزان در مدارس باید اصلاح گردد. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه تعدادی پیشنهاد مهم برای عملکرد بهتر در آینده ارئه میدهد Manuscript profile

The sample included all employees of the Imam Khomeini Committee in West Azerbaijan, which was to include 437 subjects, of whom 205 subjects were selected using Morgan table estimates. Data were collected using standard questionnaires for Human Resource management practices perceived, knowledge management, organizational learning and innovation were used. Also, in order to examine the changing relationships in the conceptual model structural equation model was used. Results: The findings indicate a significant relationship between activities, human resource development and knowledge management and organizational learning. The mediating role of knowledge management and organizational learning in this study were approved. Direct link between human resource development and innovation activities in this study was not confirmed. The relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning and innovation in this study were approved. A standard questionnaire was used to measure the variables of the research. For the Green Supply Chain Management variable, the standard questionnaire Yang et al. (2013) was used, for the innovation performance variable using the standard Donati and Pablo (2015) questionnaire and for the Competitiveness variable of the standard questionnaire of Quranflah et al. (2014).The research questionnaire was distributed among 90 members of the statistical community that were all managers and experts of the dairy industry of Shiraz, sham sham.The research method was descriptive correlational. In order to answer the questions and to investigate the research hypothesis with Smart-PLS software, structural equation analysis and path analysis using partial least squares (PLS) were used.The results show that green domestic measures have a positive and significant effect on external green cooperation, innovation performance and competitive ability of the company. The results also confirm the positive and significant impact of external green cooperation on the innovation performance and competitiveness of the company.         The recent challenge for organizations in new workplace is to focus on the productivity of work practices in the organization. Since employees are considered as the main intangible resource of the organization, paying attention to the optimal use of modern working practices can reduce the risk of responding to external stimuli. It can ensure the productivity of human resources in achieving the goals and improving the performance of the organization while achieving the internal fit of the system components. In the present study, with a method based on nonlinear modeling, it is possible to optimize an array of native components and their dimensions as black boxes between teamwork and organizational performance, according to two factors: adequacy and complexity.By evaluating the views of more than 80 human resources experts, out of 16,383 combinations, the optimal array with the most effective role of the components of work conscience, spirit of cooperation and social adjustment and empowerment in the relationship between teamwork and performance of the studied organizations was introduced. By examining the ideal error composite statistics index, the elimination of the dimensions of "group and social relations" and "control of organizational decisions" from the last two components, respectively, can be considered as the optimization factor of the array. Research hypotheses test was done in two steps for modeling according to partial least squares method by the use of PLS computer application for 72 employees of Toosab Engineering Corporation through random sampling; question distribution was used. Research validity through content validity and its reliability was ratified through Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. Results show that reactions of human resource management through organizational commitment affect employee’s retention; job satisfaction role was not ratified.         Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an approach to using sources so that maximum added value for the company may be achieved. Likewise, costly activities in performance procedures or in the whole company will be reduced to the minimum level as a result of BRP. BPR usage and its advantages are well identified and appreciated in the private sector. However, there is an information gap concerning implementation of BRP in public sector and government organization. Accordingly, the present study attempts to investigate the effect of public sector on the success of BPR performance and settling the predictable challenges including human and technical categories in the process of BPR performance in governmental organizations. Attempts are made to explore whether paying attention to special features of governmental organization have any effect on BPR performance in such organizations, as typically predicted by experts. Two types of problems may emerge in the process of BPR implementation; human resource problems and technical problems. To solve them, the researchers present two corresponding solutions.         The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parenting skills training girls based on the method of Lynn Clark's method in the reduction of parent-child conflict and anxiety in middle school. The method of this research was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all female students in the city of Ghorveh during the academic year of 1997-1996 (1225), which 50 students were randomly selected using cluster random sampling in two groups of 25 test and control groups. At first, a parent-child conflict and anxiety pre-test was performed from both groups. Then, the parents of the experimental group received 8 parenting education sessions based on Lynn Clark's method. After teaching parenting skills, a post-test was performed from the experimental and control groups. The data were collected through the cattle anxiety inventory questionnaire and parent-child conflict questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multi-path covariance analysis. The findings showed that parenting education skills influenced by Lynn Clark's approach to reducing parent-child conflict and anxiety in middle school girls.         