Background and Objective: Separation of waste from the source is one of the basic strategies in household waste management. To achieve this goal, different policies are adopted by planners and city managers, and the rate of achievement of goals can also vary depending on the type of policy. To investigate the impact of policies on household waste management in the form of facilities, opportunities and incentives, the present study was conducted in August 2015 in District 8 of Tehran Municipality.Material and Methodology: For this research, 400 samples of Tehran citizens were selected by quota-random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and face validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used to assess the validity and reliability of the questions. Data analysis was performed using Spss software version 16 and descriptive and inferential statistics.Findings: The results of testing the research hypotheses showed that the variable of facilities and opportunities for waste segregation is correlated with the behavior of waste segregation. But the economic incentive variable has no significant relationship with waste segregation and this hypothesis was rejected. Further investigation revealed that the tools of economic incentives through factors such as promoting the issue of waste segregation using sources such as writers, radio and television news, etc., as well as citizens' awareness of municipal policies and executive programs in the field of waste management (law Waste management, dry waste collection methods, how to communicate with the municipality, etc.) can be effective on waste segregation.Discussion and Conclusion: The findings suggest the complexity of identifying and determining the factors affecting the behavior of waste segregation and in general the need to consider a set of social factors in predicting environmental behavior. Emphasis on incentive tools and components alone can not affect waste segregation behavior or lead to citizen participation and cooperation. Lack of proper information to citizens regarding municipal programs such as the implementation of the waste segregation plan or lack of awareness about the waste management law are among the factors that have challenged the successful implementation of this plan.  Manuscript profile

Any language has a set of rules that all speakers are required to obey the rules. In these rules there are also some authorities that put speakers free. For examples everyone can say the plural of the word<<parandeh>>, <<parndegan>> or <<parandeha>>. In addition to these public facilities, poets have other facilities too. These ligusitic facilities don’t change rhythm of speech sometimes; like<<Cheshm/Chashm>> and sometimes the rhythm changes. Like :<<Afsaneh/fasaneh>> and <<eskandar/Sekandar>>. The main goal of the research is responding the question that how does Persian poets use language to their benefits, and try to make it beautiful by defamiliarization and solve their poems’ rhythm problem? The intention of grammatical facilities in the research is facilities that allow poets to be free to choose some equal items so that besides saving meaning, to be able by choosing one choice orders poem’s rhythm. Degree of created facilities in each literary work in each period is different. Collecting all these facilities in the whole Persian literature need research for many years. In this paper only the most important grammatical facility in both important sections of word construction and syntax of NseKhosro court. For example changing location of rejection vand and continuity vand making distance between components of compound verb, using non-nominative attached pronoun for intransitive verbs, changing location of adjective in a sentence is such grammatical facilities. By identification of grammatical facilities we can help updating Persian language a lot. These facilities exist in any poem and prose but in this paper just grammatical facilities of the poem have been considered. If we could consider al texts of Persian literature, many problems of Persian language would have been identified and solved. Manuscript profile

Outsourcing, as one of the tools for developing organizations and improving productivity in the form of downsizing, has attracted the attention of managers and officials of organizations and has been implemented in different ways. Geographic information. The current research is a mixed qualitative and quantitative type. It is descriptive-correlation in terms of type and applied in terms of purpose, which was conducted in the form of a survey. In the qualitative part, geographic information system (GIS) software was used to map the distribution of sports places. In the qualitative part, the statistical population is 30 sports complexes (indoor and outdoor) from the sports places of Semnan city. Also, to check the relationships between the research variables, 224 people voluntarily answered the researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity and reliability had already been checked. Structural modeling and measurement of multiple relationships between variables (smart pls software) were used to investigate and determine the extent of relationships between variables. The results of the survey showed that the distribution of sports spaces in the north and center of Semnan city is more than other parts, the per capita sports space of Semnan city in Semnan province ranks first and the area of sports spaces ranks second after Shahroud. Taekwondo, football and gymnastics are the sports priorities in Semnan city, and in total, the relationships between the variables showed that causal conditions and background conditions are effective on the outsourcing of sports facilities. It is suggested to the trustees of sports organizations to prevent parallel work with an inter-organizational division of work, so that in this way, sports organizations in a dynamic, complex and fast world can outsource sports venues to experienced people. to prevent the negative results of outsourcing and on the other hand to cause better financial performance of outsourcing. Customers require various service facilities including department stores, ATMs, and gas stations the use of which has become a daily routine. Some researchers believe that location choice of such facilities should be based on maximum population coverage within the network. The current research set out to identify potential factors that may bear an impact on location selection of ATM machines through exploring the existing literature on banking and interviewing experts in the field. Moreover, it aimed to prioritize the most important factors among those already specified through mathematical modeling. The findings emerging from the literature and expert review indicated 15 factors influencing ATM location decisions that were further subcategorized into four major factor sets of economic, competitive, coverage, and investment - legal. The results of mathematical modeling weighing revealed the priority of factors with Coverage, weighing 0.43, as the first and most important one followed in significance by economic factors, weighing 0.23, competitive factors, weighing 0.19, and investment - law factors, weighing 0.13. The results of this study also indicated that each of the four factors sets could impact decision-makers differently; therefore, bank managers are suggested to vary their decisions with respect to each of the factors to achieve optimal effectiveness. Productivity means maximizing scientifically the use of resources, manpower, facilities, and the like, reducing production costs, expanding markets, increasing employment and striving to increase real wages and living standards as they benefit workers, management, and society. Due to limited resources and unlimited needs, improving productivity, along with population growth and fierce competition in the global economy, is not a choice but an inevitable necessity. The present study set out to investigate the effect of economic variables on the total productivity index in Iran over the period of 1999 to 2017, employing the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method. The findings indicated the significant positive effect of Qarz al-Hasna facility balance, exchange contract facility balance and partnership contracts facility balance as the components of Islamic banking facilities on the Total Productivity Index. Accordingly, it can be concluded that Islamic banking facilities have a positive effect on the Total Productivity Index in Iran, both in the short and long term. In the short and long term, real GDP (economic growth) was found to have a positive effect on the Total Productivity Index. The effect of inflation and the official exchange rate on the total Productivity Index was negative and statistically significant in the short run, after one year, and in the long run. Air pollution and high consumption of energy carriers have led to perform programs like accelerated vehicle retirement program by the government in recent years. In this study, the researchers have tried to examine this program by Game Theory approach. To achieve the goal, firstly, a static game with complete information is planned by three players involving automaker, transportation and fuel staff and old cars owners. Then, by removing the automaker, the game will be continued by two players through specific strategies for each player. Then, by using existing data of the year 2012, the game is re-written by two players. At the balance of three players, old car owners and automakers tend to retire their old vehicle, but the amount of the facilities and cash payments for this program are low. By removing automaker, the balance happens where the car owners tend to retire their old cars and to implement the project, whereas the credits provided by the government is low. Due to the quick increase of car prices, the authorities must pay attention to develop more facilities for the complete success of the program. Manuscript profile

