Undoubtedly, job stress plays a key role in the decline and burnout of the human resources in organizations. One problem associated with our contemporary modern life is the appearance of job stress in terms of the work environment. Meta-analysis creates a better understanding of the similarities and dissimilarities of the previous studies conducted in this field and hence allows for a more comprehensive perspective on the research subject. In the present study, the previous studies on the job stress have been classified in terms of such criteria as statistical society, the involved variables, and type of job, and finally 12 studies have been selected as the statistical society of the research. In our proposed meta-analysis, for investigation of the magnitude of the effect of the independent variables on the job stress, the criteria for the effect size of coefficients r and d of Cohen have been used. Our findings show that the variables for age (d = 0.49), gender (d = 0.56), and job experience (d = 0.35) have an intermediate importance in the amount of job stress. Besides, variables for organizational atmosphere (d = 0.62), organizational justice (d = 0.98), work ethic (d = 0.95), and job satisfaction (d = 0.8), each of which used in a separate study, have great importance in determination of the amount of job stress. Manuscript profile

The aim of the current research is to evaluate job stressors on the organization's employees using multi-criteria decision-making. This qualitative-quantitative study was conducted in two stages. First, the most important occupational stressors of firefighters were identified and screened using a systematic review of scientific references and experts' opinions based on a questionnaire design. Then, all the screened stressors were weighted and prioritized by Analytical Hierarchy (AHP) method. According to the results of the research, inappropriate factors during the operation were ranked first and social factors ranked tenth. In the next step of AHP, the sub-criteria related to each criterion were compared in pairs, based on the results of the index of complications caused by the effects of smoke and toxic gases in the first priority and the index of the level of organizational culture in relation to stress management is in the 20th priority. this study aimed to examine the mediating effects of core self-evaluations in the relationship between job stressors (interpersonal conflict at work, organizational constraints, quantitative workload) and job strains, as well as affective well being. Based on a correlation design, 228 (45 males, 183 females) Islamic Azad University employees completed the measures of the Job Stressors (Spector & Jex, 1998) consisted of the Interpersonal Conflict at Work Scale, the Organizational Constraints Scale, Quantitative Workload Inventory and Physical Symptoms Inventory, as well as the Job Related Affective Well-Being Scale (Van Katwyk et al, 2000), and the Core Self-Evaluations Scales consisted of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (1965), Generalized SelfEfficacy Scale (GSES; Judge et al.,1998), the Neuroticism Scale of Eysenck Personality Inventory (Eysenck & Eysenck, 1968) and the Internality, Powerful Others and Chance Scale (IPC; Levenson, 1981). The results of path analysis indicated that interpersonal conflict and organizational constraints influenced the job strains positively and organizational constraints influenced the affective well-being negatively. Furthermore, core self-evaluations mediated the relationship between job stressors and Job strains, as well as affective well-being significantly. It can be concluded that the appraisal of job stressors and its consequences are influenced by core self-evaluations. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness methods on job stress, work-family conflict and psychological well-being. The research method was quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test with control and follow-up groups. The statistical population was the employees of Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company in 1398. Among them, 60 people were selected by available methods and randomly assigned to two groups of mindfulness and control training. Data collection tools were the Occupational Stress Questionnaire of the British Institute of Health and Safety (1993), the Reef Psychological Welfare Questionnaire (1989) and the Work-Family Conflict Questionnaire of Carlson et al. (2000). The experimental group received mindfulness intervention based on Kabat-Zayn model (2015) in 8 sessions of 60 minutes each and the control group did not receive any intervention. Two months after the end of the sessions, follow-up was done from both groups. Data analysis was performed using repeated measures combined analysis of variance. Findings showed that mindfulness skills training has been effective in reducing job stress and work-family conflict of employees and increasing their psychological well-being(P<0.05). It seems that mindfulness training method can be used as an intervention in the field of mental health of employees and clinical psychologists and counselors can use this method to reduce job stress and work-family conflict of employees and increase mental well-being. In recent years, the topic of strategic management has become one of the most challenging topics among both researchers and top managers. While some scholars have supported various strategic management approaches, other scholars have challenged and criticized these approaches. In addition, there is a plurality of opinions among the scholars who have opposed strategic management. Despite the fundamental criticisms they have made on the nature of strategic management, they have not been able to find an alternative solution for the strategic management process. Therefore, the CEOs of the companies have faced a dilemma, whether they should follow the strategic management process or not, and if the answer is negative, then how should they achieve success and gain competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to present the theory of de-strategization to answer these questions. In order to carry out this research, Phronetic iterative qualitative method has been used. The research sample includes fifteen companies in the private sector located in Tehran and its suburbs, which were selected purposefully. Based on the findings of this research, the adoption of de-strategizing policy is more effective than creating strategy. Strategy-creating policy will lead to systematic cognitive bias under the title of blind spot of competitive disadvantage and will cause the formation of four paradoxes including strategic management knowledge, effort-result, adherence to strategy-abandoning strategy, and job stress. But de-strategization does not mean inaction, so it is necessary to pay attention to the four recommendations mentioned in this article. Manuscript profile