The subject of the present study is the examination of social factors related to the tendency of high school students to the reference group in Ardabil. Statistical population of this study is 13584 students and to determine sample volume, Cochran formula was used and 400students were selected. The research method is survey and data gathered by a questionnaire which was validated by some masters and senior expert students (as criterion validity). Also the reliability of the questionnaire estimated using cronbach alpha. The obtained findings show that there is a meaningful difference between tendency to the reference group and variables such as religiosity, academic achievement, social status and gender of students. Also, there isn’t a meaningful relationship between tendency to the reference group and variables such as social participation, management practices, and the use of mass media.  The results of regression analysis indicate that, the variables of academic achievement, social status, gender of students and religiosity stay in the above-mentioned model. Elite group with 32/3percent and athletes with27/8 percent, were selected the first and second reference group respectively, and economic group with 3/32 percent was chosen as the last reference group.         این مطالعه به بررسی روابط بین انگیزه ها، نگرش ها و فعالیت های آموزشی  خانگی والدین ایرانی به سوی دوزبانگی (فارسی وانگلیسی) می پردازد. به همین منظور،از ۶۸ والدین زبان آموز جوان، خواسته شد که به پرسشنامه ای پاسخ دهند. لازم بذکر میباشد که هدف پرسشنامه مذکوربررسی نگرش ها، انگیزش،  و فعالیت های آموزشی  خانگی والدین به سوی دوزبانگی می باشد.  نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی  داده‌ها نشان داد که والدین نگرش مثبت کلی، انگیزه یکپارچه٬ و روشهای رسمی درفعالیت های آموزشی خانگی به کار می گیرند.علاوه بر این٬ یا فته ها نشان دادند که همبستگی مثبت معناداری بین نگرش ها، انگیزش  و فعالیت های آموزشی خانگی والدین وجود دارد. ولیکن٬‌ تحلیل رگرسیون خطی داده‌ها نسبت به متغیر های مربوطه نشان داد که فقط متغیر انگیزه بر پراکنش فعالیت های آموزشی خانگی تأثیر چشمگیری دارد. پیامدهای بدست آمده ازنتایج برای معلمان٬ سیاست گذاران، و توسعه دهندگان برنامه درسی بهمراه برخی پیشنهادات در این مطالعه فراهم شده است.   Manuscript profile

        Providing hygiene and safe food in catering has a critical role in protecting consumers from foodborne diseases. This survey aimed to evaluate the level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices of staff in food catering towards safety and hygiene indices. This cross-sectional study was performed by a self-administered questionnaire to evaluate the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of 110 food staff in food catering at the Isfahan University of Medical Science and the University of Isfahan. The average score of knowledge, attitudes, and practices of respondents was 62.96±19.9, 70.8±9.8, and 88.6±5.3, respectively. According to the results, the level of the criteria was desirable. A positive correlation was observed between knowledge, attitudes, and practices, while no correlation was found between attitude and practice. Although the level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices of food staff was desirable, weakness in some hygiene criteria such as controlling foodborne microorganisms and critical temperature, was found. It is recommended to have effective educational intervention in the implementation of safety and hygiene in food catering to prevent the occurring of foodborne diseases. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of present study was to investigate the relationship between perceived parenting practices and maternal-paternal trait anxiety with young adults' anxiety. To do so, 100 (50 female and 50 male) local students of Tabriz Public, and Azad Universities were selected through volunteer sampling. Since parents were needed to fill questionnaires, the sample was selected among local students. State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI; Spiel Berger, Gorsuch and Lushene, 1970) was used to measure parents and children's trait anxiety, and Children's Report of Parenting Behavior Inventory (CRPBI; Schaefer, 1965) was used for assessing children's perceptions of parenting practices. Data were analyzed through correlation and multiple regression methods. The results showed that there was positive, significant relationship between parents and children's anxiety. Also there was significant relationship between children's perceptions of parenting practices and offspring's anxiety, so that children's perception of accepting and over-controlling parenting, respectively, had negative and positive relationships with children's anxiety. Based on the results, it was concluded that parents with high anxiety and children's perception of parenting practices have incredible role in children's trait anxiety. Therefore, by training appropriate parenting practices to parents and reducing parents' anxiety the offspring's anxiety and its harmful traces could be reduced.   Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of high-performance work practices on organizational performance of Companies located in Jey Industrial City, Isfahan with regard to the mediating role of E-human resource management. The research population comprised all managers and employees working in human resource management sectors of the target companies from whom a convenience sample of 342 participants was selected based on structural equation principles. The research data were collected employing the High-Performance Workplace Questionnaire (Flood et al., 2008) with 9 items, the Organizational Performance Questionnaire (Katkar & Satt, 2009), with 5 items, and Electronic Human Resource Management Questionnaire (Hooi, 2006), with 9 items. The Cronbach's alpha measures of the the questionnaires were calculated and found to be 0.882, 0.823 and 0.823, respectively. Sstructural Equation Modeling (SEM) was utilized to test the research hypotheses using PLS software. The findings confirmed that organizational performance of Jay Industrial City companies was significantly and positively influenced by high-performance work practices and E-human resource management, however, E-human resource management did not significantly mediate relationship between high-performance work practices and organizational performance.         The present article examines the impact of human resource activities on the perceived job productivity of teleworkers. Analyzing the data from a survey among 217 Teleworkers in the Ministry of Cooperation, Labour and Social Welfare shows that various activities of human resources in accordance with telework arrangements have significantly improved the job productivity of teleworkers. Results of testing the hypotheses by structural equation modeling indicate that voluntary selection, job involvement, output-based control, electronic monitoring, variable pay and social protection have a positive impact on the job productivity of teleworkers. However, the research data do not confirm the influence of cooperative learning and behavioral training. Based on these findings, the paper emphasizes that managerial contingencies in the field of human resources are critical and in this way policy makers and practitioners should consider them for the successful implementation of telework arrangements Manuscript profile

        High-speed responsiveness and flexibility are currently two important survival requirements for modern organizations directed by humans whose appropriate functioning can lead the organizations to the achievement of their major goals. This applied and descriptive correlational study surveys the relationship between entrepreneurial agility and human resources practices, with respect to the moderating role of organization size, in active manufacturing companies in industrial town of Beshel. The research data were collected via two questionnaires that were administered to employees working in 60 companies recruited based on Cochran formula from the research population that was 71 active manufacturing companies of industrial town of Beshel. Entrepreneurial agility was measured via the questionnaire designed by Kharabe , and human resources practices were quantified employing the questionnaires developed by Vlachos (2009), Herdman (2008) and Kooij (2010) in combination. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha and were found to be 0.89 for the Entrepreneurial Agility Questionnaire and 0.92 for the Human Resources Practices. The obtained research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling and PLS. According to the values obtained for the path coefficients and t-statistics, the findings showed that entrepreneurial agility was positively and significantly associated with human resource practices.         The changes of expenditure pattern have caused change of land application (from the traditional form to the modern form) and many problems. Consequently this study has been conducted in Sa'aadat Abaad quarter in district 2 of Tehran city hall in order to investigate effective factors in the changes of expenditure pattern. The volume of statistical community is 30 thousand people among whom 380 improbable sample have been chosen by Cochran formula. The study is conducted by descriptive-analytic research method and has a practical-applicable goal. The data and information have been gathered in both ways of desk study and field study. Data analyses have been done by inferential test, Pearson and Regression inferential, in addition to quantitative and descriptive subjects. The research results indicate that the first prior application ( retailers, bakeries, supermarkets, and ...) have owned the least share of 9.16 % in 1393 while the fourth prior application and unnecessary applications ( pizza places, coffee shops,...) have enhanced their share by 48% from 1385 and the previous years. The globalization variables have affected the expenditure pattern as the highest correlation index of traveling abroad and using new applications of 0,527 can be observed. It means that as much as the globalization penetrates the society's culture, their expenditure pattern will change. In addition to the globalization variables, aging, education, economical condition of the residents and the income enhancement of these applications are also effective which will pave the way for using modern applications.         