The business and investment climate is a political, institutional, and behavioral environment that affects returns and risks associated with economic activities and investments. The results of model estimation in this group of countries show that with increasing oil resources and revenues, due to the strong dependence of these countries on oil revenues, government revenues and bank liquidity also increase, and given that most of these countries are dependent on consumption. They have a strong demand for imports, so with the increase of oil revenues, the total demand in the economy of these countries increases, and due to the lack of productive power and lack of attention to business and entrepreneurship, with increasing demand by consumers of goods and services, the level General prices (inflation) also increase.Given the importance of business environment and its impact on the financial sector in the economy, this article examines the business environment on the development of the banking industry in two categories of "newly industrialized (NICs) and OECD selected countries" and "OPEC and BRICS countries. (BRICs) "has been compared. The estimation results for the three groups of OECD selected countries, BRICs selected countries and NICs selected countries are close to each other. Nowadays, the subject of hygienic drinking water is one of the main concerns of most countries in the world. In the seaside areas in south of Iran, this is more easily observable due to different factors including the population growth, limitation of freshwater resources, development of famine phenomenon and the increase in temperature, etc. Therefore, the construction of the desalinators in order to convert saline water into drinking water, is of great significance. In this research, a zone across the southern coast of Bushehr province was studied, and the potential of the area for locating water desalinators were analyzed. Analysis of the data were done with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method in Expert Choice software and GIS. A number of 13 criteria were weighted in the form of three main indexes, borders, and natural factors. The weighted layers were merged and the final map was produced. Results of the study indicate that 13.15% of the region has a very high potential for the construction of desalinators, 28.37% high potential, 30.45% has an average potential, and 21.45% and 6.57% of the region have low and very low potential, respectively. Kaky, Abdanof, Bardestan and Siraf have a considerable potential for accommodating water desalination facilities and in general the northern parts of the case study area are more suitable for this purpose. This study adopted a qualitative approach and applied content analysis to present a model for the quality of college life emphasizing on educational facilities. Indexed articles on the quality of college life were obtained from some prestigious academic databases in education. Articles on the quality of college life published outside Iran between 1992 and 2019 and those published in national databases between 2011 and 2019, were analyzed. A survey was also performed with some faculty members selected through convenience purposive sampling. After coding and categorizing 74 initial questions, their content validity was confirmed in two ways: qualitative (the opinion of 10 experts in the field of educational management) and quantitative (testing the relevance of each item through content validity ratio (CVR). Low validity questions were removed and finally 62 items were approved. Using the Holsti coefficient, the reliability of the questionnaire was estimated to be 0.91. An inductive approach to content analysis showed that four components of research facilities, learning opportunities, assessment and educational facilities were some variables that formed the quality of college life with an emphasis on educational facilities. Given the important role that university graduates play for the society in reaching its goals, the criteria suggested in the proposed model can help decision makers improve quality of college life among students with an emphasis on educational facilities. Cooperatives as non-governmental economic enterprises can play an important role in creating cultural and executive models in the country's economy. Due to the limited financial resources in cooperatives, one of the ways to increase the share of the cooperative sector in Iran's economy is to apply support policies by granting credit facilities from the government sector. This is despite the fact that the cooperative sector in the country is often operating with traditional approaches and structures, and it has limitations in the field of using modern technology and benefiting from the capabilities of artificial intelligence in achieving the set goals. Therefore, the current research has been conducted with the aim of designing a model of factors influencing the non-attraction of financial facilities of cooperatives in Semnan province from the point of view of artificial intelligence. The current research is exploratory and qualitative research. After reviewing the theoretical foundations and using the foundational data theory and conducting in-depth semi-structured interviews with experts, the data was coded, and the theoretical model of the research was presented. To form the expert panel, 16 university professors and experimental experts were selected by purposive sampling. The results showed "drafting appropriate policies regarding the use of artificial intelligence"; "Validation of applicants to receive facilities using artificial intelligence capabilities"; "Familiarizing and justifying applicants with electronic and intelligent processes of receiving facilities"; "Removing bureaucratic obstacles and cumbersome banking regulations"; "Consistency in the main provisions of the regulations"; And "creating coordination between the involved executive bodies" is one of the effective strategies in attracting facilities by cooperatives.