Golabdarreh- Darband watershed is one of the watersheds of north of Tehran which pay special attention to management of these basins due to flooding of these basins to Tehran city and its potential financial and life threat. In this research, HEC-HMS software has been used to determine the response of this watershed to floods before and after the watershed operation. Taking into account the lack of ability to determine the rainstorm corresponding to the time period before and after the flood control operations carried out in the watershed in order to investigate the studies of floods caused by single rainstorm, the investigation and statistical analysis of the rainfall and flood data related to the rain gauges and hydrometers stations located in Gulab Dareh-Darband watershed were closed and simulation of the watershed was done in the HEC-HMS software environment, so that after simulating the watershed, the flood caused by the watershed can be measured to the maximum 24-hour rainfall for the return period of 10, 25 and 100. The results of the simultaneous assessment of rainfall and flood in the studied watershed, before and after the implementation of the watershed projects, showed that the watershed operations had a direct effect on reducing floods, increasing flood infiltration and controlling it, and this effect on floods with a high return periods, there have been more so that the flood peak discharge and flood volume in the 10, 25 and 100 year return periods, after the implementation of the watershed projects, shows a decrease of 10, 27.4 and 40 percent, respectively.         The present study aimed to study the relationship between urban politics and informal life of waste pickers in Tehran. The method of the study was case study and various observation and interviewing tools along with document analysis have been used. Urban policies in the area of urban space representation is dominated by discourses of development, modernism, and beautification. The results identified two patterns of criminological and pathological representation of informal life of waste pickers in urban space. Spatial practices operate in two forms of disciplinary and elimination policies. Disciplinary policies include timing, placing, selection-monitoring and normalization policies. These policies operate through boundary management (or territorial sovereignty) and the ongoing movement of urban government between the formal and informal arenas and in case of violation, it shifts to punitive policies. Elimination policies also occur periodically during alliances between organizations involved in urban governance and in times of coalition failure between the public and private sectors. Spatial practices work with three goals of earning profit, securing authority, and restoring lost organizational legitimacy for urban governance. The nature of urban policies around the informal life of waste pickers can be considered as a model of informal governance with the main elements of the rule of borderline governance. In contrast, waste pickers apply patterns of obvious and hidden resistances in their living spaces with the aim of delegitimizing of sources of power and recognition of themselves. Manuscript profile

        این مطالعه در نواحی سناپاتی و توبال از مناطق هیل و وللی ایالت مانیپور هندوستان (که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند) صورت گرفته است. از هر یک از نواحی فوق دو بلوک به ‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در داخل هر بلوک نیز چهار روستا به‌ صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. در هر روستا نیز 30 پرورش دهنده گاو شیری به‌ صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. سپس اطلاعات این 240 پرورش دهنده از طریق مصاحبه و با کمک پرشسنامه ساختاری از پیش‌ تأیید شده جمع‌آوری گردید. یک شاخص متفاوت به ‌صورت اختصاصی برای این مناطق تعریف شد که کلیه ابعاد روش‌های پرورش گاوهای شیری اصلاح شده (IDHP) را در بر می‌گرفت. داده‌های حاصل با کمک نرم‌افزارهای آماری مختلف آنالیز شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در کلیه 20 متغیر مورد بررسی، به غیر از متغیرهای وضعیت تحصیل خانواده، درآمد سالانه و ارتباطات شهری، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو منطقه مورد بررسی وجود داشت (01/0P<). اکثر پاسخ دهندگان در منطقه هیل (00/55 درصد) در دسته متوسط انتخاب IDHP قرار داشتند ولی اکثر پاسخ دهندگان در منطقه وللی (34/43 درصد) به دسته بالای انتخاب IDHP تعلق داشتند. در نمونه‌های هیل، سن، تحصیلات، مشارکت اجتماعی، مالکیت زمین، اشتغال جنبی، مصرف شیر، نوع خانه، شخصیت جهانی، استفاده از رسانه‌های جمعی و عقاید تأثیر بسیار معنی‌داری بر انتخاب IDHP داشته (01/0P<) ولی در نمونه‌های وللی، مؤلفه‌هایی نظیر اشتغال جنبی، تولید شیر، مصرف شیر، فروش شیر، درآمد سالانه، ارتباطات شهری، مجاری ارتباطی، شخصیت بومی، شخصیت جهانی و استفاده از رسانه‌های جمعی معنی‌دار بودند (01/0P<).         هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در توسعه فعالیتهای تحقیق (RPD) در خصوص کارآفرینی در آموزش عالی کشاورزی، مطالعه موردی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان خوزستان، ایران است. اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان خوزستان به عنوان جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شدند. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران (210 نفر) تعیین شد. نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه بندی شده برای انتخاب اعضای هیئت علمی استفاده شد. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شده است. روایی آن با اعتبار محتوا تأیید شد و پایایی آن توسط آلفای کرونباخ 81/0 محاسبه شد. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف عملکرد RPD در مورد کارآفرینی در آموزش عالی کشاورزی و آمار استنباطی به تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر RDP پرداخته شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که چهار عامل از جمله تشویق محققان به پژوهش در کارآفرینی (MF1)‌، نهادینه کردن کارآفرینی در تحقیقات دانشگاهی (MF2)‌، برقراری ارتباط مناسب بین دانشگاه و صنعت (SF) و ایجاد قوانین و زیرساخت های لازم برای تجاری‌سازی دانش در مورد کارآفرینی (LF) به عنوان عوامل مؤثر در توسعه فعالیتهای تحقیقاتی (RPD) درخصوص کارآفرینی در آموزش عالی کشاورزی شناخته شد که 62.55٪ از کل واریانس را در کل توضیح داد. نتیجه مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) نشان داد که ، می‌توان تأثیر مثبت پیش‌بینی کننده MF1 به RDP را پشتیبانی کرد (β = 0.38 ، t-value = 4.86 ، p <0.001). علاوه بر این ، MF2 بر RDP اثر مثبت دارد (β = 0.39 ، t-value = 5.08 ، p <0.001). همچنین LF تاثیر مثبتی بر RDP دارد (β = 0.31 ، t-value = 4.05 ، p <0.001). MF2 ، SF و LF همچنین تأثیر قابل توجهی در MF1 دارند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که R2 برای RDP  برابر با 0.53 است. به این ترتیب، چهار عامل MF1 ، MF2 ، SF و LF 62 درصد از واریانس RDP را تشکیل می‌دهند.         Although it is mandatory for smallholder farmers to comply with Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) to participate in French bean farming for export, they lack uniformity in their farming practices. Available literature doesn't show whether farmers’ compliance with GAPs is affected by their choices of extension channels and their social status characteristics. A field survey was conducted among 115 farmers who were sampled systematically, and the data was collected by the use of questionnaires. The data were analyzed descriptively and by Chi-square, Pearson's correlation, and regression models to establish the association between social status characteristics of farmers versus extension channels accessed, and its influence on awareness and compliance with GAPs. The study found that farmers' level of access to extension channels had a significant influence on their level of awareness and compliance with GAPs. Field extension workers were the most effective channel of extension. Moreover, gender, asset scores, farm acreage under French beans and income from the sale of French beans were among the social characteristics with significant influence on the type and number of extension channels accessed by smallholder farmers. This study recommends that the dissemination of agricultural innovation messages to smallholder farmers should be guided by studying their social characteristics and paying attention to women and resource-poor farmers. innovation messages should be tailored along available channels of extension to enhance access by a diverse calibre of farmers.         The survival of the firms depends on the adoption of techniques and methods for encouraging learning among people. On other hand, it is necessary to have an attitude for interaction and endeavour in order for the learning to be built and conserved. Therefore, committed people in organizations have always been emphasized as a driving force of the extension and creation of learning. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of strategic learning practices on employees’ commitment in small and medium-sized sized enterprises (SMEs) engaged in agriculture and protein food production sectors inGuilan Province. The statistical society was composed of 650 key people of SMEs in agriculture and food sector in Guilan Province. Stratified sampling method was applied. Tseng’s standard questionnaire was used as main tool for data collection. The research is a practical study in terms of objective and a correlation-based descriptive studied in terms of data collection methodology. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis and stepwise regression was used for inferential statistics. In inferential section, Pearson’s coefficient of correlation was used to examine the relationships between strategic learning methods and people’s commitment. Furthermore, stepwise regression was used to examine the impact of various aspects of strategic learning methods on people’s commitment. SPSS Software Package was applied for statistical analyses. It was found that strategic learning practices were significantly correlated with employees commitment. Based on the regression results, create system, strategic leadership and empower people were ranked as the first, second and third strongest factors influencing employees’ commitment, respectively.         یکی از مهمترین رسالت های تعاونی های تولید روستایی گسترش پذیرش و بکارگیری عملیات کشاورزی پایدار از سوی کشاورزان است، که به عوامل متعددی بستگی دارد. لذا، بر این اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر بکارگیری عملیات کشاورزی پایدار از سوی شالیکاران می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه شالیکاران عضو تعاونی های تولید روستایی شهرستان ساری هستند (4160 =N). تعداد 162 نفر از شالیکاران به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند (162 =n). داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شد که روایی آن توسط پانلی از متخصصین و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (93/0) تائید گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بکارگیری عملیات کشاورزی پایدار به­طور کلی خوب است. به علاوه، یافته ها نشان دادند که بین سن، وضعیت استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی، تعداد اعضای خانواده، میزان زمین برنجکاری، میزان تولید، منزلت اجتماعی، دسترسی به نهاده ها، شرکت در دوره های آموزشی-ترویجی و عوامل اقتصادی با بکارگیری عملیات کشاورزی پایدار از سوی شالیکاران رابطه مثبت و معنی داری برقرار می باشد. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون خطی گام به گام نشان داد که متغیرهای مساحت زمین شالیکاری/ هکتار، تسهیلات اقتصادی، شرکت در دوره های آموزشی-ترویجی و سن/سال توانایی تبیین 8/61 درصد از تغییرات به بکارگیری عملیات کشاورزی پایدار از سوی شالیکاران عضو شرکت های تعاونی تولید را تبیین می کنند.         The study carried out an assessment of agricultural land management practices in food crops production among small scale farmers in Kwara Sate, Nigeria. Specifically, the study determined the socio economic characteristics of crop farmers in Kwara State; ascertained the cropping patterns common among them; highlighted the soil conservation methods adopted by the farmers; examined the relationship between selected socio-economic characteristics of the farmers and their adoption of major agricultural land management practices; and investigated the constraints to adoption of sustainable agricultural practices among crop farmers in Kwara State, Nigeria A three stage random sampling technique was used in selecting a total of one hundred and forty four small scale food crops farmers. Descriptive statistics, binary logistic regression model and four point Likert-type scale were used to analyse the data for the study. The study revealed that food crops production in Kwara State is dominated by middle aged men who are poorly educated and have poor access to agricultural extension services. Half of the respondents (48.60%) adopted cereal-based cropping systems. 48.6% of the farmers adopted a minimum of three management practices. Crop rotation was mostly adopted by all the farmers while irrigation was the least adopted by only 29.3% of the respondents. Furthermore, the study revealed that farm size, age, education status, number of contacts with extension agents, household size and number of farm plots of the respondents were the significant factors affecting their adoption of land management practices. The study also revealed that the major constraints to the use of sustainable crop management practices among the farmers included inadequate supply of fertilizer, inadequacy of labour and credit, poor knowledge of improved agricultural practices, poor transportation, low produce prices and high cost of production. The study recommended the need for training programme on the use of appropriate sustainable practices that will take into account the cropping systems adopted by the farmers. Manuscript profile

        Sustainability concept in agriculture is becoming widespread throughout industries in many fields even in crop production, livestock production and etc. Sustainable in agriculture is believed can give present and future good benefit to the farmers and society. However, in dairy sector in Malaysia, the sustainability concepts and practices seems not fully aware by the farmers which result in low self- sufficiency level in milk production. The self-sufficiency level in Malaysia is merely 6% and this lead to the urgency of importing more milk from other countries such as Australia, Holland and others. This study attempts to describe the descriptive thoughts on sustainability among Malaysian dairy farmers as well as describing the socio economic characteristics of the dairy farmers which will be the indicator of adoption of sustainability practices among dairy farmers. The preliminary data was collected using questionnaires through conducting face to face interviews with 50 dairy farmers from Johor. The Likert-type scale was employed to determine the practices that adopted by the dairy farmers. The gathered data was analysed using SPSS. The findings indicated that the dairy farmers had a higher understanding about the farm sustainability aspect which gives the highest mean score of 4.41. The second highest mean score is the ecological aspect which is about 4.13. The mean score for economic aspect shows the mean score about 4.00. The social aspect of sustainability revealed the lowest mean score which was about 3.46. The results indicated that the farmers favour sustainable practice is farm sustainability system. Sustainability in dairy farming sector in Malaysia can be achieved if the three element of sustainability which is environmental, economic and social aspect were implemented and adopted in this sector.         The main purpose of this study was to analyze of communicative factors affecting in application of Sustainable Rice Farming Practices among paddy farmers of Mazandaran province. The statistical population of consisted of paddy farmers of Mazandaran province (N= 208839). According to Cochran formula, a sample of 240 farmers was selected through cluster sampling method. To collect data, a questionnaire was designed. Reliability of the questionnaire was measured by computing Cronbach’s alpha (α ≥0/7) and its validity was approved by a panel of expert. Factor analysis revealed that communicative factors affecting in application of Sustainable Rice Farming Practices were four factors including: organizational communication, modern communication, local interpersonal communication and external interpersonal communication, respectively according to their importance.         The main purpose of this study was to investigate the major barriers to application of Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) technologies in sustainability of livestock by ranchers of Meshkinshahr. A sample of 120 farmers was selected by using proportional random sampling method. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire. Validity of questionnaire was determined through Agricultural Jihad exports of Meshkinshahr County and some faculty members at University of Tehran, Department of Agricultural Management and Development. Cronbach’s alpha was used to estimate the reliability. The reliability was found to be acceptable. The results of Factor Analysis showed that infrastructure barriers, informational- educational barriers, institutional-support barriers, personal barriers, economical barriers were the five barriers to application of Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) technologies in livestock unites. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of human resource management measures on reducing ethnicism among the headquarters and operational departments of Masjid Sulaiman Oil and Gas Exploitation Company.Research method: The method of this research is descriptive correlation type. The statistical population of the research is 813 employees, 261 of whom were selected using Cochran's method and stratified random sampling. Data were collected through standard questionnaires. Statistical analysis was done through SPSS and LISREL software.Findings: The findings showed that human resource management measures have an effect on reducing ethnocentrism, while all research hypotheses showed a positive and significant effect on ethnocentrism. Also, the overall fit of the proposed model was confirmed.Conclusion: Ethnicism in organizations can cause internal and external conflicts and, as a result, create many problems for employees in the workplace. Human resource management measures as an effective factor can reduce the problem of ethnocentrism in organizations so that employees with different ethnicities can work together peacefully.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of social capital in the impact of knowledge-based human resource management practices on innovative job performance (Case study: West Mazandaran Electricity Offices). The research method is descriptive-correlational in nature and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of 187 employees of western electricity departments of Mazandaran province, of which 124 people were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table and stratified random sampling as the sample size of the study. The collection tools include the questionnaires of human resource management practices of Lapak and Snell (2002), Putnam Social Capital (1999) and the innovative job performance of Scott and Brass (1994). In order to analyze the data, the structural equation method of LISREL statistical software and SPSS statistical software were used. Findings showed that knowledge-based human resource management practices have a positive and significant effect on innovative job performance, and the social capital component has the greatest impact on innovative job performance.         ارزشیابی ترجمه دغدغه اصلی در بافت آموزش مترجم است. با این وجود، این موضوع علی رغم اینکه بسیار مرسوم است کمتر به آن پرداخته شده یا مورد تحقیق قرار گرفته است. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضرشناخت شیوه های غالبِ ارزشیابی در امتحانات پایان ترم دروس کارشناسی مترجمی زبان انگلیسی در دانشگاه های ایران و ویزگی های متمایزکننده آن است. بدین منظور، طی جلسه نیم ساعته مصاحبه نیمه-ساختار یافته، 10 استاد باتجربه ترجمه به 10 سوال مربوط به  چگونگی طراحی امتحانات ترجمه، چگونگی تضمین کیفیت امتحان، و مهمتر از همه چگونگی ارزشیابی عملکرد دانشجویان  و نمره دهی به آن پاسخ دادند. یافته ها تایید کرد که شیوه غالبِ ارزشیابی که در حال حاضر رایج و معمول است همان شیوه کاملا تشریحی است بجز در دانشگاه پیام نور که سوالات چند گزینه ای هم همواره پای ثابت امتحانات است. یافته های تحقیق همچنین مشخص کرد که نظرات استادان ترجمه به عنوان طراحان امتحانات پایان ترم ترجمه چقدر پراکنده است، استادانی که کمترین اطلاعات تخصصی را درباره شیوه های معمول و در عین حال پیشرفته ارزشیابی ترجمه دارند.  همچنین معلوم شد که معیارهای مورد استفاده ایشان در طراحی سوالات و تصحیح اوراق دانشجویان نه تنها بر هیچ اصول نظری استوار نیست بلکه کاملا سلیقه ای و مبتنی بر تجربه شخصی یا شم فردی آنها است. نتیجه اینکه کیفیت روایی، پایایی و اعتبار این امتحانات عملا زیر سوال است.         The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of parent- child focused cognitive- behavioral intervention on decreasing behavioral problems of physically abused children and improving parental practices. Twenty eight children aged 7-9 years from the Association for Protection of Working Children in Tehran and their mothers were selected by available sampling. Fifteen pairs of mother-child were assigned into the parent-child group and 13 mothers were assigned into the parent focused group. The mothers received 5 sessions of the combined parent-child cognitive- behavioral therapy package and the children received 8 sessions of the package. Posttest conducted at the end of the intervention. The study had a 2-month follow-up period. The mothers completed the Child Behavior Checklist (Achenbach, 1991), the Alabama Parenting Questionnaire (Frick, 1991) and the Child Abuse Potential Inventory (Milner, 1986). The data were analyzed by mixed ANOVA. The results indicated that the cognitive- behavioral intervention significantly decreased internalizing and externalizing problems. The scores of the poor monitoring and the corporal punishment subscales of the parental practices scale decreased but the scores of the child abuse potential subscale didn’t significantly change. Furthermore there were no significant differences between the effectiveness of the intervention on behavioral problems, parental practices and child abuse potential in both groups, which reflected the central role of mothers in child abuse interventions. By clarifying the role of child and parent in child abuse interventions, the findings suggested these interventions could be applied to clinical settings and may reduce the child abuse phenomenon.. Three hundred and thirty three male students were selected from Allameh Tabatabaie university using cluster sampling. The participants completed the Parenting Authority Questionnaire (Buri, 1991), Attachment Style Inventory (Besharat, 2000) and the Multidimensional Assessment of Spirituality and Religiosity (National Institute of Health, 1999). The results indicated that there were positive significant relations between secure attachment style and spirituality experiences and religious practices in adulthood.         Abstract The starting point for internal collaboration in a reassuring process is to gain insight into the current state of an organization's activities, identify key stakeholders and their needs, and determine how to define the organization's governance. Due to the fact that internal auditors use different approaches, tests and different methods to evaluate leadership in their organization. While presenting a clear picture of what internal auditors based on the framework of international evaluations have adopted, knowledge and internal auditors of the issue in the development of an internal audit comprehensive and efficient measure and attitude of Internal Auditors Iran offer formally evaluate the organization's governance practices. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of mandatory and strongly recommended guidelines in the international IPPF framework due to the internal audit of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Using random sampling method, 247 people were selected from internal auditors working in the auditing units of reputable companies. The present research is in the category of applied research and in terms of method, it is a descriptive survey. It was a questionnaire for collecting data and information from the library method and data collection tools. All assumptions at the significant p <0.01 "level were analyzed by pls. The results show that the recommended and mandatory guidelines in the international IPPF framework affect the internal audit performance of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.         the role of bank credit in giving liquidity into the economy, necessitates need for legal protection of credit and the adoption of remedial measures against its disruption. the analytical and comparative study of "arbitration in banking lawsuits", "bank liability" and "mechanisms related to the bankruptcy of creditors" as the most important remedial measures against the disruption of bank lending in the criminal policy of Iran and the European Union, shows that in comparison with the stipulation of arbitration in (CFR), article 139 of the iranian constitution, has faced a challenge reference claims related to obtaining loans from state-owned banks to arbitration. Regarding the bank's civil liability, both legal systems have tended to the theory of "fault-free liability".         Wisdom is one of the most complex and broadest human concepts. This concept reflects the growth of intellectual power and the development of human behavior. Insight and experience do not necessarily indicate wisdom; the reason for the wisdom is that the manager can come up with the best possible solution by making the right decision. Making decisions is one of the most important steps that managers can make prudent and predictable decisions by acquiring the necessary knowledge, empowerment and understanding of the surrounding environment. The purpose of the research is applied and in terms of method, it is a descriptive-survey research. In order to prepare and formulate theoretical foundations, the study records are used in the library method. Data collection is also used to measure and identify indicators and evaluate the field method. In order to analyze the data, after identifying the dimensions and variables of organizational wisdom, this work done to eliminate the unrelated factors and also to categorize them with the help of the factor analysis. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with 34 items and priority is also given to fuzzy AHP. The results show that the variables and factors of organizational wisdom in the industrial enterprises of Kermanshah are as follows: 1.learning (continuous), 2.thinking (system and wise), 3.values and ethical actions, 4.creativity and innovation and 5.intelligence (based on experience). Also, the level of organizational wisdom was 3.91 which was confirmed with 95% accuracy and the amounts of 5 factors were confirmed with 95% confidence. Finally, the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method was used to prioritize the factors of organizational wisdom. The order and priority of each of the five factors is as follows: 1) Learning (continuous) 2) Humor 3) Creativity and Innovation 4) Ethical values and actions 5) Priority-thinking (system and wisdom).         The present study focused on the effect of an in-service meta-pragmatics training course on Iranian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers’ pragmatic awareness and classroom pragmatic practices. A mixed methods design was used to achieve the objectives of the study. In the quantitative phase of the study, 300 EFL teachers were selected through convenience sampling and filled out the Pragmatic Awareness Questionnaire. In the qualitative phase, 60 of those teachers participated in a pragmatic training course. They were divided into experimental and control groups and underwent the processes of pretesting, intervention, and post-testing. Furthermore, 30 of these teachers were observed in terms of their teaching inter-language pragmatics both before and after the training course of meta-pragmatics. The results of the multivariate ANOVA (MANOVA) revealed that EFL teacher’s pragmatic awareness was relatively low. In addition, the findings unveiled a statistically significant difference between the EFL teachers’ meta-pragmatic awareness and their practices in terms of the 'language teacher' component. Moreover, the findings showed a statistically significant improvement in the EFL teachers’ pragmatic practices regarding teaching pragmatic features after receiving the instructions. The results of this study have some implications for stakeholders, namely EFL teacher trainers, EFL teachers, and EFL students. Manuscript profile

The headquarters staff of the country\\\'s Meteorological Organization also have different information and skills depending on their education، position, and work experience، which enables them to better perform their assigned tasks. They have to communicate and interact with their managers and colleagues to plan، coordinate، etc. Now، considering the multidimensional nature of each person\\\'s work in this organization، it is necessary to transfer and disseminate information and skills to facilitate the work of individuals and achieve organizational goals، and at the same time، eliminate weaknesses and strengthen strengths. Therefore، the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of human resource management practices on the performance of the country\\\'s meteorological organization with the mediating role of organizational readiness and responsible innovative behavior. The statistical population of the current research consists of the staff of the country\\\'s Meteorological Organization (۲۸۶ people)، and some of them (۱۶۴ people) were studied by simple random sampling. The research method is descriptive-correlation and applied. The data collection tool was a questionnaire and the construct validity was examined through factor analysis، the analysis of research data was done through structural equation modeling using PLS software.
